## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Anytime Help for Work: Organizes Thoughts, Creates Logos, and Builds Templates

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brenda L. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love that I can log in any time and ask questions related to work or personal situations. I mostly use ChatGPT for work and it has helped me organize my thoughts, create logos and templates and has also provided scripts for templates in Adobe or Word.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think while the graphic creation works, this feature still leaves a lot to be desired. I have used Chat GPT to create some graphics but sometimes they do not look well designed. Also, I find that I sometimes have to 'fact check' scripts that have been provided.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is helping my business with productivity. I can use it to organize a series of documents, help me brainstorm template ideas and also help word emails to clients.

 ### 2. Accuracy and Adaptability Make ChatGPT a Research Necessity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Digvijay S. | User Experience Design Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the accuracy of ChatGPT and how it adapts to whatever I ask, even correcting me when something is wrong, rather than just agreeing to whatever I said. I appreciate that it accurately scans through verified sources to give me correct answers instead of random dates. The initial setup was quite easy; I just had to log in and start working.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it does hallucinate, but I think that's the problem with, every LLM model right now. But, yeah, that is something which could be improved.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for research and ideation. It solves the problem of spending hours on Google by providing accurate information quickly, scanning through verified sources.

 ### 3. Explains Complex Topics Simply—A Huge Help for Studies and Coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KALUKURACHA GUNA VARDHAN S. | Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its ability to explain complex topics in a simple and easy-to-understand way. It helps me quickly find answers, understand concepts step by step, and supports me with studies, coding, and project work whenever I need help.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about ChatGPT is that sometimes the responses can be too detailed or not exactly match the specific format I need, which means I may need to ask again or clarify my request.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of quickly finding reliable explanations and guidance for different topics. It benefits me by helping me understand concepts, complete assignments, improve my coding skills, and get instant support for my studies and projects without spending too much time searching for information.

 ### 4. A Knowledgeable Assistant That Helps Me Work Faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kavya S. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

My favorite thing about ChatGPT is that it feels like having a knowledgeable assistant available anytime. It helps me find information, generate ideas, and complete tasks quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Occasionally, the answers are inaccurate and sometimes don’t include enough detail. I often need to double-check the information to be sure it’s correct.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me get answers quickly, understand difficult concepts, and organize my thoughts. It also saves me time with both work and studies, which makes it easier to stay on track.

 ### 5. Fast, Convenient, but Needs Better Contextual Understanding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** david m. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mostly use ChatGPT for quick answers, brainstorming ideas, and helping me write or rephrase things. It's like having someone to think things through with whenever I get stuck or curious. ChatGPT saves me time, whether that's quickly finding information, organizing my thoughts, or getting unstuck on something I'm working on. I use it to simplify complex stuff, generate ideas when I'm blanking, and make my writing clearer and faster. What I like most is how fast and easy it is to use. I can ask anything and get a clear, helpful answer right away, which just makes things simpler. The speed and ease of use make a big difference because I don't have to spend time searching through multiple sources or overthinking things. I can just ask a question and get a clear answer right away, which helps me stay focused and keep things moving. It was very easy to set up as there wasn't really any setup needed; I could start using it right away, which made it super convenient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers can be a bit too general or not exactly what I am looking for, so I have to rephrase my question. It would be better if it understood context more precisely right away. For example, when I ask a follow-up question, it sometimes doesn't fully connect it to what I asked before, so I have to repeat context. Also if my question is a bit vague, it might give a broad answer instead of asking for clarification. In some cases, it assumes the wrong intent, like giving a general explanation when I was looking for something more specific or practical.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to save time by quickly finding information, organizing my thoughts, and generating ideas. It simplifies complex stuff and makes my writing clearer and faster.

 ### 6. Time-Saving but Limited for Free Users

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin K. | Postdoctoral Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for coding and checking English writing. It helps me learn coding like R and Python, and it makes it easier to correct English grammar. I like that it has saved my time in many ways, allowing me to use that time for other jobs. Also, it's pretty fast in responding and can modify the output based on what I ask. This helps me in getting the correct answers that I am looking for in a timely manner. Setting it up was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don't like that it limits the conversation in one chat for unpaid versions, and you have to open another chat. They should let us use the same chat for more questions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding in R and Python, and it helps correct English grammar. It's fast in responding and tailors answers to my queries, saving me time for other tasks.

 ### 7. Productive Ally with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego A. | Real Estate Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT really easy to use, and it helps me be more productive by allowing me to handle information and data better. It also improves my skills as a professional. One thing I particularly like is that it enables me to do research faster than before, and I can work with more data than I used to. I appreciate that I just need to be clear and specific about what I want while using it within the policies and with integrity. The feature of providing better answers and more information, doing more research than the automatic one, is valuable to me. The codecs tool is another highlight as it is really useful for figuring out what's going on with code or prototypes that I am developing. Additionally, setting up ChatGPT was really easy—I didn't need to do much beyond starting to ask questions and create projects, and it integrates well with other tools I use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT could be improved to work better as the cloud service does. It could have better co-working tools and skills to help improve specific skills like sales and marketing.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me tackle productivity issues, allowing quicker research and more efficient task handling with better access to data.

 ### 8. Helpful, fast, and great for everyday thinking and writing support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how quickly it helps me turn unclear thoughts into something structured and usable. When I’m stuck on writing, trying to understand a topic, or just not sure how to phrase something, it gives me a solid starting point instead of leaving me blank.

It’s also flexible in how it responds. I can ask for something simple, detailed, formal, or more casual, and it adjusts without me having to explain too much. That makes it useful for both work-related tasks and everyday questions.

Another thing I really appreciate is how it breaks down complex topics in a way that actually makes sense without feeling overwhelming. It feels more like having someone explain things step by step rather than just dumping information.

Overall, it saves time, reduces mental effort when I’m busy, and helps me think more clearly when I’m not sure where to start.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I don’t like about ChatGPT is that it can sound confident even when it’s not fully right. Sometimes the answer looks well explained, but when you actually check it, a few details might be off or a bit too generalized.

It also doesn’t always understand the exact context the way a human would. If my question is slightly unclear, it may go in a direction I didn’t really mean, and I have to rephrase or correct it.

Another thing is it can feel repetitive if I’m asking follow-up questions on the same topic. Instead of naturally building on the conversation, it sometimes restates things in a similar way.

So yeah, it’s helpful and fast, but I still can’t fully rely on it without double-checking or guiding it properly.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me get unstuck when I don’t know how to start writing or explain something. I use it to quickly turn rough ideas into something clear and readable, and to understand topics in a simpler way.

It saves time because I don’t have to search through multiple sources or struggle with wording. Overall, it just makes everyday writing and learning tasks easier and faster.

 ### 9. Seamless Setup and Time-Saving Powerhouse

I appreciate the ease of use and how it saves prior projects for easy access, which simplifies my time savings because everything is in one spot. The initial setup was seamless, and overall, ChatGPT works great, as I rarely have any issues with it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Overall it works great I have no complaints

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

For me, it’s the option to get information more precisely when I need it, and also to use it as a source of inspiration.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it doesn’t understand my request or the idea I’m trying to explain.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me a lot with correcting my emails, for example. Sometimes we don’t have the most professional or formal grammar, and ChatGPT helps me correct my emails. I write my idea and get suggestions on what could sound better, and I choose the one I like the most. It also explains to me why.

 ### 11. A Valuable Tool for Research, Needs Better Referencing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad Asif G. | Assistant professor , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how ChatGPT refines text mathematically, scientifically, and grammatically. The analysis tools, especially for static analysis, are better. For manuscript publishing, the refinement it offers is very important. It also recommends the kind of statistics to use effectively. Most of my work is now automated and it's very easy to get things done by chat, which saves me a lot of time. I appreciate ChatGPT's ability to provide fruitful results quickly, which is beneficial for research and scientific work. The initial setup of ChatGPT was very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The referencing feature isn't up to the mark, and I can't rely on it for accurate references in ChatGPT. Additionally, the data collection process doesn't gather information correctly.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to automate work, refine data, and enhance my text scientifically. It helps my research team with statistical analysis and improves manuscript quality.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjith T. | Graphic Designer, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how it helps me in my daily work as a visual designer. It makes my work easier and faster, especially when I need quick ideas or creative direction.

Sometimes I get stuck during brainstorming, and that’s when ChatGPT really helps. It gives fresh ideas, visual concepts, and inspiration that keep my creative flow going. It also helps with quick image and concept generation, which saves time and improves productivity.

Overall, ChatGPT feels like a creative assistant that supports my design process and helps turn ideas into clear visual concepts.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike about ChatGPT is a small issue I face during image generation. Sometimes when I upload a product image and ask for a generated visual, the final output doesn’t match the original product exactly. The product details or appearance may change slightly, which can be challenging for design accuracy.

However, this is a minor issue for me. Other than that, I really enjoy using ChatGPT and find it extremely helpful for my creative and daily design work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps solve the problem of getting stuck while thinking or planning. For me, the biggest benefit is brainstorming—it helps generate new ideas when my creativity slows down and gives fresh perspectives that push my thinking forward.

It also helps with planning, such as setting health goals, creating workout plans, and organizing daily routines. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I can break things into clear, manageable steps.

Overall, ChatGPT saves time, improves focus, and helps me turn ideas and goals into simple, actionable plans, making both my creative work and personal planning more effective.

Sometimes when you’re having conversations when you’re further down in the conversation, it will forget minimal things like if you give it certain punctuation tasks or have it right in certain amount of characters it will forget and just slowly start adding that back in so you do definitely have to check that.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it just helps me keep organized, I’m someone who has a lot of tasks and it helps me make lists to prioritize and helps with responses to emails when I can’t get the words just right

 ### 15. A Free, Versatile AI That Gives a Solid Base on Almost Everything

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea T. | R&D manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I believe that the most helpful is tre "transversality", i.e. it is not specialized in particular fields (e.g. chemistry, programming, etc.) but it can give you a good base on practically everything (for free), and this sometimes is more than enough.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think that general AI models are way too condescending with the user; I believe all of this is just a inverse-psychological trick, but it only wastes effort in getting to the point

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I tipically ask general questions about available software/solutions to solve a particular problem/task, or on matters I am very ignorant about, to get an introduction.

It adapts quickly, allowing for efficient workflow without the need to constantly start over. Its contextual awareness, particularly in the latest versions, really helps me stay efficient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One area that could be improved is handling very domain-specific jargon. Sometimes it misinterprets niche technical terms. Also, when I need deep integration with external APIs, it sometimes lacks a bit of fine control. With more customization options or plugin support, it could be even stronger.

However, these limitations are manageable with proper usage.

I appreciate that there was no setup required; I just use it in the browser.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's really restricted on what you can or can't ask. It needs improvement on defining what's appropriate content.

Compared to Copilot, ChatGPT's responses and the power of the latest models, like GPT 5.2, make it a preferred choice.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes, it gives incorrect data in response.

I use ChatGPT for a lot of things like research, emails, rephrasing content, generating files, coding, and integrating with tools. I find it incredibly helpful for generating C# and JS code as per my requirements. ChatGPT assists me with research related to complex topics, and not just from a developer's perspective—it guides me on health and anything I ask like a friend. I appreciate that its responses are simple, structured, and friendly. The voice mode is particularly special since we can talk with it in any language, making it incredibly versatile. For example, if I don't know English but want to communicate with someone whose native language is English, the voice mode can help. It allows me to speak and ask questions without needing to type. Once, when I was researching about the Constitution of India, I didn't want to type anything. I simply asked ChatGPT to explain it to me like a teacher, and it did, covering each and every point in detail. The initial setup is easy as it's already set up, and the API is available for use in any tool.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I need improvement on image generation; it takes a lot of time to generate any images, especially when creating a 3D model of something.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers are too generic, and I need to verify details, especially for banking-related information. More industry-specific accuracy would be helpful. It would be helpful to have more accurate, up-to-date banking and regulatory insights, along with better customization for finance-specific tasks to support my work more effectively.

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily, and it helps me a lot with developing code and my day-to-day activities like acquiring knowledge and learning. I practice coding with ChatGPT and it helps me resolve issues and rectify errors when I'm stuck on a piece of code. I like the ease of using the AI, suggesting various answers for one question, which helps us choose and helps ChatGPT improve. It works well with pictures or code snippets, understanding them easily. The initial setup was pretty easy, just requiring a login with particular IDs.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT does not understand the problems that are too critical for modern tech stacks. It gives wrong functions and syntax for codes, so I need to remind it that it is not correct and it resends the code with correct syntax. ChatGPT needs to update daily or very frequently about the latest tech stacks which are improving daily. It needs to run the checks of the official documents for that particular tech stacks sites.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT daily for coding help, knowledge, and learning. It resolves code issues, rectifies errors, creates gym and diet plans, and assists with day-to-day activities.

 ### 29. Useful Freebie but Deeply Flawed Ethically

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jasper P. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I found ChatGPT to be a better search engine than most traditional ones, especially when I'm lacking in the lingo of a specific field or niche. I liked the free usage and limits that allowed any use I wanted without paying. The personal settings, which allow for slight customization against its sycophancy, were useful for addressing a fundamental flaw in the training of the models.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I'm not happy with ClosedAI cooperating with espionage operations, which I deeply oppose. Also, they have a meaningful responsibility for the false labeling of LLM technology as AI. I wish they would operate more transparently and not collaborate with authoritarian regimes' espionage operations. Additionally, while the personal settings to combat the model's sycophancy were useful, it felt more like a workaround for a fundamental flaw in the LLM training.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I found ChatGPT useful for finding information, especially when I lacked the specific field's lingo.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jubin J. | Associate Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT has the best live talk feature, and it feels much closer to speaking with a real human. There’s less delay, and it replies instantly as I’m asking my question. I can interrupt, it can laugh, and it can change its tone, which makes the conversation feel more natural and human. Because of that, I really enjoy using ChatGPT to brainstorm ideas.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT sugarcoats its replies and doesn’t always get to the point. Because of that, some responses can feel a bit unnatural. I think it’s often better when it’s more direct and just gets straight to the point.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes its agent feel more natural. It’s refining the way it interacts with us and trying to get closer to a real, human-like interaction.

It saves a lot of time, especially when you want your communication to sound professional but not too formal. It’s also helpful for quickly cleaning up meeting notes and planning my day when things get hectic.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses can feel a bit generic, especially if the input is not very detailed. For sales-specific scenarios, I’ve noticed it works best when I clearly explain the context. Also, it shouldn’t be treated as a final answer—reviewing and adding a personal touch is still important.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me work faster and more efficiently. Instead of spending time rewording emails or fixing grammar, I can focus more on actual client conversations and follow-ups. the convenience aspect is huge for me. I can input small tedious tasks into the prompt bar and it will complete them for me

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 35. A Versatile Assistant for Work and Personal Productivity

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjay M. | Senior Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love how ChatGPT quickly understands my needs and provides clear, practical answers without just giving theory. It offers step-by-step guidance that I can actually use in real situations. I especially enjoy its help with software testing, like generating test cases, explaining concepts, and preparing for interviews, as well as effortlessly improving my resume and drafting professional messages. I really appreciate its versatility, tackling technical help, career advice, or business ideas smoothly, making it feel like a smart assistant available 24/7. ChatGPT directly improves my work efficiency and career growth, helping me think more like a QA engineer, generate detailed test cases, understand complex APIs, and support automation learning with code examples. For career guidance, ChatGPT acts like a mentor, offering resume improvements, interview preparation, salary insights, and practical, actionable advice tailored to my experience. On a personal level, it saves a lot of time by quickly drafting messages, learning new things, or exploring business ideas. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with no complex installation required, allowing me to start getting value from it immediately. Overall, ChatGPT significantly reduces my effort, improves the quality of my work, and guides me in the right direction, making my tasks faster and more organized.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is very helpful, there are a few areas where it could improve. Sometimes the responses can be a bit generic, especially when I’m looking for very specific, real-world examples in software testing or project-based scenarios. More personalized or context-aware answers based on my exact experience would make it even better. For example, in software testing, when working on a live project, I often deal with complex workflows like end-to-end testing in media applications. In such cases, I’d expect more project-specific test scenarios (like OTT platform testing, video playback issues, DRM validation, etc.) rather than generic test cases. Another area is API testing—while ChatGPT explains concepts well, I’d like more realistic examples such as handling authentication tokens, chaining multiple APIs, or validating real production-like responses. In automation, especially with Selenium and frameworks like Cucumber, it would be great to get complete, ready-to-use framework structures or solutions for real issues like flaky tests, dynamic locators, or CI/CD integration. Also, when preparing for interviews, more company-specific or role-based questions (based on my experience level) would make the preparation even more practical. Overall, I’m looking for more real-time, project-level guidance rather than general explanations—something that feels closer to actual work scenarios.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to improve work efficiency and career growth, saving me time and simplifying complex topics. It helps with software testing, test case creation, and career advice while also streamlining personal tasks like message drafting and problem-solving. It feels like a smart 24/7 assistant.

 ### 43. Fast, Versatile, but Needs Precision

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James V. | Director Risk Management & Audit, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for everything possible, especially work-related tasks like brainstorming, reviewing documents, putting together draft reports, and conducting deep research. I love how fast it works and its ability to take in so much information that I need. As a Director of Risk Management & Audit, it helps me be more productive in these responsibilities. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes its accuracy is not up to snuff. Sometimes it provides imaginary information. It is a bit frustrating at times that I have to be extremely explicit in not doing that. I think the default setting is that it should NEVER make up information, that it should NEVER pretend it has reviewed a document when it really has not since it was not in a format it was capable of reviewing word-for-word.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to brainstorm, review documents, draft reports, and research. It enhances efficiency, swiftly making documents presentation ready. I love its speed and capacity to handle extensive information, boosting my productivity in risk management and audit responsibilities.

 ### 44. The og Ai Chatgpt ai

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghavendra T. | Associate Consultant , Consulting, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What stands out most is how it helps bring structure to messy thoughts. I often use it when ideas are scattered, and it quickly turns them into something more organized and usable. Not always perfect in the first go, but the speed of iteration makes up for it. Also useful across very different tasks; strategy, writing, even quick analysis, so it becomes more like a constant thinking support than just a tool.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the responses feel a bit surface-level unless pushed further. It can give a good starting point, but depth needs follow-up. Also, not something I would rely on without checking, especially for data or context-heavy work. Works well with direction, less so without it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly helps reduce the time spent figuring out where to start. Whether it’s structuring a problem, drafting something, or just organizing thoughts—it speeds things up. I end up spending more time refining and thinking deeper rather than building from scratch. That shift itself is quite valuable.

The conversational style makes it feel natural, and it saves time on tasks like brainstorming, writing drafts, and getting quick explanations. The tool also offers many features and integrations that help me with both personal and professional tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

While ChatGPT is powerful, it sometimes gives inaccurate or outdated information, so I always double-check important facts.
Some creative outputs may lack truly original insight because the model relies on patterns from data rather than genuine creativity.
Additionally, certain useful features (like marketplace search for custom GPTs) could be improved for easier discovery.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Fast response, Valid answers, Research, Ease of Implementation, Customer Support, Frequency of Use, Number of Features, Ease of Integration

This makes candidate profiles stronger and more aligned with hiring manager expectations, which directly improves submission quality.

 ### 47. Helps me a lot with studies and coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mostly use ChatGPT for my college work, coding practice, and sometimes even for writing and organizing my thoughts. What I like most is how easy it is to use—I don’t have to spend a lot of time figuring things out. I can just ask what I need, and it gives clear, easy-to-understand answers.

It’s especially helpful when I get stuck while coding or when I don’t fully understand a concept from class. Instead of searching through multiple websites, I can ask here and get a structured explanation right away. I also like that it adapts to how I phrase my questions, which makes it feel more interactive and less rigid. It’s really useful for revising concepts when I don’t have enough time to go through my whole book, because it keeps things short and simple. I’m really loving it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I’ve noticed is that the answers aren’t always completely accurate, especially when I’m asking about very specific or advanced topics, so I still make a point to double-check anything important.

Also, the responses can sometimes feel a bit too general, and I end up needing to ask follow-up questions to get exactly what I’m looking for. It’s not a major issue, but it can lead to a bit of back and forth. Aside from that, the overall experience has been pretty smooth.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT mainly helps me save time and feel less confused when I’m studying or working on projects. Before, if I didn’t understand something, I had to dig through multiple resources, which took a lot of time and could be overwhelming. Now I can get a quick, clear explanation and then build on it.

It’s also helped me be more productive because I can move through tasks faster, whether I’m debugging code, drafting content, or brainstorming ideas. Overall, it makes learning and problem-solving more efficient and a lot less stressful.

 ### 49. A Versatile Tool That Saves Time and Improves Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivek G. | Customer Training Solutions Architect, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I appreciate most about ChatGPT is its immediate usability and the value it provides right from the start, without any need for setup or a steep learning curve. I rely on it daily for a variety of tasks, including content creation, problem-solving, and automation support, thanks to the extensive features it brings together in one platform. It integrates smoothly into my current workflows, complements the other tools I use, and enables me to work more efficiently without requiring complicated implementation or integration.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One aspect I dislike about ChatGPT is its tendency to sound overly confident, even when its answers may require further validation, particularly when dealing with very specific product behaviours or unusual edge cases. For more complex or long-running tasks, I find that it takes careful prompting to ensure the responses remain fully aligned with all constraints and the intended context. Although ChatGPT does help speed up my workflow considerably, I still need to review and fine-tune its output before I can use it as a final result.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of time and cognitive load when working on complex or repetitive tasks. It helps me quickly draft and refine training content, customer communications, exam questions, and automation logic without starting from scratch each time. By accelerating research, structuring ideas, and improving clarity, it allows me to focus more on decision-making and quality rather than manual effort. The biggest benefit for me is faster turnaround, better consistency, and the ability to handle more work without burnout.

 ### 50. Ease of Use and Impeccable Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David G. | recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like the ease of using ChatGPT because it's a chat, which makes it very easy to use. I like that it responds dynamically and in a very authentic way, and that it understands a bit the tone that needs to be given to different messages, which helps make communication easier and more agile. Additionally, the initial setup process was very simple and not complex, it's easy to understand how to use it because it's very intuitive and there were no issues at all. It was also easy to connect with the different platforms I have.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, yes, sometimes in certain situations when a specific task is requested, they understand it at first, but then it seems like they don't understand it again, and no matter how insistently they are told, "this must be done this way," they do it the previous way again. So, there are many times when I have to send and resend and ask for the same thing again, because they don't understand what is being requested. Additionally, this sometimes falls short because, well, they can be a bit slow.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**
