What do you like best about UKG Pro?

I like that they have the support for not only fixing things but to help us with training for employees using the system.

They have availability for a talking platform for employees so that they can get shifts covered, and put in availability to help with schedule automation.

They have a conference that allows us to meet others from our industry to help us with working the system to our benefit! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

There are bumps like reporting is it's own monster that can be hard to learn, and even harder to teach new people about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about UKG Pro?

Ease of getting around system and flow to other UKG systems if set up correctly. BI reporting is versatile. EE's love using mobile app. Customer support overall is very quick & helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

File management system is lacking basic reporting. Don't like not being able to maintain vendor feeds without UKG, example adding additional field to existing feed. Implemntation: you need to take a lot of training and expected to learn on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best system for payroll processing"

What do you like best about UKG Pro?

UKG has been a great help when it comes to creating reports more specific to business needs, their customization system allows our team to focus on the metrics that matter most to them. UKG also provides visual analystics into its reporting features, alloing users to view data in graphs and charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UKG Pro?

There has been a bit of a hiccup in having our team members clock in and out using the UKG Timecard system. It seems like UKG servers often crash preventing out team members from being able to utilize the timecard system which can be a bit of a nusiance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
