I like the fact that UKG can do many things from storing information, being able to make changes, and is safe friendly user and easy to navigate. There is nothing I do not like, to be honest. I think there can be slight improvements which is to allow employees or admin to change their own profile picture on there. I wasn't able to change my profile picture, only my manager could do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how UKG Pro offers a mobile app with essentially the same capabilities as the Windows version. I appreciate that I'm given the ability to manually alter my shift times, it has come in handy more than a few times. My one complaint is that on the Windows version it's harder to find the timecard feature. I know that you go to workforce management, but I would prefer if it was displayed somewhere on the home screen. 50% of the time when I'm on UKG, I go to see my timecard. I like that it is user friendly and well known. When onboarding new employees there is always a sigh of relief when we mention that we use UKG Pro as our HR tool. People are familiar with this product and for us it's easy to implement. I log in everyday to generate reports and look up employee information, the layout makes it super easy to get what I need quickly so that I can get to other tasks. We use UKG Dimensions for timekeeping and the communication between both apps is seamless, as a General Manager I don't have to worry about loading the employee into two different apps, I know that that once I can see my new employee on UKG pro, I just a matter of a few hours I will be able to start timekeeping on Dimensions. I used to dislike the number of times I would have to log in. However, with the new UKG Pro update I can now log in quickly using biometrics. On Desktop, I like the option to not have to use my password for a 24hr period. It just makes life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While UKG Pro is efficient overall, one consistent frustration is the short time limit on the verification code during login. The code often expires before you can retrieve and enter it, especially if you're multitasking or experiencing a delay in receiving it via email or text. This creates unnecessary friction during login and can be particularly frustrating during busy work hours.
