We love Smith.ai! The integration was smooth and the customer care we get for all our needs is beyond next level. We started with one location and a few months ago added another. Everyone is so nice and helpful and touch base with you even when you have not asked. They just like to keep in touch so you know they are there and available. True relationship experts! What do you dislike about Smith.ai AI Receptionist?

Smith.ai is growing and expanding all the time. It would be great if there were more features like expanded text messaging and auto voicemail drops but maybe that is something that will be coming down the line in the future. It is very intuitive. I cannot believe how accurate the messages are. I worried that my callers might hate it, but that worry was soon put to rest when people started going out of their way to tell me that they liked it. Messages are delivered to me almost immediately. I love how Smith.ai lets me filter calls effortlessly—I can choose which callers go straight to voicemail and even mark spam so it never clogs up my phone. We get a lot of spam calls, and this feature makes everything so much easier in the long run.

We use this service for after hours calls to improve upon the efficiency of voicemail. We like that it blocks spam calls and answers basic questions such as hours of operation and areas of practice. This cuts down on the number of calls the team has to return when the office re-opens. Reading the summary of the call also saves time over listening to a voicemail recording.
