It's also very cost effective - I was able to get started for free and only got charged once I'd started to make some progress - and even as I built my subscriber base to 1,000 contacts, it's still pretty cheap. There haven't been any major issues with sending or performance and the guides have been helpful in getting me to make some changes I should probably have made to my email settings anyway. It has some AI features but doesn't make you use them, which is nice, and it integrates well with the main Capsule CRM. **What do you dislike about Transpond by Capsule?** I wish I could add some different fonts (Helvetica Neue in particular). The integration is impactful. It is very simple to add or remove someone from a mailing list from the CRM and the effect is immediate. No more 'syncing' of lists. CRM tags are also usable in Transpond. Furthermore, Transpond's personalised service is surprising and effective. I've created several tickets for help and every time I have received personal messages from a real person with support. We recently used a 'clean list' function, which unsubscribed many contacts that shouldn't have been. The formatting in the email is also not always smooth. But when I saw that there was a native integration with a marketing platform I had to give Transpond a try. I found it really simple to use, with a UI that was free of fluff and fuss. I'm well used to integrating platforms with Zapier, Make etc and it is such a joy to have a native integration which makes sense. Updates to Capsule contacts automatically roll into Transpond. Transpond can use the tags created in Capsule. Capsule contacts can be grouped for a campaign in Transpond. Moving between the two platforms is completely intuitive. Transpond automations are also really straightforward to set up (although you'll need to be on a paid plan if you want to use them), as are the forms (ditto). I use a Transpond form on my website as a contact form to bring people into Capsule, and that works really well, with a straight-forward double opt-in setup and verification email. The starter paid plan is very reasonably priced at £8/month +VAT (paid monthly), although I ended up on the Growth package as I want unlimited automations and gated content. Transpond also will send your transactional emails, which is handy. I've not even begun to explore all the options with website tracking or social medial posting, but feel I'm getting my money's worth with the features I am using. And best of all: genuinely helpful and prompt customer support. This might not sound huge... until you hit a snag, at which point it makes all the difference. I had a terrible experience with MailerLite customer support which would put me off ever using the platform or recommending it to others, so I do value good customer support when I find it. **What do you dislike about Transpond by Capsule?** Transpond links webforms to groups, so when people submit a form they are added to a specific group (you can also copy people to groups using automations). In order to be a confirmed subscriber in the group they need to have replied to the verification email. If they choose to unsubscribe you can give them the option to choose which groups they want to unsubscribe from. It's taken me a minute to get my head fully into this model, which I find a little restrictive. Having said that, I've not had trouble setting things up that meet my business needs. **What problems is Transpond by Capsule solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm at an early stage with my business so I'm not sending out loads of campaigns yet. The most important thing for me is being able to set up web forms so that people can contact me / book calls via my website, and I can bring their details into my CRM (Capsule). If they tick to sign up to my newsletter I also add them to that group in Transpond so that I have a group of properly-consented subscribers. I also use Transpond for gated content, so people who sign up to my free thing can access it securely, and can get passed into Capsule so that I can follow up with them. ### 9. You get a response within a day via email and I have even had calls with the team to discuss possible new features or amendments to the platform. The AI features are also brilliant, for example the recent 'Optimise Delivery' to improve deliverability and maximise open rates has seen a boost of 5% in our open rates. We moved over from another email platform when we came to Capsule CRM and the implementation into day to day use was smooth with all our data coming in easily and straightforward to move over forms, automations and templates onto the new platform. Overall 10/10 would recommend. **What do you dislike about Transpond by Capsule?** Honestly not much, perhaps the forms could be a little more designed for longer answers and more extensive forms, but that is quite specific to our business and the team at Transpond have been really responsive to implementing helpful changes here. **What problems is Transpond by Capsule solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending out regular communications including a weekly blog and monthly newsletter is really easy on Transpond through the template function and ability to duplicate and edit emails. The automations really help us reduce the amount of manual data input and tracking we have to do, particularly with prospective clients, and forms mean we don't have to integrate wordpress forms with Capsule CRM, which can be quite clunky, instead Transpond seamlessly integrates with Capsule. It allows us to communicate regularly with both clients and prospects, nurture prospects so we don't have to manually send over helpful information to people thinking of becoming clients, and track all our data so we can constantly make positive changes to our email marketing and marketing in general. ### 13.
