    What do you like best?

    I like how quickly and easily we can launch corrected information about our products, policies, and processes. It used to take quite a bit of additional effort to kill myths and outdated information. It's also very useful to see the types of questions that get submitted.     What do you dislike?

    Recommendations to others considering the product:

    The best value is for onboarding new employees and updating existing employees on new policies and procedures. We find it to be very valuable to look over the questions our users are asking the bot. It informs us of additional training requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
