The best thing about this platform is its high versatility and good survey platform, which works well for feedback collection and advanced market research. Even though their platform is equipped with features, this platform can be too busy for new users to this platform when navigating around advanced logic and analytics. The best part about QuestionPro is probably the data collection! We noticed that the visualization and depth of the data provided in the dashboard were attractive and impressive. The IT support that I have received has also been exceptional. It is easy to copy old survey formats, and creating new surveys is a simple and clean process. A couple downsides to QP:

- The learning curve is steep when it comes to logic and setting up automated responses based on data received in the surveys, but it is possible (especially after talking with the super helpful IT support folks!).

- Another issue I've noticed is that when I create a survey and share editing capabilities with my supervisor, she is actually not able to edit the survey for some reason. I am the only one who can.

- Thirdly, I had a survey that required the applicant submit an attachment at the end. When downloading survey responses, I had to download the response itself separately from the attachment that was submitted, save both documents and combine them into a PDF on my end in Adobe. It would be nice if the document that was attached in they survey was automatically attached to the survey response.

- Lastly, I wish there was a way to delete the geolocation data as I have been deleting that for anonymity's sake, which takes a good bit of extra time (perhaps this is possible and I just have not asked!).

You can spin up a survey quickly without a ton of setup, but there’s still plenty of depth if you need logic, customization, or solid reporting. The user interface is a bit unintuitive. I think there are some places where the settings are hard to find. There are some places where there's too many options, and there's a bit of duplication. Sometimes surveys just don't work, or they are updated without notification, which leaves me unprepared to address issues. Customer service feels like it's passing the buck, and they sometimes don't understand what's going on. The service team is reluctant to explain things to me. QuestionPro is easy to use for all of my survey needs. It gives valuable feedback and data for presenting it to my coworkers so that they can make decisions from the data. It is so easy to create a survey and survey questions and then share the link with my students or participants. Customer support is always available to answer my every question. I use this resource daily to survey my students about an exam, or a choice of assignments, or their thoughts about the classroom experience. I love: the guaranteed security of respondents, the wide variety of question and response options, the fact that there are unlimited responses (I think!), the fact that it has the green light from my state organization, the manageable dashboard, the fact that I can share the creation of surveys with others, and that I can share access to analytics with others. Not sure it's a downside... it's more of an issue of having time to explore. There are so many features that I just won't have time to dig into.
