**What do you like best about goHappy?**

I love the ease of use of goHappy and the fact that our employees don't have to sign in to anything. It's fed from our payroll system, and it updates every day, which I find really convenient. I also like that people can opt out if they choose to. I really love the smart reply feature, which is a two-way text that, even with some limitations, it has been a game changer for us. Also, the fact that you can set automatic text triggers, add images/emojis/attachments. I also love the keyword menu which sort of acts like a bit of a company intranet. We're also saving the company money by the increase in responses for our call to action texts.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

Nothing. Our CSM, Nick, and the whole team is exceptional.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use goHappy to solve communication challenges. With employees not reading emails, goHappy delivers instant messages to reps on their phones. It's integrated with our payroll and reporting systems, helping with shifts and operational needs.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

I appreciate that goHappy communicates with our team in a way that makes sense for them, so they don't have to log into anything. It's seamless and usable without any hassle. This has dramatically increased the amount of feedback we receive and can act on. I also value how goHappy provides our leaders with actionable data to improve their leadership actions, which results in a better experience for our employees, stronger engagement, and ultimately lower turnover. The auto-firing of messages and surveys without human intervention allows us to gather feedback at relevant times throughout a team member's lifecycle. The ease of the initial setup was impressive as they were very clear about what needed to be done and ready each step of the way. Their customer service is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

I wish there was a better tie in with our HRIS system to keep a record of the kind of feedback that employees share over time. That way it's easier for us to see how they've rated us over time and if they ever presented any issues.

Easy to use.  Automatically updates through our Paycor HRIS.  Easy to read graphics -- user friendly.

I receive a lot of periphery emails for activities and information that I am not interested in.  Also, recent price increases.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our primary use is for work change notifications (like snow-related shutdowns) to our dispersed and diverse manufacturing teams in 3 different states.  GoHappy is easy to use and comprehensive which is important when the clock is ticking to get messages out.

I like goHappy because of its ease of use and how quick their customer support is. I also appreciate that the goHappy team is constantly listening to their customers' wants and creating solutions. The initial setup of goHappy was very easy, which was a big plus for me.

There are a lot of additional add ons with more fees so it can be a little overwhelming over what it all costs

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

Having the capability to reach our team members who do not have access to a company email account has been a complete game-changer for our engagement. goHappy has significantly improved the way we communicate with our frontline workforce.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

We have 2-3 goHappy users at each of our manufacturing locations, and while our Admins can see the messages each user is sending, the users at each plant cannot see what their team is sending. We think it would improve the way our plant goHappy teams work together if they could see the messages each of them are sending to (1) avoid sending duplicate texts and (2) reference what they have all sent in the past to keep a consistent voice/tone regardless of who is sending the texts.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main reason that we implemented goHappy was to close the gap in communication/engagement between our salaried and hourly workforce. Historically we had not had a way to communicate directly with frontline workers because they do not have a company email address, so we were heavily relying on plant managers and local HR teams to cascade important information and company news to their hourly teams. Now that we have access to goHappy, we have been able to engage, protect, and celebrate our frontline employees more efficiently and most importantly, more directly.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

Our goHappy partnership has been richly rewarding over the last 3+ years.  The benefits of goHappy include: the constant connection and immediacy in delivering important information to all employees; the early engagement surveys and exit interviews along with insights; the continued evolution of the product to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and utilization.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

The only downside with goHappy is that is a 1-way communication vehicle and doesn't receive or handle inbound messages.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before goHappy, we didn't have the ability to connect, and communicate, with all company employees.  The onset of the pandemic made this clear and identified the need for a solution.  Today, we have the connection point and can reach all employees or targeted employee populations with a message, update or information immediately.

We've also been able to implement a series of automated early engagement survey as well as automated exit survey.  These early-employment and post-employment insights allow us to better understand the employee experience and take action where needed.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

Very easy to use and is a great way for us to communicate with ALL of our frontline employees.  Not just the store manager via an email.  Our frontline employees actually get our messaging now.  There is now even an intranet we are housing important documents that all employees have access to.  We are also utilizing new hire surveys at their 30, 60, and 90 day marks as well as annual engagement surveys.  We have been able to improve our operations due to the results of these surveys.  When we customer support, it very easy to get the help we need.  The system itself is very easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

I have not seen any down sides to goHappy.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

goHappy has solved the following problems for us:
Communication with Frontline employee
Having more active engaged employees
A company intranet where we are now storing important documents that employees have access to

Extremely easy tool to use with easy implementation.  We love the ability to do targeted communication to targeted groups.

Wish it had two-way communication capability.  Understand that is coming soon.

Before we implemented Go Happy, we had no formal way to directly communicate with our front-line workers, especially with a consistent message.  This tool has benefitted us in the area of communication, culture evolution, and driving engagement within the company.  We have seen incredible results in our engagement survey scores and in the reduction of turnover.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

goHappy has allowed us to easily and quickly communicate important updates to our family members and team members during crises.  We have had hurricanes hit our communities, and we have been able to send out updates multiple times a day to all of our family members regarding the state of the community and their loved ones.  goHappy has greatly improved communication with families and team members on not just crises of everyday items.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

I don't really see a downside.  I want more enhancements so that I can continue to leverage the system for surveys.  goHappy is very open to my feedback is working on those enhancements.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Is has helped to solve the break down in communication.  For example, once we had goHappy and it was open enrollment for benefits, our corporate team sent out text messages via goHappy to alert all team members about benefit enrollment deadlines and meetings that they could join to learn about benefits.  Due to this communication tool, we didn't have to rely on the Executive Directors to give this information out to their team members.  Year over year our benefit enrollment went up 50% due to the use of goHappy.  We are also using it for new hire surveys to work on making our new hire experience better.  We will be expaning our use of the surveys and am looking forward to exploring the employee intranet and recognition program.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

The people at GoHappy are so helpful. The product also provides us the ability to communicate with our 1800+ employees scattered throughout 8 states with ease. I love how easy to use it is and the insights it gives us also.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

I can't really think of a downside... the only things that have been difficult have been because of my company's IT stuff being in the stone ages, not any fault of GoHappy.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoHappy helped us solve our mass communication deficiency. Previously, we didn't have a good way to get a message out to everyone, it was slow and inefficient if it happened at all. Now we can get a message to anyone or everyone, and can see whether or not they received it and read it. 
GoHappy also helped reduce the number of calls to our support office about things that could easily be found with the new text menu.
GoHappy also helped us with a one off survey when we had an issue with the work environment in one of our restaurants. It helped us target the problem areas so we could work on improving.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

goHappy has revolutionalized how we engage and communicate with our teams.  Their platform is not only easy to use, but packs an powerful punch of impact on our culture, employee engagement, and our ability to communicate woith our employees.  Pair that with the high level of customer service we receive from the team, and we are incredibly happy customers. With each new feature, it is easy to implement. We use the goHappy platform daily, and are immensely happy with everythign it has to offer.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

The only thing we wish it could do better was a simple solution to sending the same message to multiple timezones. In current state, we have to duplicate the message 4 times, and send at specific times.  The ideal solution would allow us to create one message and send at "X:XX" am/pm local time.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

goHappy has allowed us to simply communicsate with our teams through direct messaging, keywords, triggers and trackable links. Their engagement and survey platfortm is top notch and gives us actionable data to best supporet our teams and restaurants.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

Gohappy has completely transformed the way we communicate with our frontline teams. We have people spread across airports and travel plazas nationwide and traditional methods just weren’t cutting it. With Gohappy our messages actually reach people quickly, clearly, and in a way that feels personal. The platform is easy to use and gets results. But what really makes Gohappy stand out is the team behind it. They’ve been with us every step of the way listening, adapting, and genuinely caring about our success. It’s rare to find a vendor that feels this much like a partner.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

There isn’t much to dislike. If anything I’d love to see even more real-time data insights and reporting features but knowing the GoHappy team they’re probably already working on it. They move fast and always take feedback seriously.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GoHappy is solving one of the biggest challenges in our industry which is getting important information to our frontline teams in real time. Traditional communication channels just don’t work for a workforce that doesn’t sit at a desk or check email regularly. With GoHappy we’re able to reach our team members directly on their phones with updates, announcements, recognition, and more. It has increased engagement, improved transparency, and helped us build a stronger connection with our teams across all locations. It’s not just communication. It’s culture building.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

I have used GoHappy in multiple different agencies. Big or small there is a way to use the product. They are always coming out with new updates and the customer service is top notch. I recently attended their GoHappy Summit and it was one of the best conferences I have been to. They put thought into every detail.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

I think that they should branch out from their normal and go into different industries. I am in IT Government Contracting and we use it almost daily. It can be used in more spaces than it currently is.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our employees are "on the ground" they aren't stopping to check their emails. This helps for us to send reminders, important updates, and even video messages for it to be a more personable approach and the information gets to them faster.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

I appreciate that our representatives, Martha and Addrianne, are always very responsive, helpful, and willing to assist with anything needed. I also really like how user-friendly the site is and how you can set up auto-text for specific events, such as anniversaries and birthdays. The setup to get started was simple, and it pairs with our HRIS system.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

We want to use the survey feature, but unfortunately, it is not included and has an additional charge associated with it.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Go-happy helps us bridge the communication gap between the corporate office and our employees located in different cities and states.

**What do you like best about goHappy?**

The GoHappy software is the most user-friendly SaaS I have ever used or rolled out to end users. The launch and subsequent year+ of usage has been the quietest launch of my career, indicative of how easy it is to use and how valuable to those using it.

**What do you dislike about goHappy?**

Nothing that I can think of. The team we work with is awesome.

**What problems is goHappy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never were able to communicate to our non-wired workforce before. This tool now gives us immediate access to individuals we need to reach, a full shift, a full plant, or thousands of employees around the country. It saves HR time on a daily basis, and helps us not just rely on mass mailings from corporate to reach people. We will be expanding to the employee intranet shortly.

In addition, receiving real time feedback via customized surveys allows us to give praise, respond to concerns, and create strategies to continue to increase and improve ongoing engagement and team member satisfaction.

It is easy to broadcast messages to all or certain employees quickly. The best part of GoHappy has been how much I have learned recently in order to utilize it more effectively. Our rep Dan Burgess has been excellent providing support, quick responses, and teaching myself and others in our organization how to utilize the platform. He has made a huge difference and has me wanting to learn more. Thank you Dan.

Only downside, which is probably for the best, is no two way communication.

The only downside of the platform is the inability for employees to reply to messages. This is probably a good thing from a liability standpoint, but can be a source of frustration for the employees.

Communication is a challenge in every organization. The goHappy platform provides a convenient way to send short bursts of information to our employees from various departments, including HR, the Safety team, dispatchers, and even the CEO. This helps to foster a sense of connection and keep employees well-informed.
