What do you like best about Wati?

I find Wati fantastic for its seamless integration with WhatsApp Business API, simplifying the process remarkably. The experience and insights it provides for configuring both Meta and WhatsApp connections stand out, making the setup not just simple but also efficient. I appreciate how easy it is to integrate AI chatbot elements into the system, adding value by streamlining communication tasks. What do you dislike about Wati?

I find the account management and cancellation process with Wati challenging. When I contacted support to cancel my account, they were unresponsive and did not assist me. I had to search the website extensively, as there was no straightforward option to cancel my account from the user dashboard. The process was unnecessarily complicated, misleading, and introduced friction, making it very difficult to find how to cancel the account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
