**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

t’s built in a way that doesn’t feel forced – people actually use it, especially when milestones are automated (like birthdays or work anniversaries, which let’s face it, we always forget)

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

while decent, still feels a bit more basic compared to some of the newer tools out there that offer gamification, social feeds, or real-time integrations with Slack/Teams in a slicker way.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it’s been a great way to fix something that used to be hit-or-miss for us: making sure people actually feel appreciated. Before, recognition really depended on individual managers or random shoutouts during meetings – and let’s be honest, that meant some great work just went unnoticed.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I love how WorkTango fosters camaraderie by allowing us to highlight colleagues' successes, enhancing our workplace culture. The monthly rewards exchange is delightful, offering flexibility to treat myself. Also, the user-friendly features, including the ability to select recognitions and write notes, are incredibly beneficial. The wide variety of reward benefits feels almost endless, making it a versatile tool.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I don't really have anything that I would change. Maybe, the ability to put it on a Visa gift card. Sometimes the merchants do have some limitations, but overall, 10 out of 10.

I find WorkTango fosters camaraderie among colleagues, highlights successes, and offers incentives, allowing flexibility and rewards through gift card exchanges.

It helps in building a culture of employee appreciation & feedback. Recognition is easy & helpful to thank colleagues. Also, a wide range of reward options makes it more shopping friendly. Redeemed rewards are immediately credited within the shopping platforms.

There is nothing much I can think of disliking the application, even though I could highlight on the User interface & more self- reward recognition like: walking in real time, reaching 100 recognitions within the organization leading to extra points are all the benefits that could be added.

It helps in solving low employee engagement, limited visibility to workplace culture, recognizing gaps between international colleagues.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I treat the experience with these points as a way to create extra bonuses for myself. I have earned close to $2000+ in points that I can use wherever and whenever I want.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

In my opinion, the prize pool's costs are a little inflated. I find myself going for visa gift cards more than I do actual prizes as we pay inflated prices plus taxes to our work for any prizes we redeem.

It gives management the ability to incentivize a good work ethic. It has allowed people like me to make good work progress and be rewarded for it. I have improved across the board as WorkTango pays me for my efforts with quarterly bonuses worth of points. It also gives me the ability, as a trainer, to provide feedback and reward participants in class that go above and beyond what is asked of them

One of my challenges has been physical inactivity. WorkTango has helped me become more active again by offering many incentives that encourage movement while I complete my tasks at work. I find this approach very interesting.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

WorkTango is a great platform to use to send positive thanks and feedback to fellow colleagues for their assistance in day to day work. It makes people feel appreciated and is easy to use. I like that it keeps track on your profile of all the props received so you can reflect and use as apart of annual work reviews. It is easy to navigate around and redeem the points earned. I also like you are able to do private and public recognition this is a very good option to have!

More selection of Gifs to send. My scroll bar only shows me a few and I cannot scroll more when searching for Gifs to send.

It allows colleagues from different teams to give and receive recognition on record which is great to show management and feel appreciated in the work accomplished.

I love the whole idea behind it. It truly fosters an encouraging environment, along with incentives and rewards (which are ones we actually want and save up for!) Thank you!

Some things are "over-priced" and some unrealistic to attain, and if you do, then all is wiped out. I guess that's the point, but some items are a little off "pricing" wise. Otherwise, love it.

I wouldn't say it necessarily solves a problem, but I will say that it is a great addition in which you can recognize and reward folks for their hard work and helping others.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

The WorkTango platform is very user friendly.  And whenever I have questions about something I'm unsure about, the response I get from the support team is quick and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I wish the platform had a bit more accessibility.  For example, currently you can select dark blue accessibility for the ratings but the labels still show as a light grey.  Unfortunately for those with visual impairments, the light grey can be hard to see.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to WorkTango we used a third party to run our engagement survey.  Now with using the WorkTango platform, we can give targeted prompts to areas of the business that have low engagement in the survey. This was very impactful for increasing our response rate to the survey.

I like WorkTango because it provides a variety of gifts that can be selected.  I also like that with only a few points, you are able to get a gift whereas other incentive sites would require a massive amount of points to obtain a nominal gift.  WorkTango has so many options  - great options - that is sometimes becomes overwhelming in a good way.

At the same time that I have an appreciation for the massive amount of gifts that can be selected, I still find it overwhelming to choose.

Sometimes it is slow if many people at the company are on at the same time. This only happens sometimes at the end of the quarter.

It's great to have to recognize employees. I love the fact that you can also recognize them for how they represent our Core Values! Employees really appreciate the recognition and it also a BIG plus getting points and then trading them in for gifts or giftcards.

I cannot think of anything I dislike other than I wish some months I had more points to distribute but I am sure that is complany related. I love Work Tango.

What I appreciate most about WorkTango is how it enables the company to connect more deeply by allowing acknowledgements to be shared openly with everyone. The platform is also very user-friendly and simple to learn. I use it very often to send recognition to colleagues.

I like the opportunity to earn additional rewards for doing the same thing I am paid hourly to do. Its the greatest incentive this job has, even more so than paid time off which I dont get since I am seasonal.

I dislike all the stipulations on the company rewards but I understand it may be set forth by my company. if so then there is nothing I dislike.

Work Tango is solving the problem where I feel undervalued, underappreciated or taken for granted. This is the greatest incentive program I have ever seen.

I find the feature where coworkers can praise each other invaluable, as it keeps us informed about our work relationships. From the first access, the WorkTango interface proves to be designed with the user in mind. Navigation is smooth and clear, allowing both employees and leaders to interact with its functions without the need for complex training. The survey, continuous feedback, and rewards modules are organized logically, with accessible menus, attractive visual panels, and self-explanatory functionalities.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I love seeing the birthday and anniversary achievements to shout out to anyone and everyone in our CU! It shows how much we care for every person in the company. Shouting out and acknowleging everyone is very important for morale. The rewards are also excellent options!! Everything is so easy to use!

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

One thing that could be improved on is the option to not have to choose a core value for birthday and anniversary shout outs.

No current problems are being solved. As no problems have come up thankfully.

I love rewarding points to those that have assisted me with my work or questions I have had and vice versa. Its a really good system. The points allow me to buy fun things! it's very easy to use. I try to use it pretty frequently. Has a lot of great features. Customer support is really great too

I only wish I had more points. Other than than, I don't have anything i could mention negatively about it

What I like best about WorkTango is how it empowers employees to have a voice within the organization. The platform makes it easy to share feedback, recognize peers, and stay aligned with company goals. It's user-friendly, and the regular pulse surveys help leaders take meaningful action based on real-time insights.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

While the platform is great for recognition and engagement, one downside is that the gift card options tend to be quite expensive in terms of points. It sometimes feels like the rewards don't match the effort or consistency of recognition, which can be a bit discouraging.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

I LOVE WorkTango!  We are all bad at focusing on the negative in the world, but having the opportunity to recognize greatness and positive attributes in a colleague really changes our focus.  It is so fun to shout out an employee and celebrate their successes and say "thanks" for their help.  It's also SO easy to use.  As a manager, I use it multiple times a week!   I wish everywhere you went people would get prizes to celebrate being nice to each other, maybe that would change the world!

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

The only negative issue is that the site is often down, including the Rewards store.

WorkTango does a great job at opening our company culture and celebrating our staff!

I’ve been using WorkTango for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The platform is super easy to navigate, and the recognition system really helps build a positive team culture. I especially like how simple it is to give shout-outs and rewards to coworkers—it makes a big difference in morale.

There are a few small annoyances, like the search function not always finding the right person quickly, and some workflows could be a bit more intuitive.

I really like that I have an avenue to send public recognition to my teammates - I also like incentives provided to us by the company. It's a great tool.

Searching for items to redeem points is not very user-friendly. It could be clearer/provide better menu options. Redemption points for some items is a bit steep so redeeming for anything other than gift cards seems impossible. Smaller items for less points would be tempting.

**What do you like best about WorkTango?**

WorkTango has become a foundational part of our employee experience. The recognition platform is well-loved across our organization—our people actively use it, and it’s truly become part of our daily rhythm. We regularly see recognitions celebrated in team meetings, reinforcing a culture of appreciation. On the survey side, we deeply value how WorkTango enables honest feedback that informs meaningful coaching and leadership development efforts. Our executive team is highly engaged with the survey results and eager to act on what they learn every time a new Culture Pulse is released.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

While we love the platform, there are areas that feel underdeveloped—particularly in survey design, data flexibility, and reporting. Exporting raw data with anonymized respondent IDs would help us analyze trends and connect insights across surveys. The current trending setup lacks flexibility; even minor edits to questions make trending unavailable, which is limiting. Workflow issues like logic resets and limited export formats (e.g., only PowerPoint) also slow us down. On the recognition side, the inability to prioritize specific skills in the dropdown makes it harder to align recognition with our development goals. Additionally, our experience with customer success could be stronger—we often ask for support or enhancements and don’t always receive complete follow-through or clarity on next steps.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WorkTango is helping us create a more connected, engaged, and responsive culture by making it easier to both listen to employees and recognize meaningful contributions. On the survey side, it gives us a structured way to gather honest feedback across the organization, identify key opportunities, and drive leadership development and coaching based on real insights. This has helped us respond to team needs more intentionally and improve communication at all levels. On the recognition side, the platform has become a daily tool for celebrating our people, reinforcing positive behaviors, and building a culture of appreciation—which has had a noticeable impact on morale and engagement.

The most helpful thing about WorkTango is that employee names autogenerate for me.  The upside of using WorkTango is that I get to see all the recognition that employees receive!

The downside of WorkTango is that if you accidentally type the incorrect employee name, you can't change it.

The business problem that WorkTango is solving improving customer satisfaction by recognizing agents who truly do a great job.  By recognizing the agents tho do a great job, it inspires others to also want the recognition!

I like the different options and features given to us to earn points. It motivates me every week to login and follow through with healthy actions every week. I haven't had to contact customer support but I haven't heard anything about them that points to any negative reviews. The interface is easy to navigate. I don't think anyone had to show me how to use it, I was able to figure it out very easily.

**What do you dislike about WorkTango?**

I think the only issue I found was that it I don't think we need to post the "Take a walk" or "lead a productive meeting"  rewards.

**What problems is WorkTango solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promoting a healthier lifestyle to employees by having us bring in our own healthy lunches, rather than eating out, or taking a break and going on a walk once a day. I feel like I am a lot more motivated to do these things now that I get little rewards for them.
