It's just straightforward to use. It makes it so much easier for us to keep track of our sales pipelines and to make sure nothing is being lost. It has good link up to email and the comms platform we use (Just Call) has an integration so we can call and text from within Capsule and automatically log any interactions... this makes it so much easier to kep everything up to date.
