As an admin for multiple CRM accounts, Import2 has been helpful in particular areas, but in my last import with them we had multiple problems that I feel shouldnt have come up. The actual export and import took longer than I expected due to the large volume of data transferred. We did the migration in the 11th hour when were just about finished with our implementation of Salesforce. So I had to jump through hoops to clean up data after I already cleaned most of our data.
