I find the lack of a global intent feature in Botpress a limitation compared to my previous experience with Voiceflow; I would like to set a keyword like 'STOP' that would universally allow the chatbot to return to the main menu, regardless of the flow the user is in. Additionally, the canvas becomes messy with a lot of lines connecting nodes. If a workspace hits its monthly messages/events limit, bots stop responding until the next reset or you buy an add-on.
