Daily point redemptions are a nice perk but can be abused Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WorkTango? GUI is not intuitive to find your balance and redeem rewards. no ability to purchase X.xx amount of gift card balances (amazon specifically) only able to redeem on specific amounts 5, 10 25 etc. would be nice to have a minimum limit to redeem but there has to be a way to redeem all points to get gift cards of any amount. There should be an option in your account to make all rewards (given and received) to be private, not per reward that you have to select each time to not show. Benefits are that you can reward teammates for a job well done, no real reason to show as points vs $ amount other than to show a small dollar number, as a pseudo higher value than what is actually received. Employees like the ablity to recognze co-workers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about WorkTango? The reporting is very lacking! Unable to reconcile escrow account unless request reports each month from Kazoo Support. Then learn that employee can redeem points for a product and if it has to go through the approval process then the price of the product could have changed during that wait for approval process (without any notice to anyone). However, Kazoo will dedcut points from employee for what original posted price is, but charge the employer the full increased price. We learned this the hard way and the price of product actually doubled. In addition, Kazoo is unable to provide a report of ALL transactions to be be able to reconcile Redemption point balances for employees from month to month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The implementation leaves much to be desired. Many people with the most points to give out don't care about it. The value of points is so low that it can feel insulting. Recommendations to others considering WorkTango: There is a big need to improve the analytics functions, configurable security, and the fact that people can create any title or location they want by just sending it through a template or typing it vs. some sort of quality check is concerning. I want to move away from administering this software and hand the administration over to HR people in the fields, but they'd likely create so many unique locations with typos and formatting that it scares me to ever pass the torch.
