Since these platforms don't integrate natively, I explored Zapier but couldn't get WooCommerce to auto-generate coupons or trigger emails. The alternative was a $100/year premium plugin plus $30/month for Zapier's multi-step automation. I remembered SureTriggers (now OttoKit) from a year prior. After exploring their integrations and tutorials, I found they could handle exactly what we needed. OttoKit successfully automated the entire workflow at a fraction of the cost. For businesses needing specific automation capabilities that mainstream platforms can't deliver, especially in the WordPress space, OttoKit provides solutions that actually work.
