The UI is clean and easy to use, even if your not very technical. Everything feels fast and organised and the mobile app is surprisingly good too. The integrations are improving alot, especially with file uploads, coding tools and voice features, but sometimes connecting it into existing workflows can still feel a bit slow and clunky. Answers are usually detailed and useful, although every now and then it confidently gives wrong information which can be frustrating and leaves in references that I don't want. Pricing feels fair if you actually use it daily for work or content creation because it saves loads of time. Casual users might find the paid plans abit expensive though. Support is okay, but getting direct help isnt easy.
