"Good value but could use some polish"
What do you like best about SendPulse?

The multi-channel approach is solid - email, SMS, and web push all in one place saves me from juggling three different platforms. Email builder is decent, drag-and-drop works without glitching out. Automation flows are straightforward to set up, nothing overly complicated. Deliverability rates have been good, emails actually land in inboxes instead of spam folders. Pricing is fair compared to competitors like Mailchimp which got insanely expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SendPulse?

UI feels dated compared to newer tools - looks like it hasn't been redesigned in years. Analytics dashboard is pretty basic, missing some granular metrics I'd like to see. Templates are hit or miss, some look professional but others feel cheap. Customer support response time can be slow, sometimes waiting a day for answers. The SMS credits system is confusing as hell - wish it was just straightforward per-message pricing. Mobile app is clunky and missing features from the desktop version.
