What I like best about REVE Chat is its user-friendly interface and robust features. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for both our team and our customers to navigate. The agent dashboard could be more mobile-friendly. Not a dealbreaker though — they update things regularly.

When I requested new API calls, they gave me early access to new API documentation and also created custom API calls within 2-3 business days.

**What do you dislike about REVE Chat?**

The old documentation was a little confusing and it took me some time to learn where I can find my auth token and my account_id.

**What problems is REVE Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

REVE Chat helped me solve my issues with API calls. Their team was fast at responding to my questions and they helped me implement custom API calls.

Only 14 days free trial. It should be increased I think so.

The interface / operating system is user-friendly.
I Love how it has all the chats in one window/tab instead of having multiple open
also love the options of having the files and other attachments - kinda like an express email / chat app

**What do you like best about REVE Chat?**

I like this software because it is a platform that provides its users with multiple channels for their communication with clients, in which the same client is the one who chooses where to communicate, whether through voice chat, video chat, Facebook messaging, Viber messaging which makes it a much more comfortable communication for both the agent and the same client because they are networks known to anyone, in addition to being based on the cloud makes access much simpler and for this only requires access to a good internet network, has a very simple and easy to use interface so its implementation makes it much easier to manage the problems or queries of each client.

**What do you dislike about REVE Chat?**

One of the things that I do not like is that this software provides a too short trial period which means that if you want to test to know if it really is worth the investment may be somewhat doubtful so it would be ideal that it could be extended since it is a software that contains several characteristics and channels for communication and it must be verified that each one of them performs well.

**Recommendations to others considering REVE Chat:**

I recommend its use because in this way it will make the assistance to your business clients much more successful and efficient thanks to the fact that this software provides multichannels that allow a fast communication with it, so in this way the time it takes in Solving the problems is less so as the expenses for the implementation of said software.

Implementing this software allows you to carry out much more direct communication with customers, which allows you to solve your doubts or problems much faster and more efficiently, which is why its usefulness is really great since both the client and the agent they do not present problems in adapting to it.

I like REVEC because it offers a wide range of capabilities and features, ranging from the reliable live chat functionality to a more interactive voice / video chat setup and the familiarity and versatility that comes with Facebook and Viber messages, between others.

I have no complaints about the software, I use it daily and it works very well the problems in the company were solved thanks to this video chat application, it is very good.

**What do you like best about REVE Chat?**

I like The live chat add-on of the REVE Chat software for my WordPress website, I also like the features such as screen sharing and joint navigation, department management, and the best to be able to customize the interaction of each client through multiple channels.

Outgoing messages tend to take a bit but nothing that cannot be improved, software with unbeatable features.

A simple and highly customizable live chat solution, friendly user interface and dashboard, intuitive chat window, I recommend REVE Chat software.

Perfect solution to my WordPress website, with the REVE Chat live chat addon I can add live chat to every page of my website. To respond to the chats, I can log in to the control panel, from the web control panel or mobile applications.

I am not sure what i disliked so far. I can say that further features can be added or maybe licensing requirements should be more friendly.

Maybe they should have a free license for non-commercial purpose?

I like about many features available in their chat service including Video Chat, Voice Call, Facebook Messaging and more.

It will be better if they can increase the free trial period.

**What do you like best about REVE Chat?**

With REVE Chat, I can do live chat or voice/ video chat with my visitors. It works great on my WordPress website. REVE Chat also helps to receive chats directly from my facebook page visitors in Dashboard. So that is something I dont find in other live chat softwares. It also gives me good insights about my website visitors and their journey on my website, and hence I can understand about my customers better while chatting with them. 

**What do you dislike about REVE Chat?**

I think REVE Chat needs itegration with tools like Zendesk because right now there is no way to create tickets directly from REVE Chat dashboard.

**Recommendations to others considering REVE Chat:**

I think before you choose any live chat software, you have to define what are your business objectives. if you are looking for a free software, there are plenty in the market but they may not help you to solve your problem. Hence I recommend not to go for free softwares if you are serious about using live chat on your website
