**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esteban D. | Atlassian Certified Consultant | Jira Service Management, ITSM & Agile Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT pretty simple to use and it feels really comfortable. I like that I can administer the number of questions I've made and even delete them if needed, which lets me tidy up my entire history. It's great that it responds pretty accurately in its results. The initial setup of ChatGPT was 100% easy and so simple, which I loved.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, sometimes when I ask ChatGPT to solve a problem or create an image, as you're refining your request, the response can lead you further than you want. It starts confusing or misunderstanding what you're looking for. It would be nice to have a branch of questions and answers, so you can stop halfway and ask about a part of the answer or discuss something right in the middle.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a companion for asking technical questions and getting strategy consultation at work and personal tips and information too.

 ### 2. Fast and Reliable for Coding and Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris S. | Information Technology Generalist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I mostly use ChatGPT to help write code in my IT job, which saves me a ton of time. It really speeds up the process of writing PowerShell scripts. I also find it helpful for recognizing errors in the MDM solutions we use. Queries seem to be processed faster with ChatGPT than other models, and I often find myself gravitating back to ChatGPT for all things. It's always available instantly whenever I need it. Creating a 'Team' and distributing licenses was very easy with ChatGPT.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There seem to be some glitchiness with the desktop app, from time to time. Previous conversations appear and then disappear from the left-pane history view.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for writing code faster and troubleshooting issues, which saves me a ton of time. It solves the problem of spending hours on PowerShell scripts by completing them in seconds and helps recognize errors in our MDM solutions.

 ### 3. Easy to Use, Great for Coding and Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT easy to use and it gives answers as requested. I use it for general queries, work related assistance, help with study material, and facts and updates. It provides me coding logic for my work, and for studies it helps me prepare for special topics with questions and answers. When I asked about the Indian tax system, it answered me with all the details clearly with the tax brackets applicable currently. I value the reasoning and explanations, which are useful for understanding complex topics step by step, such as programming concepts, system design, mathematics, or technical troubleshooting, and it helps turn difficult ideas into practical examples. Using ChatGPT alongside a code editor is quite helpful with code generation and debugging. The initial setup was generally easy because it required minimal configuration. Creating an account and accessing the service was simple, the interface was intuitive so it was easy to start asking questions without much learning, no complex installation or technical setup was required for basic use, and features like conversation history and customization options were easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the answers sound confident even when the information is incomplete or uncertain. I'd like clearer confidence indicators and easier ways to verify sources to improve trust. ChatGPT can also miss details from previous conversations or misunderstand my exact goal. Better long-term context management and personalization would make the responses more relevant.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding logic at work and to prepare for study topics with questions and answers. It explains complex topics step by step and turns difficult ideas into practical examples. Alongside a code editor, it helps with code generation and debugging.

 ### 4. Speeds Up Content Tasks, Needs More Creativity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anirudh V. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT for its speed in responding, which makes my tasks quicker. The customization possible with the prompts is a big plus for me because if you give the right prompt, it delivers exactly what you want. Additionally, I find the image generation feature to be very useful, especially when creating LinkedIn posts. It really helps in reducing my content creation time and makes the process much more streamlined. The setup was easy, and everyone was able to use it right from the start.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the creativity aspect so if I'm using only one chat for the content creation, it gets monotonous and it chooses the same tone and same wordings like, breaking the glass ceiling or it is not just to showcase. The vocabulary is very limited.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for real-time content writing and social media posts, especially on LinkedIn. It accurately generates marketing posts, saving me time and streamlining the process.

 ### 5. A powerful AI tool but one that requires a very good ability to frame it

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The possibility of having distinct instructions per folder. This really allows for creating AI "assistants" tailored to each task.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

1- His propensity to hallucinate is quite high. He is not always very reliable. It is a tool that requires a lot of caution and care to ensure there are no errors. 2- The fact that it is difficult to maintain a long exchange without him eventually getting confused, forgetting things, and making mistakes. 3- His tendency to be a very, very, veeeery much a people pleaser, it's unbearable. 4- He also talks way too much, you can never stop him, he always has something to add, which leads us down paths that are far too broad and distant from the initial need.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It can really help to brainstorm and overcome a creative or thought block. Well configured, it can be a useful devil's advocate that comes to challenge one's perspective. It is skilled at developing processes, but also at explaining in detail the interest of its proposals, the why and how, etc. And finally, it is good at synthesizing documents/articles.

 ### 6. A Reliable Companion for Research and Coding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Naveen K. | Agentic AI Evaluation QA, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT for research, coding, and clarifying things I need to understand. It helps me a lot with vibe coding when I’m building web applications, chatbots, and extensions. In my day-to-day work, ChatGPT supports my tasks by helping me clear up doubts, do deeper research, and grasp complex topics more easily.

I also appreciate its friendly behavior and the fact that I can set the tone of communication, which makes conversations feel like chatting with a nearby friend or a technical assistant. It’s user-friendly and easy to jump into new topics with simple prompts, so I’ve never found it difficult to get aligned with it. Overall, ChatGPT stands out from other models by offering practical support and streamlining my workflow in ways other AI tools don’t.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

To be honest, ChatGPT still needs to get rid of hallucinations. I’ve noticed it can slip into them when it’s given certain topics or tasks. Models like GPT still struggle in some cases with hallucinations, and that’s unacceptable. These models should be trained on larger datasets so they can better classify prompts and understand what the user needs based on the prompt.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for research, coding, clearing up doubts, and understanding difficult topics, and it makes my workflow smoother while improving my projects. It’s a friendly way to get technical help, and it also supports me in grasping complex subjects more clearly.

 ### 7. Highly Versatile but Limited Graphics Capabilities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhishek V. | Senior Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like that ChatGPT can automate a lot of my manual work, like creating tables by just writing simple prompts. It does a lot of research before creating those data tables and goes through a lot of literature review and unstructured data. I also use it for tabulating data in the required format and it makes that process easier. Another thing I appreciate is how easy it is to start using ChatGPT. If you know how to type or dictate, it's very intuitive for writing text, which makes it accessible.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When I try to create some images, flowcharts, or graphics with ChatGPT, it doesn't work that well. Lots of times, it throws an error, saying it can't generate because of reasons like being queued. So, it's not very good for generating graphics.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for team communication, automating work like writing emails, and creating Kindle books. It automates manual tasks, conducts research, tabulates data, and comprehends unstructured data.

 ### 8. Versatile AI Enhances Personal and Professional Life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anjali P. | Senior Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for both work and learning, and it helps me prepare for interviews and draft professional emails. It's great for when I'm stuck or short on time, making email drafting quick and easy. I also enjoy using it for astrology insights, understanding career paths through planetary positions. I can just type what's on my mind, and it understands me, making it feel like a constant support system. I like how versatile and dependable ChatGPT is, whether I'm preparing for a job role or exploring travel plans. The ability to revisit past conversations and choose to turn off past references is very convenient. Its setup was very easy and quick, with a simple interface that made it comfortable to use from the beginning.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it still connects new questions to past conversations, even when I'm asking something different. It can make the response feel slightly off or biased to previous context. I end up having to manually turn off past references to get a fresh answer. This part could definitely be smoother and more automatic.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to prepare for interviews, draft professional emails, and explore astrology. It helps me when I'm stuck or short on time, making email drafting quick and easy, and providing astrological insights based on my DOB.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshit D. | Senior Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for quickly getting instant answers on any topic, writing, coding, and researching. Its ability to generate clear, structured, and human-like responses makes it very useful for my professional use. As a consultant and customer support executive, I like how it simplifies my work by helping me draft clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customers, which saves a lot of time during high-volume support situations. The initial setup was very easy, and within a few minutes, I was ready to generate answers.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes the response is too professional, and I need to humanize it on different platforms. When writing mail or responding to queries, it should give a more humanized response so that the other person doesn't realize it's written by AI.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for instant answers, writing, and coding. It helps me respond to client queries quickly and professionally, saving time during high-volume situations. It simplifies customer support by summarizing conversations and explaining complex topics, improving communication and response times.

 ### 11. Efficient and Personalized, but Pricing Concerns

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arnes O. | Founder & Lead Content Creator, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT is easy to use and it saves me a lot of time and effort. It's quite personal and verbal, which makes it feel tailored to my needs. It helps me get ideas and do things I probably couldn't do on my own. The ability to track projects and analyze patterns in my behavior has been really helpful. I also appreciate how it provides context, enabling me to pose a question or request and receive spot-on responses without over-explaining. The feature of personalizing over time using my recent conversations and updating with new features is great. Additionally, the setup was amazingly easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

First of all, the price. It was worth it in the past for sure. But currently, it's not because there are other alternatives and great options on the same level or even above in some fields, which are hugely cheaper, more approachable, and some restrictive features which seem to be unnecessary or not very well implemented. If you don't have a paid subscription, it literally is unusable. You're not even aware of that if you're not an advanced AI user and especially if you didn't try out the subscription version, or other advanced AI tools. Its greatly limited context and abilities result in mostly hallucinated content and frustration.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is easy to use and saves me time and effort. It aids in cognition, idea generation, and project tracking. It personalizes interactions over time, understands context, and quickly provides outputs without needing over-explanation.

 ### 13. Revolutionizing Educational Engagement with Quick Responses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rocio D. | Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like how fast ChatGPT responds and how quickly it processes the information. It's amusing how it can handle different types of documents and read them in just a few seconds, saving us a lot of time. It helps us manage and synthesize information effectively, which is a huge benefit. The fact that it makes complex topics easier to understand and assists in creating engaging exercises for my students and team is impressive. Its accessibility is amazing too, considering even my mom, who's an elder, can use it easily, making it a helpful tool for everyone.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it lacks memory because if you don't tell it specifically to remember certain information, it just doesn't remember anything. Also, regardless of whether you have the pro, regular, or free version, it sometimes pulls wrong information from the net. This makes it occasionally unreliable as it might provide fake information. It's also kind of funny because when you ask if it's sure about its answers, it might admit it was wrong. It would be great if they could help the AI understand what's correct and what isn't to prevent these errors.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to create engaging exercises for students, explain difficult psychology topics, and synthesize information. It saves time on tedious tasks and helps organize my ideas, which is crucial since I have ADHD.

ChatGPT is incredibly adaptable and easy to work with. It understands context quickly, explains complex topics in simple terms, and helps turn rough ideas into clear, actionable output. Whether it’s problem-solving, writing, learning, or planning, it feels like a reliable thinking partner that’s always available and patient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

At times, responses can be a bit too verbose or overly cautious, and it occasionally needs follow-up prompts to get exactly the tone or depth I’m looking for. There are also moments where answers feel generic unless very specific context is provided.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps reduce the time and effort needed to think through problems, find information, and create well-structured responses. With good number of features like video generation, image generation, Deep research and AI Agent all are good. I have integrated Gmail, Calendar and other apps to it to make it more useful. I have implemented in my day to day work and as of now I guess I have used Customer support only once.

So far, I haven’t found anything bad, but I do wish it had a few features that would let it write code or make fixes directly in files.

 ### 27. A Helpful Assistant for Work and Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin V. | Technical Recruiter, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT gives fast and clear answers. I use it for writing, getting ideas, and understanding difficult topics. It helps me save time and makes my work easier. The best thing is that it explains things in simple words, so I can understand quickly

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes ChatGPT gives answers that are not fully correct or detailed enough. I also feel that for very specific questions, the response can be a bit general. Occasionally, I need to ask again to get a clearer answer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatgpt helps me solve problems like writing content, finding ideas, and understanding difficult topics. It saves me time because I don’t have to search many websites. ### 28. Fast, Capable, and a Huge Time-Saver for Logging and Code Refinement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that I can save logs both in memory and to a file, and keep different projects organized in folders. That makes it easy to refer back to past logs whenever I need them. I also appreciate how quickly it responds and the range of capabilities it offers - helping me find issues in my code, refine it, and even help me vibe code pages. Overall, it has saved me a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it can spout delusional responses and claim it hasn’t created something even when it clearly has. And when it gets something wrong, it still insists it’s right, or it becomes overly agreeable even after being told not to.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been helping me create landing pages even though I have little experience building coded pages. I usually rely on the dev team, but this has given me the ability and resources to do them myself. I’ve also reduced the time I spend writing email copy, since I can feed my drafts and ideas into AI and use it to help shape and refine them.

 ### 29. Significantly Improves Health Research, Teaching, and Content Creation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ishan S. | Manager and Dietician at Chaitanya Homoeo Clinic, Medical Store Owner, Content Creator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I am using ChatGpt Go, and it has become a very useful support tool in my daily professional work. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, create health education content, and also teach students online. ChatGpt is very easy to use and does not require any setup or technical effort, which makes it convenient to start working immediately.
One of the biggest advantages for me is quick research. When I need fast information related to diet plans, nutrition values, disease-related dietary guidance, or general health topics, ChatGPT gives clear and relevant answers in very little time. This is helpful during clinic hours when time is limited and I need quick clarity before explaining something to patients or preparing material.

For deep research, ChatGPT performs very well, especially when the topic is detailed or complicated. In deep research mode, it takes slightly more time, but the results are more structured, accurate, and easy to follow. I use this feature when working on complex health topics, disease management guidelines, or nutrition-related research. It helps me understand the topic better and prepares me to explain it confidently.

A strong point is how ChatGPT breaks complicated topics into stepb by step explanations. When a topic feels technical or confusing, it simplifies the information into clear points. This makes it much easier for me to convert complex medical or nutrition concepts into simple language for patients and students. This feature is especially useful during online teaching and lectures.

ChatGpt is also very helpful for script writing and content creation. I regularly use it to prepare scripts for health education videos, diet explanation videos, and awareness content. It helps organize ideas, improve flow, and maintain a professional yet simple tone. This saves a lot of time and makes the content more structured and easy to understand.

While preparing lectures and teaching material, ChatGpt helps me plan explanations, examples, and key points in a logical order. This improves the quality of my teaching and helps students understand health topics more clearly. It also helps me revise and improve existing content.
Another useful feature is how ChatGpt sometimes asks follow-up or clarification questions related to the topic. This helps refine the research and makes the final output more focused and polished. It feels like a guided research process rather than just one-time answers.
I use ChatGpt very frequently throughout the day for research, writing, explanation, and content planning. It supports many tasks in one place and fits smoothly into my workflow. It also works well alongside other tools I use for clinic management, teaching, and content creation.

Overall, ChatGPT Go helps me save time, handle complex topics more easily, and create clear, professional health-related content. It supports my clinic work, online teaching, and educational content creation in a practical and reliable way, making my daily work more organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I notice is that the Deep Research feature can take quite a long time. Even for simple or medium-level topics, it sometimes takes 3–4 minutes to respond. When I am working during clinic hours or preparing content quickly, this waiting time can feel a bit long. The results are usually good, but for basic queries, faster responses would be more practical.

Another limitation I experience is with image generation and image editing. When I ask ChatGpt to create an image or make specific changes to an existing image, the results are not always accurate. Sometimes the changes are not applied properly, or the output does not match the exact instructions. For professional content, this means I often need to rely on other tools for image work.

At times, the language tone can feel slightly artificial or robotic, especially in first drafts. For health education content or patient-related explanations, I usually need to edit and simplify the language to make it feel more natural and human. It improves with clear prompts, but it still needs some manual adjustment.

For medical and health-related topics, ChatGPT is helpful, but it cannot fully replace professional judgment. I always need to review and verify important details before using them for patients or teaching. Sometimes the answers are broad and need more specific context to match real clinical situations.
Another small issue is that when working on very long scripts or detailed documents, responses may get cut off or require multiple follow-up prompts to complete the task properly. This slightly slows down the workflow.
Also, while ChatGPT integrates well into general workflows, it does not directly connect with clinic management systems or teaching platforms. This means content still needs to be manually transferred or adjusted for final use.
Overall, these are not major problems, but they are practical limitations I notice in daily use. With some patience and manual refinement, ChatGpt still works very well for my clinic, teaching, and content creation needs.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me solve the problem of time and clarity in my daily work. As a Dietician and Nutritionist, homeopathy clinic manager, content creator, and online teacher, I regularly deal with health topics, diet plans, research, scripts, and explanations. Doing all of this manually takes a lot of time, especially when topics are complex.
ChatGPT helps by quickly organizing information and turning complex health or nutrition topics into simple explanations. This makes it easier for me to understand the subject myself and then explain it clearly to patients or students. It reduces the effort needed to research from multiple sources and saves time during busy clinic hours.
For content creation and script writing, ChatGPT solves the problem of starting from a blank page. It helps me structure scripts for health education videos, diet explanations, and awareness content in a clear flow. This makes my content more organized and professional, without spending too much time on drafting.

In online teaching, ChatGPT helps me prepare lecture points, examples, and explanations in advance. It allows me to break down complicated medical or nutrition topics into step-by-step points that students can understand easily. This improves teaching quality and reduces confusion during live sessions.
ChatGPT also helps with quick research and revision. When I need to check nutrition values, diet-related guidance, or general health information, it gives fast responses that help me move forward with my work. For deeper topics, it supports detailed research that I can review and refine.

Overall, ChatGPT helps me work faster, more clearly, and in a more organized way. It reduces repetitive work, supports better explanations, and improves productivity in my clinic work, teaching, and content creation. While it still needs human review, it is a strong support tool that makes my daily professional tasks easier and more efficient.

 ### 35. Essential Tool for a Digital Publisher: Saves Hours and Boosts Content Quality

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabrizio G. | Customer Service Manager & Copywriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As the founder of a digital publishing platform, I use ChatGPT daily to manage client communications, draft editorial content, create marketing copy, and streamline my publishing workflow. The ability to generate high-quality text quickly has reduced my writing time by at least 50%. I specifically rely on it to draft professional emails to authors and clients, write product descriptions for books, summarize manuscripts, and brainstorm content ideas for our platform. The GPT-4 model's accuracy and contextual understanding is exceptional — it grasps nuanced instructions even in Italian, which is critical for my work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main limitation I encounter in my publishing work is that ChatGPT's knowledge cutoff means it occasionally lacks awareness of recently published books, current market trends, or the latest regulatory changes in Italian tax law, which I need to monitor as a self-employed publisher. Additionally, when I ask for very long-form content like book synopses or detailed editorial reports, the output can become generic and needs significant manual editing to match the specific tone of my platform. It would also benefit from better native integration with tools like Google Docs or Notion for a smoother editorial workflow.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running a digital publishing platform called ScribaVerse as a sole entrepreneur, I face constant pressure to produce large volumes of written content with limited resources. ChatGPT has been a game-changer: it helps me draft and revise author agreements, write platform announcements, create social media posts for book launches, and respond to client inquiries through our support system. Before using ChatGPT, these tasks consumed 3-4 hours daily; now they take less than an hour. It has also helped me navigate complex Italian tax regulations by explaining VAT compliance rules for digital services, which saves me significant accounting consultation fees.

 ### 36. Quick, Responsive, but Sometimes Hallucinates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sohaib Azhar I. | Founder and CEO, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT is quick and responsive, and most of the time it's pretty accurate with its outputs. It helps me come up with ideas I wouldn't have thought of on my own and gives me a better perspective on my academic assignments and projects. I also appreciate its precision, as it answers correctly almost 80 to 90% of the time for my queries. The initial setup was quite easy as I was onboarded smoothly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

So sometimes, ChatGPT does hallucinate and it doesn't normally give me the answers I'm looking for. This normally happens when I ask it a task that's too complex. For example, in my academics, if I am working on a mathematics problem like calculus, it would simply hallucinate or point me in the wrong direction.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for getting software development ideas, fixing code errors, and assisting with assignments and projects.

ChatGPT gives me quick information, assists in brainstorming, and helps process my thoughts and ideas throughout the day, both personally and professionally. It's like a quick place to ask questions, providing nuanced answers for specific needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mindy S. | Account manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that I can talk to ChatGPT like a normal person, and it'll understand what I'm saying, even if I'm not asking something in a really specific way. It guides me through the conversation, which is nice because I don't have to think of the exact search terms like I would if I were using Google. Also, the integration with work tools, where ChatGPT reads our OneDrive files, Teams conversation, and even Outlook emails to provide answers based on internal data, is pretty mind-blowing. And on my end, the setup was super easy since all I had to do was log in and everything was already integrated into my work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I can't think of anything that's really bad, but for visual generation, sometimes when I give specific instructions, it doesn't really get exactly what I want. I'll ask it to make a change in a visual image, and it won't really change it. But whatever. It's okay.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

In the past, it has been slow at creating images. I have had occassional issue with it not remembering data that I previously told it (like that my business is in Kansas or my son's name, etc..

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am heavily involved in operations and marketing for two very different business and ChatGPT helps me improve and expand on various systems and marketing materials for each business efficiently.

 ### 50. The Ultimate Productivity Multiplier for Modern Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best is its ability to act as a versatile drafting assistant. In my daily work, I use it to refine complex emails and internal announcements. It helps me adjust the tone to be more professional or empathetic depending on the situation, which saves me a lot of time on communication.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main drawback is the risk of hallucinations or inaccurate information. Since it sometimes provides facts that sound confident but are actually incorrect, I cannot fully trust its output without thorough fact-checking. This adds an extra step to my workflow to ensure everything is 100% accurate before sharing it with my team.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves the problem of workflow bottlenecks, particularly during the initial creative phase. It acts as an efficient drafting partner that helps me overcome writer's block by providing instant outlines and ideas. Additionally, it streamlines repetitive administrative tasks like summarizing meeting notes or refining email tones. This benefits me by significantly reducing my 'time-to-completion' for daily tasks, allowing me to focus more on high-level strategic decision-making and creative problem-solving.
