Unlike other alternatives available in the market I can also configure workflows and automate things very easily from their workflow builder UI. Another awesome part is that I was able to integrate with my other existing software without writing any single line of code. **What do you dislike about CloudApper™?** User guides and documentation should be more organized. Sometimes its hard to google anything quickly for help. Most of the time I had to knock them for support. I understand there is a lot of things to do in this system however they should organize their user-guides and quick support response. **What problems is CloudApper™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We started with the CloudApper RightPunch app with Face biometrics for touchless daily Time Clocking to protect buddy punching and appropriate time tracking. This app is integrated with the UKG WFD system out of the box. We then used their HRMS, CMMS, and Inventory System.
