What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I have been using the pro version of ChatGPT for the last year, and I must say it has made my life easier. The best thing I like about ChatGPT is that it is always to the point and doesn't beat around the bush. I find the value of using it in my day-to-day life. I have instructed it from the start that it can counter me anytime if I am wrong, and believe me, it has actually listened and doesn't always agree with me. Whenever I am wrong, it straight away points that out, and it is the only reason I use ChatGPT more than other Gen AI models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The things I dislike about ChatGPT are hallucinations, which most Gen AI models struggle with. But there is one other thing that I dislike about ChatGPT: it sometimes brings up personal things in a chat, which I have told it many times not to do. For example, if I am asking ChatGPT about any information on any medicine, it will provide me with the point information about that medicine and, in addition, it will add, as you also have this health issue, I recommend this and that, which I find not relevant here because it is a different chat. If I have told you about my health issue, you shouldn't always bring it up in a random chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Versatile, Time-Saving Help for Writing, Learning, and Coding"

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like most about ChatGPT is how easy it makes everyday tasks and problem-solving. It provides quick and helpful answers, explains complex topics in simple language, and helps with writing, brainstorming, learning, and coding. I also like that I can ask follow-up questions and get more detailed explanations whenever needed. The responses feel conversational, and it saves me a lot of time when working on different tasks. Overall, it is a versatile and useful tool that I can rely on for both personal learning and professional work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that sometimes its answers can be inaccurate or too general, so I need to double-check important information. Occasionally, it also misunderstands the context of a question or gives longer explanations than necessary. It would be better if the responses were consistently more precise and included reliable sources when needed. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall usefulness of the platform. "Clean UI, Fast Performance, and Excellent Step-by-Step Help for Programming"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT has become one of the tools I use most regularly for learning, research, and problem-solving. The feature I find most valuable is its ability to provide detailed, step-by-step explanations for technical topics, especially programming concepts. When working on Java, Kotlin, or Android development projects, I can ask follow-up questions, request code examples, and get explanations tailored to my skill level.

The UI is clean and easy to navigate, making conversations feel natural and organized. Performance is generally fast, even for longer discussions, which helps me stay productive without interrupting my workflow. I also appreciate its ability to analyze problems, generate content, summarize information, and brainstorm ideas in a single place.

An unexpected benefit has been using it as a personalized learning assistant. Instead of searching through multiple websites and videos, I can get explanations, comparisons, and practice examples instantly. This has saved significant time and improved my study efficiency. Considering the amount of time saved and the breadth of tasks it supports, ChatGPT provides strong value and a positive return on investment. Frequent updates and improvements to its AI capabilities continue to make it more useful over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

While ChatGPT is powerful on its own, I would like to see deeper and more seamless integrations with third-party tools and platforms. Some workflows still require manually copying information between applications, which can interrupt productivity. More native integrations across project management, development, and collaboration tools would make it even more useful for day-to-day work.

For onboarding, new users may need some time to learn how to write effective prompts and get the best results. While the interface is simple, understanding advanced features and capabilities is not always intuitive. Better guided tutorials, interactive examples, and use-case-based onboarding could help users realize value more quickly.

In terms of support, most issues can be resolved through documentation and community resources, but when users encounter account, billing, or technical problems, the support experience could be more direct and responsive. Improving access to personalized assistance and troubleshooting resources would enhance the overall user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

Image generation helps me explore GPTs, and it has many benefits for me as a student and career professional. It also remembers things and suggests the best options, which helps me get more out of it. I’m looking forward to using it for future requirements and needs. It’s also fun to talk to ChatGPT, and it’s beneficial for generating quizzes and summary questions for me after I upload my own work and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

It tends to give diplomatic answers to direct questions, and it also doesn’t clearly state whether something is right or wrong. Because of that, I can’t fully depend on this application. One more thing: it does not generate AI promotional videos, which could be helpful. Also, sometimes when generating documents in different formats, glitches can be observed. "ChatGPT Makes Life Easier: Fast Help for Study, Work, and Ideas"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is the thing because it makes life a lot easier. Whether it is studies, work, creative ideas or random doubts ChatGPT can help with almost anything. I especially like how ChatGPT saves time understands what I am trying to say and helps me figure things out when I am stuck. ChatGPT is, like having someone to discuss ideas with anytime I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes ChatGPT provides sure answers even when the details are not fully right. It can also misread instructions and give the same general replies instead of getting what is really needed. Sometimes I need to tell the thing over and over again to get what I really want. I would also like to see real and person-like answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

What I like best about ChatGPT is its versatility and ability to handle a wide range of tasks, from technical problem-solving and coding to research, writing, and brainstorming. It provides detailed, well-structured explanations and adapts its responses based on the context of the conversation. I particularly appreciate its ability to assist with SQL, Python, Power BI, and data engineering concepts. It also helps me learn new skills, troubleshoot issues, and improve productivity through interactive, step-by-step guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that it can sometimes provide outdated or inaccurate information with confidence, especially when dealing with complex technical queries. Occasionally, responses can be repetitive or overly detailed when a concise answer would be more useful. It can also misunderstand specific requirements and require multiple follow-up prompts to get the desired result. Improving factual accuracy, consistency, and contextual understanding would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Useful Answers with Personalized Context"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

One of the most important things I like about ChatGPT is that it can ask questions in a simple way and get a quick useful answer. It also helps you to recognize you by your past talks, which eventually helps you to get better answers and take better decisions Yeah it feels quite good getting value for the price, using ChatGPT quite often in learning, research, writing, and problem solving. It saves a lot of time for that amount I use. I think pricing is reasonable and the value I got from it makes it worth paying too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

One thing I dislike about ChatGPT is that sometimes it gives the AI-centric answer not in a humanized way, which eventually makes it more difficult to take a better response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ChatGPT?

It can handle my queries without the need for me to learn prompt engineering at a deeper level. I can explain in a few words, and it can clearly understand my requirements without too much back-and-forth. I have explored only chatbot integrations from my end with ChatGPT, and so far it works well with predefined knowledge. Responses are always fast and targeted. I have paid around 2000 for this plus plan, and so far there have been no issues with tokens running out too quickly. I have not contacted support or onboarding for any reason so far, as the process of onboarding was simple and self-explanatory without too many steps to cover. Overall for day-to-day stuff its the best among 3 AI tools that I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

The assistant consistently overwhelms simple queries with excessive detail, routinely ignoring explicit instructions to keep responses brief. Additionally, extended conversations suffer from severe context drift, causing the system to lose track of the initial objective entirely. Calibrating response depth to query complexity and strengthening context retention across longer threads would significantly improve the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Helpful for Coding, Learning and Daily Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

I like ChatGPT because it helps me with my daily work and saves a lot of time. I mostly use it for coding, fixing bugs, understanding new things, and getting ideas for my projects. I can ask questions in simple language and get useful answers. It also helps me understand difficult topics with easy examples, which I really like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes ChatGPT gives wrong answers or doesn't understand exactly what I am asking. For coding, it sometimes suggests code that doesn't work properly, so I have to check it myself. Another issue is that sometimes it gives very long answers when I only need a simple solution. I also have to explain things again when it misses some details from my question. "An Invaluable, Fast AI Assistant for Coding and Everyday Problem-Solving"
5/5
What do you like best about ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is an incredibly useful AI tool that supports me with everyday tasks, problem-solving, and software development. As a developer, I use it often to break down complex technical concepts, debug code, work through programming issues, and stay productive. It’s particularly helpful for generating code snippets, explaining error messages, drafting documentation, and brainstorming new ideas when I’m stuck. The interactive, back-and-forth conversation and the speed of its responses make it feel like a personal assistant that’s available whenever I need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ChatGPT?

Sometimes ChatGPT gives incorrect or outdated information, so I need to double-check its responses, especially when I’m dealing with complex technical requirements. It can also misread the context now and then, which means I may have to ask several follow-up questions before I get the result I’m expecting. Still, with clear and specific instructions, these limitations are generally manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
