Wise Consulting helped my company to move from ADP HR/Payroll System.

**What do you like best about Wise Consulting?**

I love the close relationship they formed with us to get the system ready to launch.

**What do you dislike about Wise Consulting?**

I wish we had more support in the post-implementation, but that depended on the contract with the company.

**Recommendations to others considering Wise Consulting:**

Keep the project simple and it will work fine.

**What problems is Wise Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now we do not have Wise Consulting with us. As far as benefits realized, we got our reports done simply for day one run of payroll

Implementation of new HRIS/payroll software in 2013

**What do you like best about Wise Consulting?**

Open and helpful advice from professionals in both the payroll and HR background to help us make sense of the changes. 

**What do you dislike about Wise Consulting?**

Nothing that I can think of. They even reached out to us after the project was complete to assure that our first "year end" completed without negative issue. I was really impressed with this group. 

**Recommendations to others considering Wise Consulting:**

Sit with your internal team members and think of everything you could possibly want from the system. Then talk with your consultant and let them help you navigate what will work best from the system.
