**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

Disregard all reviews before July last year as LeadInfo does not offer the same service as Canddi used to before its acquistion. For this, you need https://www.go-data.com/products/go-track which is the old product that helped us to identify both the companies and, most importantly, the people that were visiting our website and track them around the site allowing us to know the channel that has brought them to us, their route around the site and the point that they leave.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

There is not much to dislike. Small things that were missing have quickly been added by the development team to overcome and improve the product

**What problems is CANDDi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowing which companies were visiting our website was useful but not as much as tracking specfic individuals. Our marketing could then identify what marketing activities worked best. Identifying the people on the site has allowed us to retarget them if they do not complete their registration for our events. This functionality no longer exists in Canddi.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

Our team has been using CANDDi software for a couple of months now, and we are very happy with the service. It offers a great set of features to identify visitors to our website, whether by company or by fully identifying the individual. The Marketing and Sales teams are particularly pleased with these capabilities.

It was also very easy to set up and to train new employees to use it, which we appreciate. Additionally, the support has always been top-notch, and we think the quality-to-price ratio is brilliant. We'll definitely keep using it and recommend it to all our friends.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

We had a blog post recently that went viral and exceeded our expectations in the surge of traffic that our blog received. Canddi was loading a bit slow during that week, but I'm not surprised, nobody in our team expected that kind of traffic on our blog anyway. In the end this is a good problem to have and I'm sure it can be worked on it.

Canddi has significantly improved our ability to gather insights on website tracking and email marketing performance. One of the standout features that initially drew us to the product was the sophisticated filtering of spam and bot clicks, which has saved us a considerable amount of time on manual processes. The system works seamlessly, allowing us to focus on real leads.

We also appreciate how Canddi makes it easy to identify and segment inquiries, giving us a clearer view of our data. This segmentation has been crucial for understanding the intent behind each inquiry, helping us tailor our approach more effectively.

The customer support from Canddi has been top-notch. Lewis, our account manager, has consistently gone above and beyond to help us segment our streams across different campaigns and build customized dashboards. He’s even joined multiple calls with team members at Mitigo, always explaining the product in detail and sharing valuable insights based on his experience with other clients.

This functionality would be unavailable without Canddi, which adds immense value to our outreach efforts.

Additionally, knowing that we have legitimate leads during cold outreach has boosted the motivation of our BDRs. They can now classify these leads as inbound, enhancing their confidence in booking and closing meetings.

Furthermore, the user interface of Canddi is intuitive and easy to navigate, allowing multiple users to access the platform seamlessly. This collaborative aspect enhances our team's efficiency and ensures everyone can leverage the insights provided.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

Really useful to see who is interacting with my emails and the site in general. Enables me to pounce on prospects at an early stage of interest. Makes following up so much easier and gives me a real insight into what in particular is interesting a prospect. Canddi is mostly easy to use. When I need help, the support I receive is excellent and this is really important to me because I am not a technical person. if I have any issue I can get in touch immediately and things are always resolved really quickly. Lewis in particular always responds to my questions and is so helpful in explaining things, very patiently, to me. He also follows up to check whatever has been explained or added, has been resolved or implemented successfully.

Nothing really, other than I wish I was more technically capable to get the most benefit from it.

Without Canddi I have no way of knowing what subjects interest prospects or how they respond to campaigns/contact.

The easy help you can get from the support team, I started the business at the beginning of the year and Lewis K has helped me understandng the use of Canddi and all the benefits our business can gain from it. He has also been there to answer any random questions I have very quickly, his explanations have also made it easy for me to explain to my colleagues answers to questions they have about Canddi.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

CANDDI allows us to see what our customers are looking at online, giving us the opportunity to support them further in their search for the right solution. We use it on a daily basis to look for new customers and reach out. It provides general information on a customer.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

Even though we've been told that CANDDi uses companies house for addresses, we often find opportunities are missed when the address CANDDi provides aren't the same as the company house. Sometimes, the business CANDDi shows is entirely different from the links it gives you.

**What problems is CANDDi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After Lewis showed us the handy ability of exporting the streams onto a spreadsheet, I found it much easier to filter out the accounts that aren't neccessary to  focus on, and reach out to customers who may not be using our services as frequently as they use our websites.

Really good at tracking new visitors that come to our website. You can see all the fine details of the visitor's activity. Very easy to use, and great user interface. Customer support is always fantastic - shout out to Lewis :)

Sometimes the information about the visitor isn't always accurate unfortunately. Bots can also slip through sometimes when they should be in the exclude stream.

I cannot say I have experienced a downside to using Canddi, once our clients see the benefits in real-time sales follow-ups, rather than Google Analytic/numeric reporting alone they are brought into the obvious benefits.

We get to see wherever possible the actual name of a person or company who has visited our website. We also get insights on whether they have come via google ads or SEO. They have very good customer support and when I had a query they video called me and walked me through what I needed to know. We also receive daily reports and report of when an 'identified' user has come to our site.

There is nothing I can think of that I dislike.

Seeing which landing pages enquiries have come from which are triggered when someone fills in our website contact form.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

We were recommended Canddi, and very happy to recommend it. We have been using Canddi for a year and it has been great.

 The Canddi team is small, very accessible and offers immediate detailed attention including little things like optimising settings to our specific requirements and helping to set up bespoke notifications etc. 

I am no longer aware of how unique the Canddi service is, or forensics are, but know that when we looked into it some time back they were the best available for our B2C biased requirement.

any shortcomings are our own in not leveraging the service properly.

Our intended use of Canddi is to help identify strong landing pages and hopefully tie buying clients together with their entire journey on our website. We are now overdue for an analysis of this!

Since implementing CANDDI on our website we have gathered so much more valuable data about the type of organisations and people visiting us. This in turn, has enabled us to refine our messaging and forms presentation to allow visitors to access the information they are looking for quicker and easier. Also by enabling a certain amount of email tracking we can also identify and  personalise our messaging better.

At this moment the only real additional requirement would be to enable more functionality on Apple Macs (I'm sure they will be working on this though)!

CANDDI is helping us with being able to more clearly identify organisations and individuals who are visiting our website or interacting with us through our emails and social media. This in turn allows us to refine our marketing methods.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

The information that CANDDi provides is so accurate and detailed it enables me to fill in the gaps that Mail Chimp cannot give me. This means we can target prospective clients really accurately.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

The interface isn't that intuitive so it is difficult to figure out how to use it by yourself and I frequently have to ask our amazing and very patient account manager how to do things.

Before using CANDDi I just had no clue who was visiting our website, or who was engaging with our weekly blogs and other marketing materials. The information is accurate enough that we are confident when reaching out to these contacts that we can start up a conversation based on what they were exploring on the website.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

Canddi lets our company know when specific businesses that are searching for us. Sometimes we can see the exact person who is searching. The more known users in your CRM, the more individuals you can identify. We also track our marketing campaigns through Canddi to see how businesses and individuals are finding Parlance.  Our sales and marketing teams value the information. Canddi is great value for the money!

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

I don't think there is a downside to Canddi.  Would it be great if Canddi delivered the name of every person visiting our site? I guess that depends on who you ask. As a consumer, I say, "No!" As a marketer, I say, "Yes!"  Canddi is a simple tool that delivers useful information. I recommend it.

Canddi helps us to identify businesses and individuals who visit our site. It also help us to track our marketing campaigns.

CANDDi is easy to use, navigate and understand! I am also able to find what I am looking for much quicker than other analytic tools i.e. although Google Analytics can offer in-depth insights, CANDDi offers precise information quickly

Applying the form tracking code is not easy, it required 4 hours of work with our web developer! It would also be good if when using the platform, there were prompts for what you can do with certain information

It is able to identify the location, companies and names of users on our site and we can associate these users with different campaigns which makes reporting and customer journey mapping easier.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

We love where, what and how we get contact level engagement detail. Some users rely solely on the Gmail/Outlook widgets. Other users prefer the real-time alerts, while others prefer the summary emails. And we're all happy to have an aggregated view of all touches in our CRM at the contact level.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

It would be great to schedule a specific time to receive a summary report or to be able to fine tune the scheduling of refined stream exports. And there are a couple of features that I would have executed differently - which doesn't mean they're wrong, just different. (We *are* relatively new users, so this may simply be us not yet knowing how to do this.)

**Recommendations to others considering CANDDi:**

The initial setup of CANDDi is a breeze. Spend some time thinking through your streams and notifications - there is a little bit of a learning curve. You simply can't beat the value of this technology.

CANDDi provides self-serve reporting for our users across the platforms they use. When users can get 90% of the information they want, it frees up our time and resources.

The software is easy to set up and navigate after an initial learning curve. Canddi's support team has been excellent at advising us on the best practices for setting up the software to identify prospects whilst offering insight on the best practices for nurturing identified leads.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

There are few downsides to using Canddi, as it functions as required; however, it's a shame that we can't currently identify users who bypass their identification through VPNs. The interface could also use a revamp soon as it is beginning to look outdated, despite being functional.

It is helping us to identify visitors to our website, for which we can set up various channels and lead scoring criteria to monitor how they're engaging with our website whilst also providing our sales team with their information.

Easy to integrate Canddi into our site, and within a day, we were capturing traffic. The dedicated support team are responsive and helpful - We appreciate having that support on hand and FREE

Sometimes Canddi captures the wrong visitors; it is not always clear why this has happened or how we resolve it. This could be a lack of understanding on our part.  When we ran a marketing Campaign in August, google analytics recorded 70-90 visitors a day, and Canddi identified probably 20% of the visitors. I would love to increase this as this would help us understand our traffic better.

Previously we relied on Google analytics to capture website usage numbers, which was great to start with until we realised that we needed to know who the visitors were to reach out to those potential customers.

We have been using CANDDI for a number of years, it is a fantastic business tool for viewing who has been on to your website and tracking the journey through the website. We use the the ability to add a tracker to our emails, this has helped us when following up with prospects. We use the CANDDI upload function for our documents, and are looking forward to the enhancements that are coming in this area.

There isn't anything that we dislike about the system, yes we have the odd problem or bug but who hasn't? Any time we have had an issue, Tim and the support team have been very repsonsive.

CANDDI not only allows us to see who has visited our website, but on ocassion we receive calls from prospects who are busy and expect you to know exactly what they are talking about - even when english is not their first language. CANDDI helps us and the prospect by showing us exaclty what they are looking at, thus saving time.

The interface could be a bit easier to use but that's a minor complaint that I'm sure is pretty easy to fix!

It costs a lot of time, effort and money to get potential customers to visit your website, but what if they visit and are cheeky enough to look around but then leave without making an enquiry? 

Ordinarily, you'd never know who they were, but with Canddi, you not only know which business they're visiting from, but it pulls through useful data like contact details, what pages they looked at and what they clicked on etc. Giving you a chance to go after them while having an idea of what they want to buy before you make contact.

**What do you dislike about CANDDi?**

Getting buy-in from 'old school' sales team members (who don't trust things with buttons)  has been a bit tough!

Getting more ROI from existing web marketing efforts and increasing insight into what customers want is of obvious benefit!

The technology works very well given the inherent limitations to ID'ing web traffic.  I like that they use an expanded ID graph, as opposed to just IP matching, which is typically inaccurate.  Given the improved accuracy and rates of ID, my clients have definitely benefited from new opportunities and deals that would have otherwise been missed.  In addition, the crew behind CANDDi is awesome to work with.

There is some data inaccuracy sometimes, but that is par for the course when working with these types of products.

**What do you like best about CANDDi?**

This is really the only lead tracking tool we've found that is flexible enough to give us the insight that we need from our B2B website. I've implemented Lead Forensics and several others but taken them all off again and this is the one I've stuck with. The integration with the website was straightforward and the level of insight is higher than the other systems we've tried. The presentation of the data is good and most importanty for us, they really worked closely with us on getting it set up and working for our requirements, which have a few quirks of our own. The level of hands on support is great and a real pleasure to work with.

The level of flexibility is such that the interfaces are not always completely intuitive but the hands-on support is always there to get through this
