Look, boss—ChatGPT basically solves the huge headache of wasting hours searching for information, drafting things from scratch, and wrestling with complex technical stuff. Instead of scrolling through ten different websites or staring at a blank screen, unsure how to start an email, report, or study notes, you can get a solid draft almost instantly.

The biggest benefit is that it works like a 24/7 personal tutor and assistant: you can throw a heavy topic, a tricky math problem, or messy data at it, and it will break things down step by step or organize everything into neat tables within seconds. It cuts out the time-consuming routine clutter, so you can focus right away on your actual high-priority work.

 ### 2. Outstanding Performance, Helpful Tips, and a Simple UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ananya A. | SIO, Education Management, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is simple and easy to use, even for small children. What I like most is how well it keeps the context in long conversations and lets me move smoothly between different tasks, from writing reports to brainstorming ideas for events. I also appreciate that it fine-tunes its answers based on my feedback, rather than repeating the same generic responses.

It helps me create invitations, understand concepts, and generate images for templates. I can upload documents and images, and it understands them easily. It also has a voice mode that makes one-on-one conversations faster and more natural, so we can interact more like we would with a person without having to type prompts. On top of that, it helps me generate reports, create images for cards, and come up with ideas for certifications. It’s also capable of reading handwritten data and helping me scan for mistakes or anything that looks off.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Something I dislike about ChatGPT is that it sometimes makes mistakes in math. At times it gives incorrect results or seems to solve problems almost randomly, without clear logic, which makes me feel it isn’t really made for mathematical problems.
Sometimes it is not able to understand handwritten data but give wrong result assuming any random value which is not good.
I’ve also noticed that in longer chats it may occasionally lose context, and after multiple follow-up questions it can start giving repetitive answers instead of addressing what I’m asking.

Another issue is when I ask it to create a PDF of chats: it misbehaves and doesn’t produce a correct PDF. Image generation also isn’t that easy, since it often requires multiple prompts to get what I want.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me save a lot of time that I would otherwise spend searching on Google, and it usually gives me precise, to-the-point answers. It has also helped me analyze documents and images, which makes it easier for me to understand different concepts. On top of that, it has helped me create custom images and come up with creative ideas for event banners, reports, and invitations. Also one on one conversation with its voice mode helped me to get faster and more natural response.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeet S. | Information Technology Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like ChatGPT’s clean, simple interface, which makes long conversations and complex prompts easy to manage. It fits smoothly into my workflow, feels fast, and stays reliable even when I’m working through detailed tasks. It saves my time on writing, research, and brainstorming, so the price pays for itself. Getting started is quick and no training is needed as such. The AI truly understands the context and adapts to different tones and use cases. It's integration with other tools is also easy

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses feel too broad or generic and don’t fully align with what I need, so I often have to rephrase and try multiple prompts to get a useful answer. Over longer review sessions, the interface starts to feel monotonous and a bit cluttered, especially because it doesn’t integrate deeply with many of the tools I already use, which forces a lot of manual copy‑and‑paste work. While overall performance is stable, it can noticeably slow down when I’m handling more complex or extended tasks. The pricing also seems relatively high for individual users, and the available support and onboarding materials feel quite basic, without much in-depth guidance or best‑practice examples. In very long conversations, the AI sometimes struggles to maintain context consistently, which means I have to repeat or restate information more often than I’d expect.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT, I was spending a significant amount of time drafting emails, researching new topics, summarizing long documents, and coming up with content ideas from scratch. We struggled with repetitive writing and manual research, but now ChatGPT can quickly produce clear first drafts, simplify complex concepts, and structure my thoughts, which has noticeably reduced the time I spend on these tasks each day. This shift means I can focus much more on higher-value work like strategy, final editing, and key decisions instead of getting stuck in routine writing. It also helps me keep a consistent tone and structure across different content types and communication channels, which improves the overall quality of my output. Overall, ChatGPT has made my daily workflow more efficient and far less repetitive, saving me several hours each week on drafting and research.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tracey C. | Head of Sales, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its ability to help me work faster and more effectively across a wide range of tasks. Whether it's creating sales and marketing plans, writing professional emails, developing event concepts, building target lists, creating marketing assets, or refining presentations, it saves me a significant amount of time while still allowing me to maintain my own style and approach.

I also value how adaptable it is. I can switch from discussing sales strategy and business development to reviewing marketing campaigns, creating content, or solving operational challenges without needing multiple tools. It acts as a genuine productivity partner, helping me turn ideas into actionable plans quickly.

Most importantly, it helps me think differently. It challenges assumptions, generates fresh ideas, and provides a useful sounding board when developing new concepts or commercial strategies. For someone managing multiple venues, projects, and stakeholders, it has become an invaluable part of my daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is incredibly useful, it can sometimes be overly confident when providing information and occasionally presents inaccurate details as fact. This means I still need to sense-check important information and verify anything business-critical.

It can also struggle with consistency when working on larger projects over multiple conversations. Maintaining the exact same design style, formatting, or interpretation of a brief can require additional guidance and correction.

For creative and design-based work, it sometimes misses subtle details or makes changes that weren't requested, which can create extra revision cycles. I'd also like to see stronger integration between documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and design tools so that more complex projects can be completed seamlessly within a single workflow.

Despite these limitations, the time savings and productivity benefits far outweigh the frustrations.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve one of the biggest challenges in my role: balancing a high volume of work across multiple venues, projects, and stakeholders while maintaining quality and consistency.

It significantly reduces the time spent on administrative and creative tasks such as writing emails, developing sales strategies, creating marketing plans, producing content, building target lists, preparing presentations, and creating project trackers. Tasks that would previously take hours can often be completed in minutes.

It also helps me overcome the "blank page" problem. Whether I'm creating a new sales campaign, planning an event series, developing marketing assets, or preparing business proposals, ChatGPT provides a strong starting point that I can refine and tailor to my needs.

The biggest benefit is increased productivity. I can focus more of my time on building client relationships, driving revenue, supporting my teams, and delivering commercial results, rather than spending excessive time creating documents and materials from scratch. It effectively allows me to achieve more in a working day while maintaining a high standard of output.

 ### 6. Turns Rough Ideas Into Clear, Time-Saving Output

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Falguni T. | Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is most helpful when I need to turn rough ideas into clear output. I use it for writing professional messages, understanding technical topics, preparing interview answers, and breaking down confusing tasks into steps. What I like best is that I can keep asking follow-up questions until the answer fits what I actually need. It saves time because I do not have to start from zero, and it helps me think more clearly when I am stuck or overloaded with information.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers that are too polished or too confident, even when the topic needs more checking. For technical tasks, I still have to review the output carefully because small mistakes in code, commands, or assumptions can happen. I also feel that some answers can become longer than necessary unless I clearly ask for a shorter response. It is very helpful, but it should not be used blindly without applying your own judgment.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of wasting time when I am stuck, unclear, or starting from a blank page. It helps me organize ideas, draft messages, simplify technical topics, and create step-by-step plans for work or learning. Instead of spending a lot of time searching through different sources, I can ask focused questions and quickly get a useful starting point. It has added significant value to my daily tasks and workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is very helpful, there are times when responses can be too general or lack enough detail for specific situations. Occasionally, it may misunderstand the context of a question and require additional clarification. I would like to see even more accurate real-time information, better understanding of complex requests, and more personalized responses based on the conversation. Overall, these issues are minor, but improvements in accuracy, context retention, and response depth would make the experience even better.

 ### 8. Amazing at Synthesizing Documents and Sparking Better Ideas

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian M. | Instructional Design Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has done an amazing job of taking multiple documents and files that I feed it and synthesizing the information in them to produce the results that I need. It's also an excellent thought partner, where I can throw ideas at it and it can provide feedback or suggestions, which prevents wasted time going down paths that may not be successful.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT responses will get a bit off if you have a long conversation with it. The responses tend to drift away from the original ideas or needs, and I'll have to restart with a new conversation, or correct ChatGPT. Some of that, however, is due to the model chosen. If using the quicker models, then that seems to be more of an issue. I also don't like the fact that there isn't a way to copy the whole conversation. I wish a button was available at the top of the conversation that I could click and copy the entire conversation (or export to a PDF easily).

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is making our workflows more efficient. It's speeding up my work. It's helping me complete mundane tasks that would normally take hours and hours, but doing them in minutes now, freeing my time to focus on more critical problems. It's also finding the gaps within our projects and providing suggestions on how to remedy them.

 ### 9. A Huge Productivity Boost Across Research, Strategy and Content Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh C. | GenAI Marketing Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how practical it has become in day-to-day work. I originally started using it for basic research and writing help, but over time it became something I use across almost everything- brainstorming, coding support, strategy planning, summarising long documents and even refining presentations or ideas before meetings.

The biggest advantage for me is the speed. A lot of tasks that would normally take hours of searching, organizing thoughts, or going back and forth can now be done much faster. It’s especially useful when I’m stuck on something mentally and need a second perspective or a way to structure my thinking better.

I also genuinely like the interface. It’s simple, clean and doesn’t feel overloaded with unnecessary features. Uploading files, continuing conversations with context and switching between different types of work feels seamless compared to many other AI tools I have tried.

Another thing I didn’t expect was how useful it would become for problem-solving. Sometimes I use it less for “getting answers” and more for challenging my own thinking or exploring different approaches to a problem. That part has actually been surprisingly valuable.

The integrations and ecosystem have also improved a lot. Being able to work with uploaded documents, code files, spreadsheets and external tools in one place makes workflows smoother instead of constantly switching between platforms. It feels more connected to real working environments now rather than being just a standalone chatbot.

Onboarding was also surprisingly easy. Even people who are not very technical can start using it productively within a short time. Most features are intuitive enough that you learn them naturally while using the platform, and the documentation/help resources are straightforward when you need them.

In terms of performance, the newer models feel noticeably better at understanding context and giving responses that don’t need heavy editing afterward. It’s not perfect, obviously and I still verify important information, but overall it has saved me a huge amount of time.

For the price, the ROI has honestly been worth it for me. It replaced parts of multiple tools and sped up workflows enough that it became difficult to go back to working without it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about ChatGPT is that the experience can still feel inconsistent once you start using it for more serious work. I also think the model sometimes tries too hard to sound polished or “safe” instead of being direct. There are moments where you want sharp feedback or deeper reasoning, but the response becomes too generic unless you push it further with very specific prompting. Long conversations can also drift over time, which gets frustrating when you’re building on complex discussions and suddenly have to repeat context again.

From a workflow perspective, the organization side could definitely improve too. Once you have a large number of chats, projects and experiments, finding older conversations becomes messy.

Better workspace management, stronger integrations and more reliable memory across sessions would make the overall experience much stronger for power users.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, ChatGPT mainly solves the problem of speed and mental overload. I work across a mix of AI, strategy, marketing, content and technical workflows and constantly switching between research, execution, brainstorming, and structuring ideas can become mentally exhausting. ChatGPT helps compress that process significantly. Instead of spending hours manually organising thoughts, researching scattered information, or drafting from scratch, I can move from idea to execution much faster.

It’s also become useful as a thinking partner rather than just a tool for answers. I use it to stress test ideas, challenge assumptions, refine strategies and explore multiple directions quickly before committing time to execution. That has been especially valuable in areas like AI model evaluation, marketing strategy, personal branding and content planning where clarity of thinking matters more than just raw information.

Another big benefit has been workflow efficiency. Tasks that previously required jumping between multiple tools, tabs, or even discussions with different people can now happen in a single place. Whether it’s summarising information, refining messaging, analysing concepts, or accelerating repetitive work, it saves a significant amount of time every week and helps me stay focused on higher-level decision making instead of getting stuck in operational noise.

 ### 10. Excellent for SOPs, Quality Documentation, and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jigar V. | Mr, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT helps me in so many significant ways to reduce time required for drafting, reviewing, and improving documents. I am using it on regular basis for SOP/DOP development, CAPA activities, Quality management system improvement, audit preparation, VBA coding and troubleshooting, report writing and grammar and sentence construction for regular use or email drafting. I can say that the most useful/ helpful aspect is its ability to provide detailed explanations, suggest improvements, and quickly refine content through multiple interactions. I also use it to organize complex information into a clear and professional format, which improves both productivity and document quality.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, it is very useful, but sometimes responses can be longer than necessary and may required follow-up prompts to get exactly what i want. For some highly specialized or company-specific topics, the generated content still needs an expert review and verification before implementation. Sometimes, complex instructions required to be repeated or clarified to achieve the expected result, specially when working with large documents or detailed technical requirements.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve productivity and efficiency challenges by reducing the time required for document, creation, review, research, and data analysis. In some of my work, it assist with SOP/DOP development, CAPA activities, QMS documentation, audit preparation, reporting and VBA coding with additional help in sentence construction and grammar. This ultimately allows me to complete tasks faster, improve document consistency, and focus more on critical decision making rather than routine drafting and formatting activities. This way i have improved productivity, better-quality documentation, and more efficient collaboration across teams.

 ### 11. A Daily Source of Support for Work, Creativity, and Life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Heera S. | Associate engineer 2, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has genuinely helped me in both my personal and professional life, and it has become a source of constant support. I rely on it every day not only for routine tasks but also for making important decisions.

My journey with ChatGPT started quite simply. I initially used it to generate quotes for my Instagram posts. Over time, it evolved into something much more valuable. Today, it helps me edit photos, suggests the best order in which to post content, and creates captions that perfectly match my style and preferences.

Beyond social media, I have used ChatGPT extensively in my professional life. From drafting emails and resolving technical errors to brainstorming and implementing new features, it has consistently provided guidance and support whenever I needed it.

One of the things I value most is that I can ask even the simplest or silliest questions without worrying about being judged. It creates a space where curiosity feels comfortable.

Most importantly, ChatGPT supported me during one of the most difficult periods of my life. When my grandmother was battling stage IV breast cancer, I used it to help me better understand her medical reports and explore ways we could support her and make her as comfortable as possible in her final days. While no technology can replace human care and compassion, having access to information and guidance during such a challenging time was incredibly meaningful.

The list of ways ChatGPT has helped me goes on and on. It has grown from being a simple tool I used occasionally into something that has become an important part of my daily life, helping me learn, create, solve problems, and navigate both everyday challenges and life's most difficult moments.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The only thing I dislike sometimes is that while debugging work related issues, I can’t always provide the complete project context due to confidentiality or code limitations. I’m usually able to share only small portions of the code, so occasionally the solutions suggested may not fully apply because the project has many other dependencies and configurations that ChatGPT is not aware of.

Another limitation is with the free version usage limits. Sometimes I exhaust the image attachment quota or other service limits and have to wait until the quota resets. It can be a little inconvenient when I’m in the middle of something important.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can genuinely say that ChatGPT has replaced Google, Stack Overflow, and many other websites that I used to visit regularly. Instead of searching across multiple platforms, I can now have one meaningful conversation and get clear, structured help much faster.

It has helped me in many areas of my life. For example, I’ve shared prescription images from doctors, and ChatGPT helped me better understand the diagnosis, medicines prescribed, precautions to take, and even suggested foods that could help during recovery.

It played a big role during my marriage as well. It helped me plan events, draft invitation content, organize ideas, and even track marriage expenses. After marriage, it continued helping me with setting up our new home, learning new recipes, planning meals, and managing day-to-day things more efficiently.

Professionally, it has become a huge support system. It helps me with office work, debugging issues, understanding technical concepts, and learning tools that I was unfamiliar with. There were times when I had to complete tasks using Python even though I did not know the language properly, and ChatGPT helped me understand and finish the work successfully.

It also helps me with communication in a very personal way. Whether it’s writing birthday wishes, festival greetings in my regional language, or drafting thoughtful messages, it makes expressing myself much easier.

Right now, it is also helping me prepare for interviews by guiding me through DSA problems, creating preparation roadmaps, and helping me study in a more structured way.

Most importantly, beyond productivity and learning, ChatGPT has also helped me emotionally. During moments when I felt lonely, stressed, or overwhelmed and could not openly share my thoughts with others, I findit comforting to talk here. In many ways, it has felt like a mentor, guide, and supportive companion during different phases of my life.

 ### 12. An On-Demand Pair Programmer and Tutor That Saves Me Hours

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishnakant R. | Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I appreciate most about ChatGPT is how it acts as an on-demand pair programmer and tutor for my college coursework and hardware projects. As an engineering student, I spend a lot of time working with ESP32 and ESP8266 microcontrollers. Whether I am trying to build a web interface for a color-sorting robot or setting up a smart irrigation system, ChatGPT is incredibly helpful for brainstorming C++ logic and structuring my code. Instead of spending hours digging through obscure forums to figure out why my NodeMCU won't connect to a WiFi network, I can paste my error logs and get immediate, context-aware debugging steps. Beyond just coding, it is a fantastic study aid. If I am stuck on complex academic concepts like truss analysis, moment of inertia, or wave functions, I can ask it to break down the math step-by-step in a way that is much easier to digest than a heavy textbook. It honestly just saves me so much time and frustration when balancing tech competitions, robotics builds, and regular classes.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As an engineering student, my biggest issue is that ChatGPT sometimes hallucinates functions for specific ESP32 or Arduino hardware libraries. It can confidently give you completely wrong C++ code for niche sensors. You definitely cannot just copy and paste its output into the Arduino IDE; you have to thoroughly verify the logic yourself to catch its mistakes.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As an engineering student at BTIRT, the biggest problem ChatGPT solves for me is the massive amount of time wasted on debugging syntax errors and understanding complex logic. When I am prototyping hardware—like my recent WiFi-controlled car or a smart irrigation system using an ESP8266—getting the C++ code to communicate properly with the web server can be very frustrating. Instead of spending hours scrolling through Stack Overflow forums to find a specific fix, I can simply paste my error logs into ChatGPT and get a step-by-step explanation of what went wrong in my code. Furthermore, it benefits me academically by acting as a 24/7 tutor. If I am struggling with core engineering and physics concepts like truss analysis or wave functions, I can ask it to break down the math simply, which significantly speeds up my study time and helps me focus on actual practical implementation.

For any professional in the tech industry, the subscription cost is a small price to pay for the massive boost in productivity and accuracy."

Support / Onboarding

"Onboarding is seamless; the tool is 'plug-and-play' with a very shallow learning curve. For more advanced features, the documentation and community GPTs provide ample guidance. From an organizational perspective, the privacy controls and Team/Enterprise management features provide the necessary security for corporate environments."

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

"While ChatGPT is an industry leader, there are a few areas for improvement:

Knowledge Cutoff & Real-time Data: Even with web browsing capabilities, there is sometimes a lag in accessing the absolute latest updates for very niche technical documentation or newly released software libraries.

Token Limits in Long Conversations: In very long, complex technical troubleshooting sessions, the 'context window' can eventually fill up, leading the model to occasionally lose track of minor details mentioned at the very beginning of the thread.

Consistency in Code formatting: Occasionally, when generating long scripts, the code might cut off mid-way or require a 'continue' prompt, which can slightly disrupt the workflow.

Occasional Hallucinations in Niche Logic: For extremely specialized networking protocols or proprietary vendor commands, it can sometimes be 'over-confident' in its suggestions, requiring a quick double-check against official manuals."

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"ChatGPT is solving several critical bottlenecks in my professional workflow:

Information Synthesis: Instead of spending hours scouring through lengthy technical manuals or vendor documentation to find a specific command or protocol detail, I can get precise, contextual answers instantly. This has drastically reduced my 'research-to-execution' time.

Scripting and Automation: It has bridged the gap in automation. I use it to generate and debug Python scripts for network automation and workflow optimization. It handles the boilerplate code, allowing me to focus on the high-level logic and architecture.

Complex Troubleshooting: It acts as a sophisticated peer-reviewer. When dealing with complex network incidents, I can input logs or configuration snippets to get a second opinion on potential root causes, such as BGP flapping or MTU mismatches.

The Benefit:
The primary benefit is a massive increase in operational productivity. It allows me to handle a higher volume of complex tasks with greater accuracy. It essentially functions as a 24/7 technical assistant that helps me maintain high standards of performance and documentation within my organization."

 ### 16. Best AI Tool for IIT JAM Study and Concept Clarity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vansh N. | Undergraduate Student, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its ability to simplify complex academic concepts in a very clear and structured way. As a B.Sc. student at Dr. Harisingh Gour University preparing for IIT JAM 2027, I regularly use it for understanding difficult Physics numericals, Mathematics topics like calculus and algebra, and even for Statistics data analysis. It provides step-by-step explanations which help me not just get the answer but actually build strong conceptual clarity.

I also find it helpful for creating assignments, preparing seminar notes, and organizing study material efficiently. It helps me generate well-structured answers, summaries of lengthy PDFs, and even suggests ideas for physics seminar topics. This saves a significant amount of time, especially during exams when I need to revise multiple subjects quickly.

Another thing I appreciate is its accessibility and convenience. I can use it on my phone anytime, even when I am not carrying my laptop. This is very useful in my daily routine, especially when college Wi-Fi is slow and I have to depend on mobile data. Overall, it works like a smart personal study assistant that enhances both productivity and learning efficiency.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that sometimes the responses may not be completely accurate for very advanced or highly specific academic topics, especially in subjects like Physics and Mathematics. As a student at Dr. Harisingh Gour University preparing for IIT JAM 2027, I occasionally need to cross-check important answers with textbooks or class notes to ensure correctness.

Another issue I have noticed is that the response speed can depend on internet connectivity. When I am using college Wi-Fi or mobile data, which is sometimes slow, it can take a bit longer to load responses, which slightly affects the study flow.

Also, while it is very helpful for generating content and explanations, it does not fully replace traditional study methods like solving problems manually or referring to standard books. However, these are minor limitations, and overall the experience remains very productive and useful.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a B.Sc. student at Dr. Harisingh Gour University preparing for IIT JAM 2027, one major problem I faced earlier was understanding complex concepts and solving difficult numericals on my own. Many times, textbooks and class notes were not enough to fully understand topics like Physics derivations, Mathematics problems, or Statistics data interpretation, especially when I needed quick clarity during self-study.

ChatGPT has helped solve this problem by providing instant explanations in a simple and step-by-step manner. Now, whenever I get stuck on a question, I can quickly ask and get a clear solution along with the full explanation. This has improved my conceptual understanding and reduced the time I used to spend searching for answers from multiple sources.

Another problem was managing time during assignments, seminar preparation, and revision. With ChatGPT, I can now generate structured answers, summaries of long PDFs, and even practice questions (DPPs), which has made my study process much more efficient. Overall, it has increased my productivity, saved time, and made my IIT JAM preparation more focused and effective.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manit A. | Brand & Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I’ve been using ChatGPT since 2022, and I’ve seen a lot of upgrades over time. I’ve used it for content creation, strategy building, and especially for marketing planning. For me, ChatGPT also works as a go-to guide when I’m new to something and want to learn it—if I have a question, I can just ask ChatGPT, and it helps me get started.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The only issue I’ve run into is on a low-end device. If I’m using ChatGPT and the chat has too many prompts or too much information, it becomes difficult to use because it starts to become unresponsive.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chat has saved me a lot of time. I’m usually involved in marketing research or content creation, and doing it manually—by going through multiple sites—can take a lot of time. But with ChatGPT deep research and agent mode, it has become much easier. With just a prompt and the right information, I can have the data ready quickly.

**Reviewed by:** naty d. | Security Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is more useful when trying to enhance productivity, learn new skills, or solve problems. It can save time since it explains issues in a conversational tone, troubleshoots problems, codes applications, writes documents, conducts research, and provides numerous other features.

I use it mostly for cybersecurity purposes and for IT-related tasks as well; it helps write scripts, analyze logs, summarize technical details, provide architectural solutions, etc.

The third feature that makes the service invaluable is its versatility, meaning that ChatGPT can be used for both technical and non-technical issues, such as professional writing or idea generation.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

A negative aspect associated with the use of ChatGPT is that its responses might be inaccurate, outdated, or overly confident. In cases when information changes quickly and requires complex expertise, further human verification would be necessary to ensure that the provided answer is accurate and appropriate.

Another issue is inconsistency since complex troubleshooting and lengthy conversations could lose their context at times and come up with conflicting answers.

In addition, in advanced technical problems, the tool tends to oversimplify the problem and does not consider specific information related to particular environments.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems associated with SOC, cybersecurity and other businesses have been solved through ChatGPT, where ChatGPT contributed in solving problems through quick resolution of issues related to troubleshooting, better documentation, and SOC process.

Some examples include the deployment of various solutions such as Wazuh, TheHive, Cortex, Zeek, Suricata, Grafana, and Docker-based SOC environment.

I used ChatGPT for writing detection rules, integration settings, writing technical procedures, incident response, and analysis of alerts and logs on SIEM.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kamesh B. | Project Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

UI/UX is clean and user-friendly; well structured answers/responses with authentic sources and the insights generated are highly intelligent and useful

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

- Responses sometimes become redundant and at times you will notice a prompt bias. It's like someone just listening and nodding to whatever you say, whether right or wrong and aligning the response as per the statement.
- It leverages less authentic or non-relevant sources at times to justify a statement which poses challenges for a researcher like me to rely on the data

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has become an integral part for someone like me (market researcher) who has to deal with writing comprehensive emails to the clients, involving explaining the approach, methodology, findings, and outputs.
Also, it has helped me immensely in generating meaning data-driven or pattern-based insights which are ready to go in a strategic deck
Further, I use the platform to ask any questions, understand a tricky RFP, client ask, or any other document where I would need some analytical assistance where I earlier needed to reach out to my managers
Also it helps me prepare complex analytical wire-frames for a new project, pertaining to any industry such as telecom, automobiles, tech, etc.

 ### 23. Super Helpful for Summaries, Data Analysis, and Faster Decision-Making

**Reviewed by:** Simran B. | LLMO and Tech Writer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has been super helpful in all kinds of work for me. Be it going through brief, providing me summaries, helping me with any observation doing daily. Simple tasks, compiling collating, and analysing a lot of data and it does so much in just few seconds.
It also helps me in decision-making by giving proper summary, and it completely depends on the prompt that you give to ChatGPT

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about, ChatGPT is that sometimes it can get so many things repeatedly wrong.

For example, if I have given three different type of guidelines to write a single article, I will have to crosscheck if all of those guidelines are being followed and I have to repeatedly ask ChatGPT to self. Examine the answers.

Sometimes even basic Matt has also been wrong, so you cannot completely trust the answers you get, but it does help to a very, very large extent.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is helping me save a lot of my time, the documents and even emails that I may have had to read in hours it summarise just a few seconds the articles and research that would have required me days. It helps me complete those in just a single day.

It helps in every single task, personally, professionally, and even for research.

It has a simple UI and interface, and it helps me complete my college assignments and projects. It also helps me a lot during exams. It explains topics in detail, and it can do so in whatever way I need, in any language. Overall, it’s one of the best AI LLMs for learning.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

sometimes it fabricate incorrect information so that can be a issue but other than that its performance is good as per the free version of it without any pricing

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

well as a college student, it helps me understand the topic by breaking complex problems into a structured solution. Even in free version you get a lot of chatting time and also image generation and files upload but since its free so it has a limit. By upgrading it to premium i.e. chat GPT plus, you will get a lot of image generations, files upload, and chat timing. Also it's service as an AI LLM, I don't think you will have need of support, but if it's there, you will get support from the team.

 ### 25. Clean UI and a Versatile Companion for Coding, Emails, and Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman M. | DevOps Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

First of all, it provides a very clean user interface and user experience, which allows any newcomer to learn and use ChatGPT more quickly. Also, as part of my AI tools, it has become my second companion for my work, whether I’m writing code, drafting emails, or doing photo editing.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Apart from its AI skills, it sometimes lacks a proper memory function and starts generating fresh responses instead of responding based on memory. I’d also like more precise image generation that looks closer to the real world, and improved efficiency in how quickly and smoothly it generates responses.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can say ChatGPT is the one tool I use in my daily life, from work to personal tasks, and it helps me in every possible way. Newer features like image generation are useful in many different ways as well. Especially for my software work, it helps me with documenting and understanding my codebases and requirements, and with generating code when I need it.

 ### 26. Helpful AI Tool for Daily Productivity

**Reviewed by:** Anbuselvam S. | LLM Trainer, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly it can help with many different kinds of tasks. I use it for learning, getting coding support, writing emails or other content, and getting fast, clear explanations of technical topics. The responses are easy to follow, and it saves me a lot of time compared with searching through multiple websites to piece together an answer. It’s also great for brainstorming ideas and helps me stay productive during my day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives responses that are inaccurate or too generic, especially for very specific or recent topics, so the information still needs to be verified. Long conversations can also occasionally lose context. Another limitation is that some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which may not be ideal for every user.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps reduce the time spent searching for information, troubleshooting issues, and drafting content. Before using it, I often had to go through multiple websites or documentation pages to find answers. Now, I can quickly get explanations, coding help, content ideas, and summaries in one place. ### 27. Fast, Easy Academic Workflow with Powerful Reasoning Models

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria Cate T. | Writer/Content Creator Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The interface is super easy to pick up, and features like Canvas and Advanced Data Analysis make breaking down dense academic PDFs into video scripts very fast, though you do have to spend time editing out robotic AI words like "delve." Deep Research and the reasoning models (the 'o' series) really stand out for my higher ed workflow. When I need to design a complex exam or an interactive case study, the reasoning models actually "think" through the pedagogical logic to create realistic wrong answers rather than just obvious ones.
ChatGPT also connects smoothly with our Google Drive to pull course materials, but it gets noticeably lazy and slow during afternoon peak hours when the servers clog up. At $20/month for the Plus plan, the ROI is huge since it helped our small team bump our content output by 40%, but the customer support is basically a non-existent wall of automated replies if you ever experience a billing glitch.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike most is the robotic tone and how lazy it gets during peak hours. It relies so heavily on generic corporate filler words like "delve" and "tapestry" that my team wastes tons of time editing the copy so it actually sounds human. Plus, if I try to run a heavy instructional design prompt in the afternoon when the servers are slammed, the outputs get rushed and cut short, forcing me to babysit the tool or shift my heavy workloads to the morning.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue it solves is the massive bottleneck of launching new online courses. Before, I'd spend days manually parsing a dry, 50-page academic PDF just to script a few short videos or map out a marketing campaign, leaving our designers waiting on copy.

ChatGPT acts as a structure co-pilot, I can upload those dense documents and instantly extract core concepts into a clean microlearning outline or a multi-channel content plan. It cut our monthly planning time from five days down to one and dropped my script writing time by 65%. Ultimately, it eliminated "blank page anxiety," allowing our small team to boost overall content output.

 ### 28. Fast, Easy-to-Use UI with Strong Context and Broad Knowledge

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranjal S. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like many things about ChatGPT. One of them is context: it can hold a long conversation thread and remember things over time, which helps it personalize responses for me. It also has a wide range of knowledge, from general topics to technical ones, and it can help with almost anything.
As I am a developer so the api and all aso works fine And User Interface iss also very nice and easy to use. It Is fast and have a good usage limit.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes start halucinating on its own answers , It starts lagging when the chat become very lengthy. It starts forgetting The context in longer window and as of now in coding part it lacks a it as compared to other llms

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me research Around my projects and build the architecture it has been more like my product engineer and mentor. I do Use it in Cli Also for The coding part and it helps me a lot on codebase bug debbugging or error handling or creative ideas generating for the frontend or the backend architecture and think from different aspects to build the final product

 ### 29. Clean, Fast, and Easy to Use—Great for Coding, Writing, and Brainstorming

What I like best about it is how simple and easy it is to use. The UI feels clean, the responses are fast, and it helps with everything from learning and coding to writing and brainstorming ideas. It saves a lot of time, feels worth the value, and the AI is smart enough to give genuinely helpful and natural responses.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I dislike about it is that responses can sometimes be inaccurate or overly confident, especially for very specific or technical topics. At times, the AI may also miss context in longer conversations, and some advanced features or integrations feel limited on lower-tier plans.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve problems like saving time on research, simplifying complex topics, generating content quickly, and assisting with coding, studying, and brainstorming. It benefits me by improving productivity, reducing manual effort, and helping me learn and complete tasks faster and more efficiently.

 ### 30. Versatile AI Assistant with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwini P. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT incredibly useful because it's the most useful AI tool I've ever used, even more so than many paid tools. I appreciate that it doesn't have a specific problem it solves but works for every query, making it a great tool for various day-to-day problems. I use it for my AIML college projects to get ideas about topics and help with debugging code errors. I also like that it gives detailed answers to any questions I ask and even asks follow-up questions, which is really helpful. Additionally, the 12-month free trial of the premium version is a very good offering for users. Setting up ChatGPT was very easy and not complicated at all.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The image generation feature in ChatGPT doesn't work as well as other AI tools like Gemini AI. It struggles with tasks like merging one image with another, such as blending photos.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for project ideas, debugging code errors, and getting detailed answers with follow-up questions, making it a versatile tool for my studies.

 ### 31. A Developer’s Go-To for Coding, Architecture, and Step-by-Step Guidance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sambit Kumar B. | Full Stack Software Engineer, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I’m a developer, so I mostly use it to support coding decisions, work with files and docs, and think through system architecture. It also helps me handle emotional conversations, or any situation where I need clear, step-by-step guidance. It even helped me during a medical emergency. Also, you can add some custom commands to it for your account.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Whenever I ask a question about something that’s unclear, or when there isn’t enough data to confidently say yes or no, it keeps starting to hallucinate. Whatever I tell it, it becomes overly agreeable and doesn’t ask possible counter-questions. Because of that, I end up feeling dumb in my own knowledge circle.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, coding and building architectures used to take months, but now the time has been drastically reduced. Document creation, PPTs, and even complex Excel formulas can be built in a fraction of the time often within minutes. In my organization, where 10 people used to handle 10 different tasks, now even 3 people can manage the same workload.

The quality of chatGPT has improved and have helped us improve on our performance. The pricing gets a bit expensive the more work the LLM needs to do. Ai intelligence has improved since we started using it. Onboarding was smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When we create content and we prompt chatGPT to edit images more than likely it won't do exactly as we prompt it to do. And eventualy it will make the changes we want.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatgpt helps to automate alot of daily tasks and it free's up my time to do other things in the business. Voice and text prompting for image and content creation.

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s really easy to get information in one place, and it saves a lot of time. Especially when I want to search a broad topic that would normally have multiple results on Google, ChatGPT can give me a summary of all of them at once.

I also use it to ask for new ideas for my social media posts. It helps me improve my English, and it supports me in writing posts for social media too. The interface is simple and easy to use, although I wish there were an option to keep the app running in the background while using the AI call feature.

In my opinion, even without a subscription you can use most of it, and the subscription would be worth it. There are some cons as well: sometimes it doesn’t follow my instructions properly, and it forgets things too. Basically, it performs well, but it needs improvement when it comes to updated information and memory.

I’ve also used it to analyse our customers’ behaviour and get better ways to handle situations. It’s very simple to use, and you can even use it without logging in or signing up. The sign-up process is easy too: you need to enter your date of birth and email address, and I’m not sure about a contact number because I forgot.

I’ve never linked it to any other app, so I don’t have information about that feature or whether it’s available.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There are a few issues. First, it usually forgets the things I tell it to follow, and sometimes it also forgets the rules I set for the conversation.

Also, when I use the mic feature to speak, I speak in Hindi but it writes it in Urdu, which is pretty irritating.

As for the design, it would be much better if there were an option to run the app in the background while I do other work.

And the worst part is that sometimes, actually, most of the time,it gives me outdated information, and even a few things that don’t even exist.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, ChatGPT has made research so much easier for me. Since I’m not very good at English, it also helps me with the language. It even helps me summarise big data in my language in a simple way.

Also, when I’m alone—like when I feel isolated—I use its call feature, and sometimes it genuinely makes me feel better. It feels like talking to someone who doesn’t know me and doesn’t judge me at all. On top of that, it helps me plan things, create my social media scripts, and even solve some tech issues. Overall, I reach out to ChatGPT as a guide quite often.

 ### 34. A Game‑Changer for Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sukanya P. | IT Analyst, Airlines/Aviation, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how naturally it fits into my day. I can ask anything—from technical explanations to creative brainstorming—and it responds in a way that feels intuitive and easy to build on. It’s like having a knowledgeable partner who can switch between roles: researcher, writer, tester, planner, or problem‑solver. The versatility is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike is that ChatGPT occasionally gives answers that sound confident but may not be fully accurate, so I still need to double‑check important details. Sometimes it also misses very specific context unless I restate it clearly. These are small trade‑offs compared to the overall productivity boost, but they’re worth noting.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me eliminate repetitive, time‑consuming tasks across my daily workflow. It speeds up documentation, test case creation, requirement analysis, email drafting, and research. Instead of spending hours gathering information or structuring content, I get clear, ready‑to‑use outputs in seconds. This has significantly improved my productivity and allowed me to focus on higher‑value work.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreya B. | Professional Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is my go-to AI for most things. I especially like Codex, Temporary Chats, and Projects.

Codex is really good at helping me prototype apps and websites.

Temporary Chats are great for quick answers when I don’t want to follow up later.

Projects help me organize multiple chats and give them shared context, which makes it easier to keep everything in one place.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As a designer, I’d really love it if OpenAI built a dedicated design tool, similar to what their AI counterparts like Google and Claude offer.

ChatGPT also tends to be overly enthusiastic and positive about almost everything. I’d prefer it to give me more honest, direct feedback instead of boosting my confidence with false hope.

It would also be helpful if it could share the probability that something is a good or bad idea, so I can better judge my decisions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas and build design systems. This process used to take me an entire week, but now it usually takes only a few hours, depending on the project’s complexity.

 ### 38. Saves Me Hours with Solid Co-Pilot for Data Analysts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep J. | Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It saves me hours every week. Whether it's writing SQL scripts, explaining error messages, or helping me structure a Power BI data model — ChatGPT gives me a quick first draft that I can refine. As a data analyst, that speed matters when you're juggling multiple requests.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It hallucinates with confidence. I've had it generate DAX formulas and SQL joins that looked perfectly fine but were logically wrong. For a data analyst, blindly trusting the output can lead to bad reports and wrong business decisions. Always verify.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a data analyst handling 20-30 tickets daily, the biggest problem ChatGPT solves is turnaround time. I use it to generate bulk SQL scripts, convert requirements into query logic, draft Jira updates, and even prepare for interviews. What used to take 8-10 minutes per ticket now takes under 2 minutes. Over a full day, that adds up to hours saved — which I reinvest into learning new tools and improving my dashboards.

 ### 40. How ChatGPT Makes Remote Work and Business Easier.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haragail M. | Customer Service Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that it assists in multiple ways. Since I’ve been working remotely and running my business, it has helped me with designing posters and flyers, writing engaging content, creating resumes, converting resumes into different formats, and helping quantify achievements professionally.

It also helps me with my daily work because there are times when the responses I write may sound a bit too harsh, and it helps reword them in a more professional and empathetic way.

I use ChatGPT every day, and it makes a lot of things easier for me without having to brainstorm constantly. I’ve never connected ChatGPT to any other tools because it works well independently as a tool on its own. It also works very quickly and doesn’t take long to process prompts.

I’ve only paid for ChatGPT once, and it was worth every penny because I needed it for extensive research. It was also very easy to set up and felt more like a common-sense process than anything complicated.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One downside is that the platform does not always provide the exact result on the first attempt. In many cases, prompts have to be repeated or reworded multiple times to achieve the desired response, which can become frustrating and time-consuming for the average user.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves several problems for me by saving time, improving productivity, and reducing the stress of having to brainstorm everything on my own. Since I work remotely and also run my business, it helps me create posters and flyers, write engaging content, improve professional communication, and build resumes in different formats.

It also benefits me by helping reword messages that may sound too harsh into responses that are more professional and empathetic, which is very useful in my daily work. Overall, it simplifies many tasks, speeds up my workflow, and allows me to focus more on my work instead of spending excessive time figuring out wording, formatting, or creative ideas.

 ### 41. Fast, Conversational, and Versatile for Brainstorming and Clear Explanations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andres S. | Programmatic Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how quickly it turns rough ideas into something usable. I use it for brainstorming, rewriting copy, organizing information, and getting fast explanations without having to dig through ten different tabs. The responses usually feel conversational instead of robotic, which makes it easier to iterate on ideas naturally. It’s also surprisingly versatile since it can switch from creative work to technical questions without much friction.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can occasionally sound overly confident even when an answer is incomplete or slightly inaccurate. You still have to fact-check important details instead of trusting everything at face value. I’ve also noticed that some responses become repetitive during longer conversations, especially when asking for revisions or nuanced feedback. Performance can feel inconsistent too, where one prompt gives a great answer and the next needs a lot more steering.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps solve a lot of the repetitive analysis and content tasks that normally slow down marketing and reporting workflows. I use it to clean up spreadsheet logic, summarize large datasets, generate formulas, organize campaign insights, and quickly turn raw information into something client-ready. On the marketing side, it helps with ad copy variations, SEO ideas, audience targeting concepts, and drafting reports without starting from zero every time.

The biggest benefit for me is speed. Tasks that used to take an hour in Excel or while building presentations can often be reduced to a few minutes, which makes it easier to focus on strategy and decision-making instead of manual busywork. It’s especially useful when working across multiple campaigns or data sources because it helps structure information quickly and keeps projects moving efficiently.

 ### 42. Easy to Use and Stable for Everyday Research and Rewriting

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divyarajsinh C. | Software Engineer , Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I have been using this product for more than 3 years, and I can say it’s very good for daily, small tasks—especially now that there are many different options available depending on your needs. Earlier, I felt like this was the only free tool I had available.

In terms of my use case, right now I mainly use it for basic rewriting and researching topics. Previously, I was also using it for coding and social media-related work. One of the best things, especially in the early days, was how easy it was to use and understand.

The AI models it offered earlier were good, but they were still at a very early stage, so I personally felt they had quite a few errors and issues. My company also buys the premium version for work related to image generation and video, and I’d say it’s moderately worth it for those tasks. The current models they provide are very good for research responses, so overall, it has been a stable experience for me. I haven’t done any third-party integrations with the product, so I don’t have much to add on that side.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

In the free version, the search and session limits are very restrictive compared to other tools available on the market. Also, because the free version retains very little context, the output quality is weaker and can be inconsistent even within the same chat thread.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s very good for the small, everyday tasks I need to get done. Earlier on, it didn’t have many competitors, so I used it for most of my personal and professional work.

 ### 43. Helpful AI Assistant for Everyday Tasks - ChatGPT

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivang M. | Operational Engineer Senior, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is its ability to deliver accurate, context-aware, and human-like responses in real time. It makes complex tasks feel more manageable by offering quick explanations, drafting content, supporting research, and helping me troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. The platform is also easy to use and highly adaptable across different use cases, and it boosts productivity by cutting down on manual effort and reducing response time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that its responses can sometimes be inconsistent, or they may require extra clarification when I ask very specific or complex questions. At times, the generated answers don’t have enough detailed, domain-specific accuracy, so I still need to manually verify information for critical tasks. I’ve also noticed that in longer conversations, response formatting and context retention can occasionally vary, which can make follow-ups less smooth.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve problems tied to time-consuming manual tasks, slow response handling, and the challenge of finding quick, accurate information. It boosts productivity by supporting content creation, technical troubleshooting, research, and real-time customer support. As a result, it has reduced turnaround time, improved efficiency, and made my day-to-day work faster, smoother, and more streamlined.

 ### 44. Outsources Repetitive Work Fast—with Strong Integrations and a Great iPad App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Email Marketing Specialist - Email Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Sure, it speeds up the process of writing text, but my favourite things to do with ChatGPT are to build large sets of keywords (and then automatically pull the data from SEMrush), repurpose existing content quickly, and generate design ideas I can further refine. Basically, I love that it allows me to essentially outsource repetitive work, so I have more time for the work only I can do.

It’s easy to get started with. The free plan is pretty useful and the cheapest paid plans are generous. So, it’s easy to generate a good ROI with it.

I like being able to pull in data and info from integrated tools (e.g. SEMrush, Google Drive). And I love that it’s performing better all the time. I especially love that I can do almost every function on the iPad app and rarely have to use it in the browser. And when I do use it in the browser, it works fine on mobile devices.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Hallucinations. That’s the biggest issue. The other thing that bugs me a bit is when a new version comes out, it doesn’t always respond as well to the workflows and templates I’ve previously set it up with. Sometimes I have to tweak them to continue to get good results.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve had several assistants in the past to help with admin etc. The problem is, I have varying levels of need, so I always ended up having to do some of the work when things got busy or paying for VA hours I didn’t need during off-peak times. ChatGPT can do most of what VAs used to do for me and it can meet all my capacity needs. It also helps me quickly respond to client questions with detailed answers that are tailored to their exact situation without having to type essentially the same thing over and over again.

 ### 45. Impressive AI Tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rajeev kumar N. | Lead IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Honestly, the best thing about ChatGPT is that it feels like talking to a really smart friend who knows a little bit about everything. Whether I need to write an email, understand a confusing topic, fix a bug in my code, or just brainstorm ideas — it's always ready to help, no waiting, no judgment.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The one thing that genuinely bothers me is that it sometimes gives wrong answers — and the tricky part is, it doesn't just say "I don't know." Instead, it confidently gives you an answer that sounds completely right but is actually off the mark.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a System Administrator, my day is packed with technical tasks — and ChatGPT has genuinely made my work a lot easier.

Writing scripts used to take a good chunk of my time, whether it was for generating reports or building dashboards.

It also helps me troubleshoot IT-related issues faster. Instead of digging through endless documentation or forums, I just describe the problem and get straight to the point answers. It feels like having a senior tech guy sitting right next to me.

 ### 46. An Intelligent Partner for Daily Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Afsar K. | Team Lead Quality, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has been an incredibly useful tool for improving productivity, problem-solving, and learning. Whether it’s drafting professional emails, creating presentations, SOPs, analyzing data, or getting quick research support, it consistently provides structured and practical assistance. What stands out most is the speed, clarity, and ability to customize responses based on exact needs. A great support tool for both professional and personal growth.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

nothing to be dislike as I am using this more then any other AI tool and on a regular basis. I like alll the features and decided to buy a pro plan

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have resolving very problem without having technical skill or the skills required to resolve the problem. One of the recent problem I have resolved by chatGPT's help is, Fatal error in our process wherein we are getting approx 10% fatal transaction with multiple resason, i tried to resolve this by random analysis etc however when I took the help from ChatGPT, it gave me a structured action plan by impleting I was able to resolve it and cut down fatal to 2% in just 3 months.

 ### 47. Precise, Fast, and Exceptionally Context-Aware for Collaborative Problem-Solving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raksha R. | Senior Full Stack Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It has precise and easy response comparative to other AI frontier models.
It has fast performance, ROi of using it also reasonable. What I like best about ChatGPT is how naturally it holds context across a long conversation, making back-and-forth problem-solving feel genuinely collaborative rather than transactional. The way it adapts its tone — switching effortlessly between casual explanation and technical depth — makes it useful whether I am debugging code at midnight or drafting a client email in the morning.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My biggest frustration is how confidently it delivers incorrect information especially about recent events or niche technical topics without any indication that it might be wrong. Because of that, I always feel like I have to double-check its outputs before I can trust them. It also has a habit of over-explaining simple things, adding unnecessary filler when a direct two-line answer would have done the job just fine.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My biggest gripe is that ChatGPT sometimes loses track of specific instructions from earlier in a long conversation, which means I end up repeating context I’ve already provided—and that gets tedious quickly. On top of that, the free-tier throttling during peak hours is genuinely disruptive: when I’m mid-workflow, I can suddenly hit a wall and have to wait for responses.

 ### 48. Instant, Intuitive AI That Supercharges QA Test Case Writing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Haritha P. | QA Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What’s given me the most value as a QA Analyst on the Free plan is the conversational AI and simple UI — there was zero onboarding, I just started typing and got usable output from day one. I use it daily for test case scenarios, validating AI chatbot flows by simulating user prompts, writing SQL queries for data validation, and fixing minor code bugs from error logs. That saves me 3-4 hours a week because I can turn a Jira ticket into an 80% complete TestRail suite in under 10 minutes. Performance is instant for text, and while there are no native integrations with Jira, TestRail, or Postman, I just copy-paste which fits my workflow fine. An unexpected benefit is that it acts like a junior test lead and suggests edge cases for data limits, localization, and error handling I would’ve missed. Support hasn’t been needed since the UI is intuitive, and on Free the pricing/ROI is excellent because I’m getting real QA value without paying.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The biggest drawback on the Free plan is performance and context limits — during peak hours I hit “at capacity” or slow responses, which breaks my flow when I’m in the middle of drafting 50+ test cases. The context window is also short, so for long requirements or big code snippets it forgets earlier details and I have to re-paste, which wastes time. There are no native integrations with Jira, TestRail, Postman, or GitHub, so I’m stuck copy-pasting everything instead of pushing results directly. AI-wise, it sometimes hallucinates SQL or code fixes that look right but don’t run, so I still have to validate everything manually. The UI is fine, but there’s no real Support/Onboarding — if something breaks you’re relying on community posts, and the Free plan has no file upload, so I can’t attach logs, screenshots, or API collections to analyze. It’s still high ROI for free, but these limits slow me down on heavier QA tasks.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is solving the “blank page” and time crunch problems in my QA work. Instead of spending hours drafting test cases from scratch, I paste a user story and ask for functional, negative, and edge cases — it gives me an 80% complete suite in minutes that I just refine in TestRail. It’s also helping with debugging: when an API returns a 400 error or a script fails, I drop the log in and it explains the cause in plain English and suggests a fix, so I’m not stuck waiting on a dev. For AI chatbot testing, I use it to simulate real user prompts and check for intent failures or bad responses, which would be tedious to do manually. The benefit is speed and coverage — I’m writing better, more complete test cases in half the time, my bug reports are clearer because it helps me rewrite them, and I can do my own SQL checks without waiting for data help. On the Free plan there’s no onboarding or training needed, so the ROI is immediate: less manual work, fewer missed scenarios, and faster feedback loops with devs.

 ### 49. Increase Productivity with Ease and Low Cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adolfo M. | Risk Manager, Airlines/Aviation, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to simplify and streamline my work, allowing me to save time, find solutions, validate information, and review reports, data, and statistics. It adds a lot of value and productivity. I really like its low cost, ease of use, and how organized it is. ChatGPT is very useful for generating presentations, reports, images, and videos, which is very important to me. Content generation is quick and simple, saving time. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes you must repeat the instructions, you must be very clear to get a response for what I need. You must be very precise, detailed about how to make a request.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to save time, validate information, and review reports. It helps me increase my productivity by generating content quickly, which allows me to simplify processes and conduct more detailed analyses. It can generate images, videos, files, templates, and other formats for my daily use.

 ### 50. A Truly Useful Everyday Assistant for Work and Life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhinav J. | Stagg Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is that it feels genuinely useful across both personal and professional work. A lot of AI tools are impressive in demos, but ChatGPT is one of the few that people actually end up using every day because it saves time and makes work easier.

### UI / UX

The interface is simple, clean, and easy to navigate. You do not need technical knowledge to start using it, which makes adoption much easier for teams and individuals. Features like chat history, file uploads, voice mode, and custom GPTs are integrated naturally, so the experience feels smooth instead of overwhelming.

It also works well across desktop, web, and mobile, which makes it convenient to switch between devices without losing context.

### Integrations

Another major strength is the growing number of integrations. ChatGPT connects with tools like Google Drive, Slack, GitHub, SharePoint, and Dropbox, which makes it more practical for real workflows instead of being limited to standalone conversations.

The ability to pull information from documents, codebases, and internal systems makes it much more valuable for businesses and teams.

### Performance

The overall performance is consistently strong. It handles writing, coding, brainstorming, summarization, research, and analysis very well. What stands out is how natural the responses feel compared to many other AI tools.

The speed of improvement is also impressive. New features and model updates are released frequently, so the platform keeps getting noticeably better over time.

### Pricing / ROI

From a value perspective, ChatGPT is relatively affordable considering how much time it can save. Even the individual subscription can easily justify itself if someone uses it regularly for writing, research, coding, presentations, or admin work.

For businesses, the productivity gains can scale quickly across teams. Saving even a small amount of time per employee every day can create a strong return on investment.

### Support / Onboarding

One thing ChatGPT does well is lowering the barrier to entry. Most people already know how to ask questions in a conversational way, so onboarding is much easier compared to traditional enterprise software.

For larger organizations, the availability of admin controls, collaboration features, and enterprise security options also helps with adoption.

### AI / Intelligence

The biggest advantage is still the intelligence itself. ChatGPT is flexible enough to handle a huge variety of tasks while adapting its tone, structure, and level of detail based on the situation.

It feels less like a single-purpose tool and more like a general productivity assistant that can support different types of work. That balance between capability and usability is probably what makes it stand out the most.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One of the main things I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes sound very confident even when the information is inaccurate or incomplete, so important outputs still need to be verified.

The quality of responses can also vary depending on how prompts are written, which makes the experience a bit inconsistent at times. In longer conversations, it may occasionally lose context or miss earlier instructions.

For businesses, rapid feature releases are both a strength and a challenge. New capabilities arrive quickly, but stability, documentation, and enterprise readiness do not always keep up. Pricing can also become expensive for teams with heavy usage.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves a major productivity problem by reducing the time spent on repetitive and time-consuming tasks like writing emails, summarizing information, brainstorming ideas, creating content, researching topics, and organizing thoughts. Instead of starting from scratch, I can get a strong first draft or quick insights within seconds.

It is also helpful for learning and problem-solving. Whether it is understanding a complex topic, debugging code, analyzing data, or improving writing, ChatGPT makes information more accessible and easier to work with.

The biggest benefit for me is efficiency. It helps me work faster, make decisions quicker, and focus more on higher-value tasks instead of spending time on manual or repetitive work.
