What do you like best about Feefo?

We’ve worked with Feefo for a number of years at Paleo Ridge, and they’ve been a consistently valuable partner throughout that time.

In an industry where trust is everything, having a reliable and transparent review platform has been essential for us. Feefo has helped us not only showcase genuine customer feedback, but also better understand our customers and continuously improve the experience we offer.

What really sets them apart, though, is the people. Fraser, in particular, has been excellent to work with. He’s always approachable, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us get the most out of the platform. Whether we’ve needed to adapt our approach, implement changes, or simply sense-check ideas, he’s been there with practical support and clear guidance.

Importantly, Feefo have never felt like a ‘set and forget’ supplier. As our business has evolved, they’ve worked with us to ensure the platform evolves with us — which is exactly what you want from a long-term partner.

What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo is a very autonomous piece of software. Once it is implemented and data uploads are automated, there is very little input required (besides responding to reviews). The system is easy to use, doesn't change its user interface often and is a reliable piece of equipment.

We send at least 100 emails a day, and the system has never had an issue keeping up with us. Content to email campaigns or individual campaigns are easily updated and if you get stuck (which is rare) customer support or your account manager respond extremely quickly with a simple solution. NPS scores are easily calculated, with easy to understand analytics and dashboards. Would highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Feefo?

I do not feel like there is anything specific I would like to highlight here. If there has ever been an issue, it has been raised and resolved immediately. What do you like best about Feefo?

The ease of implementation combined with the ongoing support. Most platforms sign you up and then disappear, but Feefo feels genuinely partnered. Our account manager David Darby has been consistently hands-on in the 4 years since we launched on the platform - with regular check-ins and practical guidance that’s helped us embed reviews properly across the business rather than treating it as a bolt-on.

From a systems point of view, Feefo integrates cleanly into our customer journey and operational workflows, giving us structured feedback at scale without adding admin. What do you dislike about Feefo?

Honestly, there’s nothing standout negative. Like any platform, there are always areas you’d refine over time, but nothing that’s materially impacted our experience or adoption. Compared to many tools in this space, Feefo has been refreshingly straightforward to roll out and maintain.

One point to note — not a negative, but a consideration — is that our projects have long turnaround times. We don’t work with fast-moving, consumer-based products, so we don’t send review links as frequently. As a result, the platform can sometimes become costly relative to how often we need to use it. What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo has been a pleasure to work with over the years. We use them as our review platform, and the support from our account manager Janet has been excellent. She’s always friendly and proactive, sharing useful updates and tips to help us improve our reviews.

The platform itself is easy to use - the reports are clear, and responding to reviews is straightforward.

What do you like best about Feefo?

The dashboard is easy to use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The service feels personable, and I appreciate how open they are to innovation and providing support. Life tends to get away with us so we don't find ourselves on the dashboard constantly however for the frequency of use which we do use it for, it does the job. THe implementation of it was straight forward and Ollie communicated well with our web dev team. Customer service is also great and responses are prompt. What do you like best about Feefo?

Feefo is a fantastic platform for showcasing our customers' experiences. It's easy to use, and our account manager, Ollie Bond, is excellent - personable, helpful and proactive in ensuring we get the most out of the platform. Being able to share reviews on our social media channels helps highlight our great customer service.
