It can help employees in companies that are large, get to know their fellow employees and be able to collaborate together in different ways. The idea of employee to employee recognitions eliminates the hierarchy of titles and allows for the company to come together as one with no one feeling left out. It is a great platform to recognize hard work, which in turn supplies a higher output of motivation and dedication. The prizes and incentives are of course awesome, but the best part is being able to give and receive to those collegaues you may not normally interact with but still recognize. **What do you dislike about WorkTango?** The only downsides I can see are that it usually takes a very long time to accumulate the points for higher priced incentives. With the fact that your points expire, it is near impossible to achieve obtaining incentives that have high point value. **What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?** WorkTango has solved the need for unhealthy competition. It has also eliminated the hierarchy that comes when working for a larger company. This has benefited me by allowing my insecurities within my position to become more positive and has allowed me to grow closer with my collegaues. ### 24. This makes it possible. **What do you dislike about WorkTango?** There are not nearly enough opportunities afforded to us as agents/employees to earn points for the meaningful things we need which we may otherwise not be able to afford outside of Kazoo/Work Tango (such as grocery cards and or meals via restaurants listed). **What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?** None and the only benefit is when there is a miracle and someone's heart is touched to send points. However the Kazoo platform being a dedicated rewards and recognition platform, it is easier to send appreciation tokens and recognize them in a larger forum **What do you dislike about WorkTango?** In my opinion, Kazoo points held more value in the earlier version, whereas the Worktango points are not giving me as much value while redeeming for a reward in the catalog. I need to spend use more points to get an equivalent Retail voucher. **What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me save typing names in the To List in an email while sending an email . I can simply log in to Kazoo and add a brief note and click on the qualities I appreciate in my colleague and this gets published in the Dashboard. ### 41. I don't always see comments from the areas I work with. But that is a human issue. Seeing employees express gratitude in realtime is great! I cash in my rewards all the time and often purchase more points to distribute to others. Our company does a great job adding incentives and benefits that directly related to our company goals and values. **What do you dislike about WorkTango?** I would love to see a more robust dashboard. It would be cool to see top performers, which departments are the most engaged, and more. Right now, we get basic stats, but it would be awesome to have internal challenges and allow folks other than supervisors with advanced views to incentivize and push others to participate. It would also be great to be able to better brand the platform to make it unique to our company. **Recommendations to others considering WorkTango:** I recommend doing what our company does and take advantage of the customizable rewards and incentives to drive engagement. **What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?** My company has many different arms and departments, so it's great to have all employees in one platform where it's easy to find folks and give them props for what they do.
