What do you like best about UKG Pro?

UKG Pro is a Human Resource Management System. Below are the some of the top featurs application offers to its user base:

1. Self service is considered one of the best. Some of the basic tasks (time off, pay stubs, etc.) can be done via this.

2. User friendly

3. Has a very strong reporting tool section which helps admins to pull data, build dashboards, analyze HR metrics etc.

4.UKG Pro combines many HR‑modules in one platform: payroll, benefits, attendance, talent management, recruiting etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

1. Customer support is something that needs a lot of work.

2. Too expensive for mid-size firm.
