What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Good software, easy to use and navigate. Very helpful for keeping all of your customers and any info that you may need in one place. I like how you can add tags to each contact. I use this daily and would struggle without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

It's an easy to understand, flexible and simple platform that fulfills the needs of a small business without the complexity of more powerful CRMs that would just add to the confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

The simplicity sometimes gets in the way of accomplishing certain tasks, but honestly as a 10 year + user I find it pretty seamless and unintrusive, which says a lot about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

It's so easy to use, we absolutely love it. It took a few minutes to set-up, I use it daily and like the project / pipeline features. I'd highly recommend the product for start-ups or scaling businesses. The possible level of customisation, search functionality, reminders etc - all very straightforward. Don't have to be a CRM-pro to use it. Team have not wanted to use CRM systems before but successful pilot with Capsule convinced them it's a good thing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I've struggled to get the email integration to work, but think that's more user error than an Capsule issue! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Easy to use. For project related businesses it's ideal for managing pipeline and customising probability of your own stages, regarding success (completion). Oh and there is always a human being giving you immediate support rather than a chat-bot. Mobile app also helps when out and about Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really easy to use, it just flows. Love the outlook add in feature for attaching emails. Was quick and straight forward to implement. What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

For small to medium enterprises, I find Capsule to be a no brainer given the accessible price brackets they offer and the easy implementation and training of staff on the very intuitive sofware. One other thing I found really good was their costumer support, leaving no margin for doubts through fast email exchanges, webinars and other sources of information. What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

There may be a point where Capsule becomes too limited for the integrations desired. Depending on the features wanted, this may happen too early in the scaling process for some. This tells us Capsule may not be equipped for those looking for a more complex and complete service as that is not the target customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

Capsule CRM is extremely user friendly and my whole team loves the simplicity of the dashboard. My sales team performance has been improved significantly ass it allows them to process leads and manage their pipeline effectively. I love the fact that it has Zapier integration.

The interface has been designed really well, especially when I compare this other CRM’s I have used. Our team has full visibility of projects, tasks and tracks. This is vital for our organisation. The sales pipeline is an invaluable feature for us as it lets us forecast our sales fairly accurately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

It would be great if more useful data from Transpond.io would display within the Capsule interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Capsule CRM?

The customer support team provide responses promptly, and are always very helpful with explaining.

They are also open to sending off suggestions if what you are trying to achieve is not yet possible on the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Capsule CRM?

I would like to see an Archive setting.

At present we are having to delete contacts/organisations off of Capsule that are not relevant and store as a CSV file instead.

It would be good if we could archive them to keep on the system but not be part of the current. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
