"A Practical, Scalable Survey Platform That Actually Gets Used"
What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is easy to pick up and actually gets used, which is half the battle with survey tools. You can spin up a survey quickly without a ton of setup, but there’s still plenty of depth if you need logic, customization, or solid reporting. It works well for everything from quick internal pulse checks to customer feedback and more structured research, and it integrates cleanly with other tools so data doesn’t get stuck in a silo. While some of the advanced features take a bit of poking around to fully uncover, it’s not a deal breaker. What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

The feature set can feel overwhelming at first if you try to use everything at once. Some advanced reporting and customization options could be more discoverable. UI polish in certain admin or advanced settings could be improved.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

While QuestionPro is a powerful survey platform with a lot to offer, there are a few areas where I think it could improve:

Occasional UI quirks: While generally user-friendly, the interface can sometimes feel a bit clunky or outdated in certain areas. Navigation could be more intuitive in some cases.

Limited customization in the free plan: The free plan, while a good starting point, has significant limitations on customization options, particularly with branding and design. This can make it challenging to create surveys that align with your organization's visual identity.

Reporting could be more flexible: While the reporting tools are robust, they can sometimes feel a bit rigid. More flexibility in customizing reports and exporting data would be beneficial.

Despite these minor drawbacks, QuestionPro remains a strong survey platform overall. Its strengths in features, logic, and customer support make it a valuable tool, especially when cost isn't a factor. However, addressing these areas would make it an even more compelling option. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is easy to use for all of my survey needs. It gives valuable feedback and data for presenting it to my coworkers so that they can make decisions from the data. It is so easy to create a survey and survey questions and then share the link with my students or participants. Customer support is always available to answer my every question. I use this resource daily to survey my students about an exam, or a choice of assignments, or their thoughts about the classroom experience. I love: the guaranteed security of respondents, the wide variety of question and response options, the fact that there are unlimited responses (I think!), the fact that it has the green light from my state organization, the manageable dashboard, the fact that I can share the creation of surveys with others, and that I can share access to analytics with others. Not sure it's a downside... it's more of an issue of having time to explore. There are so many features that I just won't have time to dig into. What do you like best about QuestionPro?

QuestionPro is a solid, professional-grade survey & feedback platform — especially strong when you want more than a basic survey, when you're gathering feedback at scale, or you need integrations and analytics. It balances ease-of-entry (you can start simple) with depth (you can grow into more complex uses). The platform supports a wide variety of survey question types and logic (branching, skip logic, text piping) so you’re not locked into very basic forms.

Additionally, the customer service at QuestionPro is top-notch. They are quick to respond to requests and help address issues we have while programming surveys.

What do you dislike about QuestionPro?

While basic survey creation is straightforward, leveraging the advanced features (complex logic, integrations, closed-loop analytics) took some time to learn and think through.

We maintained a relationship with a leading survey provider for over a decade. However, the difficulty in performing simple tasks, the lack of efficient flexibility in crucial areas, and the introduction of a new pricing structure prompted us to seek alternatives. From our initial sales interactions through to implementation, the QP team has been exceptional; always available and consistently going above and beyond to support every user in our organization. The significant improvements offered made our decision to switch an easy one. Our Sales Manager, Mohit, played a pivotal role throughout the transition, always just a quick phone call or email away. Both he and the post-sales team have been outstanding, providing prompt and attentive responses. I cannot overstate how smooth the implementation phase was; it was by far the easiest I have ever encountered. I use QuestionPro on a weekly basis and it’s been a really dependable tool for our team. The transition from our previous software was pretty painless other than just transferring our surveys. There's plenty of question types to choose from, all the export options, that I need, and that they offer nonprofit support, which makes a big difference for us.
