For our edugame, we needed to guide hundreds of participants through several complex activities with just an AI tutor. Jotform AI Agents allowed us to create our AI persona in minutes. The setup was incredibly easy: we uploaded a single text file with all the mission details, and the agent was instantly trained and ready.
It flawlessly handled hundreds of user queries, providing instant, in-character clarifications. This not only saved our team countless hours of manual support but also dramatically enhanced the immersive experience for our players. Honestly, there's very little to dislike for our use case. If I were to suggest an area for future improvement, it would be to add more proactive capabilities. For example, having the ability for the AI Agent to trigger reminders or messages based on deadlines would be a fantastic addition for managing time-sensitive projects like ours.
Also, more advanced tools for visualizing the conversation flow or decision trees within the setup UI could be helpful for even more complex narrative scenarios.
