It's a very easy video edit tool to use, and it is quite intuitive. It doesn't take a lot to work out how to use it. I edit videos with it, use subtitles, and texting. I always use the Magic AI tool for clearing the background and ensuring that I have eye contact as well. I found it very easy to set up and don't recall having any problems. **What do you dislike about VEED?** I find it annoying that there isn't a mobile app for VEED, which would be really useful for editing videos on the go, especially since the picture quality on my phone is better than on my laptop. I've also faced technical issues where videos sometimes disappear after creation, and there's a lot of buffering and glitching. These can be quite frustrating when trying to edit videos efficiently. **What problems is VEED solving and how is that benefiting you?** VEED solves a lot of my video editing problems and is the only company I use for this because it's easy and intuitive. **Official Response from Peter Janda:** > Thank you for your detailed feedback!
