What do you like best about Wati?

WATI is a very good technology platform and our experience with WATI has been exceptional. As a company,we are working closely with food processing companies,

agri-buyers and a large farmer's network at different locations and WATI proved to be a very good communication platform to communicate with Farmer to provide them

crop advisory and market updates for their harvested crops.Also WATI helped us to communicate seamless with corporate food buyers for buying requirements ,providing them updates about

best prices available for a particular crop raw material,sending logistics related alerts for procuring bulk raw materials .WATI platform is highly scalable and helped us in handling large volumes of messages ,sales and marketing campaign across our customers who are farmers and corporate food buyers. Their customer support is very good and understands the unique needs and contexts of the business domain of user of WATI.Thanks to WATI team for helping us in building trust and in deliver timely information, and scale our outreach efficiently with our customers.

"Frustrating Account Management and Support when Cancelling"

What do you like best about Wati?

I find Wati fantastic for its seamless integration with WhatsApp Business API, simplifying the process remarkably. The experience and insights it provides for configuring both Meta and WhatsApp connections stand out, making the setup not just simple but also efficient. I appreciate how easy it is to integrate AI chatbot elements into the system, adding value by streamlining communication tasks. What do you dislike about Wati?

I find the account management and cancellation process with Wati challenging. When I contacted support to cancel my account, they were unresponsive and did not assist me. I had to search the website extensively, as there was no straightforward option to cancel my account from the user dashboard.
