What do you like best about Qualified?

From the moment we onboarded, the support team at Qualified has been nothing short of exceptional. They’re incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in helping us get the most out of the platform. What do you dislike about Qualified?

One area for improvement is the platform’s limitation around custom JavaScript, particularly for tracking.

We use Bizible for multi-touch attribution, and not being able to deploy custom JavaScript within Qualified has made it difficult to capture and attribute certain touchpoints accurately. It limits our ability to get a full picture of the Qualified-influenced journey within our broader analytics and reporting stack.

We’d love to see more flexibility here in the future—it would make an already powerful platform even more valuable for data-driven marketing teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualified?

I really like the robust functionality of Qualified. The account/customer success team is fantastic, and we have regular working sessions with our Customer Success Manager who helps us figure out our integrations, reporting, and use cases for our business. This has been instrumental in ensuring our team gets the most out of the tool and stays up-to-speed on the most effective and efficient sales flow advantages that Qualified provides. What do you dislike about Qualified?

I wish there was better functionality of exporting data directly from Qualified's in-app reporting in order to gain deeper insights connected to other channels. The ability to slice & dice Qualified data alongside data from other platforms more easily would be helpful to understand impacts of the tool, attribution, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
