Overall, they have had a positive impact on our operations. **Recommendations to others considering Sability:** I think you can be confident when choosing to work with Sability. **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our problems center around how we try to fit our old manual processes into Dayforce's logic. The Sability team has helped us to make our operations more efficient by helping us to make better use of the features offerred in Dayforce. ### 2. However, they all interacted and worked with each other when the areas over-lapped. They were able to tackle any and all issues and were very responsive to questions - even outside of our scheduled meeting times. They are all extremely friendly and easy to work with! **What do you dislike about Sability?** Absolutely nothing! They're fantastic! It would was great to have a variety of people helping - if one didn't know something - the other may! **Recommendations to others considering Sability:** Just do it! **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no way that we could have done what we did without them. They understand the product well and have done a fabulous job helping my company get the outcome we need for our pay policies. **What do you like best about Sability?** The people of Sability make all the difference. They are knowledgeable, friendly and responsive - which is something you do always get. **What do you dislike about Sability?** In my book, there really are no downsides other than I enjoy working with the group so much that I wish I could work more with them. **Recommendations to others considering Sability:** Give the members of Sability your list of specifics and even some of your dreams for the system you would like them to work on with you. They have a great group of individuals that are knowledgeable that are up front and honest. They will provide you valuable feedback as to if everything is possible or what can be done to help you reach your goals. **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been utilizing Sability for a while for UltiPro Time Management. They understand the program and how it functions better than most of the associates at Ultimate Software I have talked to. They very open and honest when you ask of their opinion. They have saved us a lot of time and effort (which I am confident would have failed had we tried on our own). We are looking to work with them more for other needs within UltiPro as they have proven their abilities to us numerous times. ### 4. It started when we were implementing the Ultimate Time and Attendance module and we have continued to use their services with all changes and upgrades. **What do you like best about Sability?** I like the personal touch. When you work with Sability you have a point person assigned to you who stays in constant contact. When there is an issue you have a real person to go to and not just a case number that will be picked up by a customer service rep who doesn't know the idiosyncrasies of your systems. Sability works as a team, as issues come up that they feel another team member has more expertise in they will reach out to each other so that you are always receiving the best information. **What do you dislike about Sability?** I honestly have no dislikes, Sability is the real deal. **Recommendations to others considering Sability:** Talk with Sability, explain your issues and your wish lists, it has been my experience that they have run into it before or will collaborate with their colleagues and will bring it to fruition. **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connestivity between our HRMS and timekeeper. ### 5. The process is simply one of the necessary evils we had to endure because of our growth. They will get the job done. **What do you dislike about Sability?** There were a few issues that were experienced during our transition that Sability was blamed for. I do not know how true this is due to the blame they received. All in all, we are better for having them. **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** I will be reaching out to them soon concerning outsourcing payroll if I do not find teammates soon. ### 8. We are very happy that we used Sability and would recommend them to anyone. **What do you dislike about Sability?** We did not have any issues connected with Sability on this project. Sability looks at the relationship as a partnership and that is the way the project was handled through out. **Recommendations to others considering Sability:** It is a good investment especially if you have a small internal team or members that have no experience in implementing a new system. ### 9. Our local user group suggested to reach out to Sability. Our contact at Sability was very friendly and walked us through each step to setup six different OE sessions. Our first Open Enrollment went flawless, which was a surprise to us given the track record with our other rollouts using Ultimate standard support. **What do you like best about Sability?** Expertise in the subject matter along with a very friendly customer support experience. **What do you dislike about Sability?** We have worked on several projects now and I honestly can't think of anything I dislike. **What problems is Sability solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are getting support on BI reporting which allows us to satisfy various external reporting requirements, saving us many hours of compilation. ### 10. The latest one I worked closely with David on was implementing our newly acquired company into Dayforce. It was on time and pretty much seamless. During the live payroll, David was available and would "fix" a pay policy or whatever we needed ASAP. **What do you like best about Sability?** Great response time, trustworthy, knowledgeable, meets deadlines. Sability is great at making sure they truly understand what we are asking and will repeat the question back until they feel we are on the same page. Sability will also give us options on how to process things we are asking for. **What do you dislike about Sability?** I really can't think of anything off the top of my head. ### 11. They also provided excellent post go live support as our team transitioned into the new system.. **What do you like best about Sability?** Their responsiveness and attention to customers needs has been very consistent and reassuring through out our project life cycle.
