I bought an Ultimate subscription one month ago, mainly because of Higgsfield Soul and AI video options. I liked that they offered an unlimited generation options for this type of subscription for new models, so you can test it for free for some time, to see how to work with it properly without spending credits. And I generated many photos and videos for me, friends and clients.

Also I had question about my subscription, and support helped me with it.

At the time I started to use platform, it was not very comfortable to use, because of feed without filters (so it's hard to find and sort your previous works) and the bugs on mobile web versions (so you could only use desktop version).

And discord support was chaotic, your bugs could be ignored (or at least you don't know if they took it to the backlog for fixing).

But one or two weeks ago they made a lot of fixes, so now it have filters, discord have topics in bugs section, more new higgsfield-made ai tools arrived.

And sometimes I had problems with Soul training. Some models were accurate and fine from first try, some models trained weirdly, so the face was different from references (even though I used the same data in both situations). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had an issue with my Higgsfield subscription after applying a CPP promo code — my Ultimate plan was unexpectedly downgraded to Pro. Since I was on a tight project deadline, this was pretty stressful, as I rely on Ultimate’s unlimited Kling features daily.

I reached out to the support team, and although it took a little time to resolve, they were professional, empathetic, and transparent throughout. Sofi from support kept me updated, and once the technical issue was fixed, my Ultimate plan was restored along with the extra CPP credits.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the platform and the way the team handled my case. Higgsfield’s tools are powerful and reliable for creative professionals, and the support team genuinely cares about making things right when something goes wrong.

One of the things I really love about this site is the access to a wide range of AI models for creating images and videos — plus they ran a special plan in September that I absolutely liked. Everything about this site is awesome. The only thing that would make it even better is if, in the future, there were more video samples to check out in Explore. Also, when I’m creating a video and choose the WAN 2.5 model, it’d be great if the default quality was set to 720P instead of 480P, so I don’t have to switch it manually every time. I purchased the Ultimate Plan ($50) and immediately tested it. The interface is confusing, video quality is unstable and inconsistent, and the price is far too high. I asked for a refund right away, but support only sends copy-paste replies refusing to return money. On Discord, hundreds of users complain about the same issues, but moderators ignore them. I love that you're able to try out multiple models, and forms of image or video generation. I find it particularly useful that Higgsfield brings all products together and significantly facilitates the handling of AI tools. I didn’t really get to explore the full potential of the service because I didn’t use it regularly after subscribing.
