Qualified Pricing Overview

I would say the fact that we have an account manager helping us build segmented chats & constant training of the tool. Our previous chat vendor required us to do all of the backend work which was extremely time consuming. Our account manager is amazing and the ability to integrate with our other tools like 6sense, Salesforce, and Marketo makes everything better. It is also amazing to monitor who is visiting our website, allowing our inbound sales reps to hop in and start a personalized chat! I really like the robust functionality of Qualified. The account/customer success team is fantastic, and we have regular working sessions with our Customer Success Manager who helps us figure out our integrations, reporting, and use cases for our business. This has been instrumental in ensuring our team gets the most out of the tool and stays up-to-speed on the most effective and efficient sales flow advantages that Qualified provides. I wish there was better functionality of exporting data directly from Qualified's in-app reporting in order to gain deeper insights connected to other channels. The ability to slice & dice Qualified data alongside data from other platforms more easily would be helpful to understand impacts of the tool, attribution, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
