I like that Higgsfield has all the software in one place, so I don't need to sign up for multiple subscriptions at the same time. It's really convenient to have all the tools I need in one place. There are a few challenges related to motion control. One limitation is that, according to the AI guidelines, you cannot use the faces of any celebrities or creators. It would be helpful if there were a workaround for this restriction. Additionally, I've faced an issue with my credits; my generations have been cancelled a few times, but my credits were not refunded. This has been the biggest challenge I've encountered. I use Higgsfield to edit images, create new ideas for images, videos, and audio, and sketch out alternatives for shots I need. I really appreciate the huge selection of AI tools, like Nano Banana Pro and Kling, which make it so easy to use every day without any problems. The credit consumption is quite efficient. These tools allow me to test new designs without spending time and risking whether something is worthwhile, helping me sketch designs, photos, and videos. I would love for non-modifiable presets. If I'm given unlimited credits for image generation, I would like that option to stay on when I change AI models or change things because it can risk sometimes wasting credits that I didn't intend to use. I would love to see an adjustment within the user profile to enable that option automatically, also presets when I want a certain resolution to stay on, a vertical or horizontal format, and the AI Model that I prefer. As good as it is, there is still a fair amount of unexpected results. Something might work great for 5 iterations and the sixth one does something wacky. I wish there were more Video input models where I could modify an existing video.

I bought an Ultimate subscription one month ago, mainly because of Higgsfield Soul and AI video options. I liked that they offered an unlimited generation options for this type of subscription for new models, so you can test it for free for some time, to see how to work with it properly without spending credits. And I generated many photos and videos for me, friends and clients.

Also I had question about my subscription, and support helped me with it.

At the time I started to use platform, it was not very comfortable to use, because of feed without filters (so it's hard to find and sort your previous works) and the bugs on mobile web versions (so you could only use desktop version).

And discord support was chaotic, your bugs could be ignored (or at least you don't know if they took it to the backlog for fixing).

But one or two weeks ago they made a lot of fixes, so now it have filters, discord have topics in bugs section, more new higgsfield-made ai tools arrived.

And sometimes I had problems with Soul training. Some models were accurate and fine from first try, some models trained weirdly, so the face was different from references (even though I used the same data in both situations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how it can turn simple, handheld phone clips into cinematic scenes. I used it to edit some travel videos with my friends, and the AI adds movements and effects that are really hard to do manually. It’s very beginner-friendly but produces high-quality results. I find Higgsfield to be a great service for working with AI. It's a great platform with a good team, which helps me make quality videos. I had a problem making a video 52 times, and their team fixed it, which I really appreciate. I use Higgsfield for AI video and image creation, and it's an amazing website that gives me the freedom to complete my client and freelance work. I recently had an issue with my Higgsfield subscription after applying a CPP promo code — my Ultimate plan was unexpectedly downgraded to Pro. Since I was on a tight project deadline, this was pretty stressful, as I rely on Ultimate’s unlimited Kling features daily.

I reached out to the support team, and although it took a little time to resolve, they were professional, empathetic, and transparent throughout. Sofi from support kept me updated, and once the technical issue was fixed, my Ultimate plan was restored along with the extra CPP credits.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the platform and the way the team handled my case. Higgsfield’s tools are powerful and reliable for creative professionals, and the support team genuinely cares about making things right when something goes wrong.
