I like that it is easy to use, quite intuitive and my new colleagues do not need extensive training, they can start right away. It also has very extensive options, almost everything can be adapted to your requirements. I only needed costumer support once or twice because I was trying to very complex tasks and the costumer support was very helpful and quick. I use it very frequently and I am rarely disappointed.
