**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

The interface has become much better and easier to navigate, it feels modernized and refreshed, making the overall experience more enjoyable. With the latest enhancements to the comment and interaction features, I can now express my emotions and share feedback through emojis, which adds a fun and personal touch to every conversation. These new ways of interacting truly make communication feel more engaging and meaningful. Beyond work, Workvivo also serves as a great outlet for me to unwind after a demanding day. It is a space where I can share my experiences, celebrate my culture, highlight holidays, and post about my adventures with my coworkers. It brings a sense of community and belonging that goes beyond just getting the job done. Overall, Workvivo has made staying connected with my workplace both seamless and enjoyable.

Honestly, there is very little to dislike about Workvivo; it truly serves its purpose as a workplace connection platform. The interface is professional, clean, and simple, which makes it easy for everyone to navigate regardless of how tech-savvy they are. That said, there are a few ideas that could take the experience to the next level. It would be great if Workvivo could introduce interactive games or fun group activities that colleagues can enjoy together, even when they are miles apart. Something like trivia challenges, team-based quizzes, or virtual icebreaker games would be a fantastic way to strengthen team bonding and break the monotony of a busy workday. Adding wellness-related features such as mindfulness exercises, step challenges, or quick stress-relief activities could also help promote a healthier work-life balance among employees. Another idea would be to incorporate personalized content feeds or interest-based groups, so employees can discover and connect with like-minded colleagues across different teams or locations. Overall, Workvivo is already an excellent platform, and these small additions would only make it even more engaging and enjoyable for everyone.

What I like most about Workvivo is that it makes communication feel more accessible and less formal. It’s a useful way to stay updated on what’s happening across the company and to have a better sense of connection with colleagues, even when working from different bases and locations.v

I think the main downside is that important information can sometimes get lost among less relevant posts and general content. It can also feel a bit disconnected from the day-to-day operational side of the job, so making important updates easier to find and prioritise would improve the overall experience.

Workvivo helps centralise communication and gives employees a better overview of what is happening across the company. As someone working in Selling Partner Support handling vendor interactions across shifts, having one place to check for process updates, SOP changes, and team announcements has been transformative. The social feed format makes it easy to scroll through updates without the formality of email, and the ability to react, comment, and engage with posts creates a sense of connection with colleagues I may never meet in person. The mobile experience means I can stay informed even before my shift starts, so I'm never caught off guard by a policy change mid-conversation with a vendor.

While Workvivo excels at centralizing communication, the notification system can feel overwhelming at times — especially during high-activity periods when multiple teams post simultaneously. I like how easy Workvivo is to access. The layout is very nice, helping me find the documents I need in a short amount of time. It's easier than most other pages because it has separate areas for looking for certain things, like files, documents, posts, and people. This feature helps me find what I need to learn and handle tasks like writing performance improvement forms by looking up exact template types. The initial setup of Workvivo is super fast, just like signing into a Google account, and it only took about five minutes. I also gave Workvivo a ten out of ten for recommending it.

It's a really user-friendly platform  easy for employees across the org to run campaigns without much hand-holding. What I've been liking recently is the new chat experience (threaded replies, mark-as-unread,  small things but they make a difference), the revamped mobile app which actually feels snappy now, and Journeys for automating onboarding/offboarding flows. The unified search is also a nice touch, no more hunting across tabs. Honestly one of the best employee engagement platforms I've used.

Unlike SharePoint, Workvivo offers a website structure that includes a homepage and subpages, which has made organizing our training processes and product details much simpler. I really like the ease of creating pages—it's much more user-friendly compared to the folder structure we used before. The initial setup was also quite easy, which was a plus. Additionally, the social media section is a great feature, as it allows us to use it as an internal social media tool, enhancing our team collaboration and communication.

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

Workvivo is very basic and solves only the issue of basic documentation. There are a lot of restrictions for pages, and more flexibility about the type of pages we can create is needed. Designs like tiles and animations could go a long way. It also does not have expandable and collapsible sections, which restricts how we can structure pages. Importing Word and PDF documents without losing formatting would be a great option. Currently, I have to copy and paste and then format separately for the page to look good.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workvivo to create a structured documentation system, solving issues with hosting our documents that we had with SharePoint. It provides a user-friendly webpage structure, making navigation easier and allows easy sharing of pages.

I like that Workvivo is a very easy-to-use platform and it highlights the different business units that we have within RSK Group. I enjoy reading all of the articles made up on the platform, and it's a very good read. The initial setup of Workvivo was pretty easy; it didn't take long, and I find it quite useful and straightforward.

I do feel there's a lack of interaction from the majority of our business units. There are a few super users, but there are lots of people that don't participate. So we need to increase engagement from our colleagues.

The platform does a great job keeping remote and cross functional teams connected through real time updates and community spaces. It makes it much easier to stay in the loop with company-wide news, celebrate team wins, and see what other departments are working on without feeling overwhelming.

Content discoverability and search performance could still be improved. As a platform scales with more posts, spaces, and documentation, finding specific past updates or archived knowledge can take more effort than it should. Tighter categorization and stronger search indexing would make day to day use much faster.

It would be great if the mobile experience is improved as it has a lag during uploads and occasional buffering issues. Also the mobile UI could be more simplified. There is also difficulty in integrating Workvivo with few third-party application causing workflow disruptions and hindering seamless data exchange.

Workvivo has made it much easier to share team photos by adding smoother bulk uploads and better album layouts to the gallery. It is updated event management, giving us the freedom to choose exactly when and how upcoming events show up on the main feed.

Workvivo needs to fix its compatibility bugs so that the mobile app is fully functional and reliable for iPhone users. This could also improve by allowing  profile customization, like adding unique cover photos and personal banners rather than just standard avatars.

**What do you like best about Workvivo?**

It's a clean interface and makes it easy to post mass communications to our team members, when the majority don't have work-issued computers. Most use their phones and Workvivo's app is very user friendly. There's also tons of options for translations as we have a diverse employee-base. Our CSM Caroline is amazing as well!

**What do you dislike about Workvivo?**

There is a lack of ease for some automations (there are some but all done via SFTP or API and not in-system), however, Workvivo is constantly working on new product releases and listening to their customers. To my understanding my ask of automations for spaces for several months (along with a few other customers) was what ultimately led to their initial development of it.

**What problems is Workvivo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication and ease of communication. We had a big problem with employees not feeling like the company was communicating well, and Workvivo has helped fill that hole significantly. If there are still any issues with communication it's more on our company and our communication skills now more than a lack of a strong software.

Sometimes searching by keyword can be a bit difficult, especially when the phrase is fairly generic. In those cases, it can be hard to filter the results and navigate within them.

It provides a great centralised way to find and section everything employees may need to review - from more formal information and policy files, to informal activities planned etc.

Everything is clear, well managed. It run like a small social media and help me connect with my colleagues
The email update about new article is so helpful that help me keep up with my organization news.
The UI is quite easy to use, all the button are clear and appear. the navigation is not t complex to me.
Overall I really enjoy the app UI.

The performance is not too good since sometime when I log in to the siye, it show error like "opps some thing was wrong" it scare me a bit.
