# Leading app performance monitoring software for cloud services

 Hey G2 community. G2 recently published an article on the best apm tools, but want to gather community feedback specifically on the top leading app performance monitoring software for cloud services. Datadog, Dynatrace, and New Relic are the top choices, looking at products and user reviews on the Application Performance Monitoring software page. See my entire APM software list below.  1. Datadog - Purpose-built for modern, cloud-native ecosystems, offering unmatched visibility across distributed systems through unified observability. It excels at real-time correlation of application traces with infrastructure metrics and logs. This makes it ideal for pinpointing issues across Kubernetes, serverless functions, and container clusters.  2. Dynatrace - Blends deep observability with predictive analytics. It autonomously maps complex service architectures and flags anomalies before they escalate, making it especially valuable for managing dynamic cloud workloads. Its built-in support for cloud cost and carbon usage tracking sets it apart for enterprises focused on sustainable operations.  3.
