I also like how it segments insights by US regions and omnichannel touchpoints, which is very important for our business. The anomaly and trend alerts are awesome, as they allow us to address issues before they become big problems. The AI automates all the manual work of analyzing feedback, saving our team more than 10 hours a week. This consistent, unbiased theme tagging lets us focus on improving customer experience rather than getting bogged down in data collection. We can’t tag Intershop or marketplace customer profiles with zenloop sentiment/themes (e.g., “highly dissatisfied with shipping”) to personalize future experiences—our 360° customer profiles (Intershop + CRM) don’t include VoC data, missing a huge opportunity to tailor US shopper experiences (e.g., offering a discount to a customer who had a bad BOPIS experience). Enable customer profile sync (CCPA-compliant) between zenloop and US retail CRMs/commerce platforms—letting us append VoC sentiment/themes to customer profiles for personalized follow-up (e.g., a Salesforce email campaign for US shoppers with negative shipping feedback).
