The real problem I have is that this version has serious issues with window scaling. Additionally, when you drag the window, it disappears and you have to close the program and restart it. I need this to be fixed in order to renew the program. I would also mention that I need to switch to the subscription service.

We use it to handle calls from SIP lines. It allows us to manage voice communications efficiently through our existing SIP infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

I haven't yet been able to make full use of the software, but based on what I have used so far — during the testing phase and shortly after the purchase — I am very satisfied. The integration works well, with almost no issues or failures. The support team is very responsive, providing quick answers and assisting with any questions I may have.

I've only used it a few times due to ongoing changes in my company and some issues we’ve faced, but the implementation was straightforward, and I believe resuming its use will be just as easy.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

My only concern was the lack of proactivity from the support team in resolving issues. I would have liked them to take full ownership of the problem, actively working to find a solution and consistently following up until it was resolved.

My issue was related to the VoIP system in my Call Center. The solution we previously used had major integration problems and frequent failures.

The software meets the needs of our small company exactly: it has a smart GUI, is intuitive to use, was very quick to set up and has important functions that many other providers don't have, such as the integration of Google contacts. The basic version is enough for us. However, we have a good feeling that we can upgrade to more functions if required.

Nothing  found till now. No unmet needs.

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

The software is a clear innovation, its various screens allow you to have the most information about a contact at hand. It does not follow mobile interfaces, allowing for customization and configuration as needed, without causing obstacles or much "confusion" in any function, in addition to its easy implementation. Best of all, it offers a free 15-day trial without the need to create an account or go through any tedious process. Its website has the necessary resources and the software download firsthand. As long as the licenses are within the acquired range, the frequency of use will not cause problems.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

-I wouldn't say it's a disadvantage, but you definitely have to take into account the amount of resources the software needs, which is why if your business is oriented towards strong management with IT tools, you must ensure that the machine has the necessary resources.
-Something peculiar about the software is that it is not installed on the computer, it is by user. This means that in a business environment, if the user changes, the software will need to be installed again.

As can be seen, these are details that can be resolved with good organization and management for optimal work.

The quick dialing and management by the executive when making multiple calls simultaneously without losing fluency.

The number of features. The responsiveness of technical support. Support requests receive a response within the day. Easy to use. The gateway integration with CRMs is well-designed and easy to implement. A template system facilitates deployment for teams whose roles differ within the company. Easy to install and configure. Furthermore, I would add that many connectivity features have been added since my last review.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

I haven't found any flaws so far and it is constantly improving. I have only one regret, that the pro softphone is not available on Android and iOS.

I absolutely wanted to be able to do messaging (SMS Messaging) by integrating a link to a third-party provider. ==> OK.
Simple file escalation to implement. ==> OK.

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

After trying many softphones on the market, both free and some with high costs, I found softphone.pro. Honestly, after the trial days, we were satisfied, but now that we've been using it for almost two months, it meets all our needs. The audio quality is good, being able to transfer calls with a simple click... I had an IP terminal on my desk and now we all operate solely with the softphone on the PC.

At the moment I have no complaints, we will continue testing and recommending the app.

Easy of integration and possibility to quickly blend Softphone into our IT ecosystem. Softphone pro has build in Freshdesk feature which allows us to show client name in incoming call while also shows link with Freshdesk contact details with all the necessary information. Another important feature for us is possibility to trigger webhook after each call - in our scenario such webhook is being converted into Freshdesk ticket via addtional script. We were looking for such advanced SIP client and we have finally found one :)

Documentation should be a little bit more detailed.

Softphone solved our primary issues related to integration with Freshdesk. We can now reuse Freshdesk information (phone numbers, contact name) directly in SIP client, while also SIP client allows to click on contact name what redirects to Freshdesk client page.

I realy Liked the Simple UI for the Softphone for Our Team Members as it makes the operation easy and shows them their statistics. and the Ease of deployment, as it was too easy to install the app on our domain computers, and creates account to our members and pushes the SIP accounts automatically so it was easy to intigrate with our SIP Server. now SoftPhone Pro is an esintial tool in our day to day operations to provide customer support for out Call Cetner Customers.

There is nothing i can dislike or say about softphone pro for now as it offers me a set of rich features.

Softphone Pro offers me a quality-for-price, we was facing an issue to generate real and detailed Reports for our Teams Performance and detect the Unreal Missed call, SoftPhone pro Provieds us with more than one detaild Reports as it was an excellent choise, it provides us with multiple report types that helped us to Improve our ATH and CS indicators.

The Free Edition is annoying with popups that prompt you to buy the software. A test with it was not possible and misleading. Since the Pro Version also had a 14-day trial period.

The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, which allows any user to easily navigate it and use it effectively.
My team has been using Softphone Pro for two months now. The team highlights its unique ability to simultaneously manage multiple SIP accounts. This feature sets it apart from other softphones and has greatly expanded the team's ability to effectively receive calls from customers.
Since I am the administrator of the softphone implementation project, I would like to note that the process of setting up and integrating into the business is very simple and understandable. It didn't take me long to figure out the settings.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

One of the significant drawbacks is the limited support capabilities. Support is available exclusively by email and only on weekdays, which may be inconvenient if you have urgent questions. It would be useful to have real-time support, ideally through platforms such as Telegram, available on a daily basis. The operators on the line work every day and the cases that arise on weekends are waiting for a solution until the working days of support.

The biggest problem our business faced, which the softphone solved, was the simultaneous use of multiple SIP accounts. Now, we don't miss calls from clients coming through different communication channels, and this positively impacts the business revenue.
Since other softphones did not allow us to use multiple accounts, we did not have telephony data on one of the accounts. But now we see statistics on the work of each manager on both sip accounts.

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

I had several softphone programs on my PC before. Unfortunately, none of them could handle multiple SIP accounts. Softphone.Pro, on the other hand, is very good, better than the others. Over the years, I have rarely had any issues with it. It always runs smoothly, has a nice, intuitive interface, and is easy to use. Sometimes, a SIP account fails to connect to the server or loses the connection. This may not be Softphone.Pro's fault, as all the apps had this issue. It would be nice if it could be indicated right away on the Windows taskbar icon. Overall, it's a very fine program.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

What I really miss in Softphone.Pro is the ability to specify the SIP account on the contact I want to call. I have a separate number (SIP account) for personal contacts and another one for business. Additionally, I have accounts for domestic and international calls. I want to call personal contacts with my personal number and customers with my business number. Currently, I have to remember this myself and I have to manually switch the SIP account. Often I forget to switch it back. It would be nice to have this feature, I think it's the only thing that I'm missing.

Softphone.pro app was very easy to setup, and power to use. I'm very happy to have found this app. I'm able to setup to all my remote employees, view the analytics, and very simple to understand.

I'm not sure its something I dislike, but I do have remote employees who work off tablets, who I would love for them to have a mobile app or tablet app instead of having to use an actual computer.

The general handling is comparable to other clients. What made me buy tThe general use is comparable to other clients. But what convinced me to buy an ongoing subscription is the perfect connection to our CRM. Pipedrive transmits the customer data and I can immediately see who is calling or open all the customer details with just one click. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, our configuration does not indicate whether a missed call was answered by a colleague. But I think this is due to our service ...

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

The main advantage of using Softphone Pro is its ease of use, the dashboard is very detailed and the interface is free of any glitches or issues. The reports section is amazing for getting useful data and extracting reports down to each second for each agent.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

The only disadvantage I have faced while using Softphone Pro for our company is that older call records cannot be extracted. This tool would be useful if we can get call records for our agents for older calls they have made.

**What problems is Softphone.Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Softphone pro is helpful for getting call recording from our agents to see if the quality of their calls is up to our standards. We can also see their working screens when they are on a call to make sure they are looking for information in the right places. 
The best feature though is the dashboard where we can see live stats of who is online, who is on a call, how many calls each agent has made and how many were successful etc. and much more.

Speeds up my calling easily integrates with other crm systems and makes calls super fast, very easy to set up and get going an best part it's very well priced, i love them, honestly. We need more of this.

Nothing, service is good and fast. I think this company should be in charge of the world, they dont seem greedy, their system works better than expected. Well Done softphone, well done.

Outbound calls stats they're very insightful and help us assess agents performance, very affordable, very easy for staff to use, very effiecnt and fast when it comes to real time data.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

Inbound calls module isn't suitable enough for call centers with several teams or projects, since it is not skill-based or queue based. Most of configurations almost need somewhat knowledge of IT codes.

**What problems is Softphone.Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checking outbound agents' availability, productivity and unique customers being called. These features aren't available in free pbx managers. Also softphone offers good variety of reports and agent monitoring tools.

**What do you like best about Softphone.Pro?**

I had used some soft phone at the last years and i think yours is the best. Why?

- Always it works! I use it with windows 10 at work and with MacOs at home telecommuting. With Mac the voice is more clearly but i have a fast internet connection just for my own at home.
- Our users hear our voice clearly and we hear them equally well.
- Screens are amazing. You have the control of the call all the time. You can take phone from screen call to search user at ERP at the same time you are talking with the user.
- I have been using two months all the week days and we have not to restart your app because always works correctly.

**What do you dislike about Softphone.Pro?**

I have just one little problem the past week with a weather widget of windows 10. I think was just the last update of windows, but i just closed the widget and my computer works correctly again. I tried to close softphone and the widget worked correctly so maybe you used some common bookstore .Net.

I am a FrontEnd programmer but i also give support tech by phone to our users so your Softphone makes my day more easy being able to control the call instead of the call stopping me from getting on with my task.

It is easy to configure and the server pushes the changes. I can add customs code to do certain actions on an agent-by-agent basis.

a kiosk mode is missing to display in the actual call room so that agents my see their dash and current performance. the config templates code by pre-designed for you to just select instead of going to the website and copying and pasting.

Its a very versatile softphone that allows integrations and connectivity to multiple platforms.

We have had some difficulty getting our tax exemption processed with the company.

We needed a softphone that would allow us to integrate with APIs that our systems are using, and this software worked perfectly, as expected.

We use Softphone.pro in our call center for all our teleworking agents. The application works very well, it integrates perfectly with other environments and allows us a centralized management of contact lists and other configuration parameters.

Sometimes the application is not allowed to answer a call and it keeps ringing until you restart the application. Very little happens, but it is somewhat annoying. This issue occurs only on VPN

The integration with ZenDesk for our support center. This integration allows us a more efficient management of the calls related to the tickets of this platform.
