## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Versatile Assistant that Elevates Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love using ChatGPT for research and various unique tasks like drafting, graphic design tips, and book insights. It saves me a lot of time that I would normally spend manually researching, organizing, and presenting information. What I like most is its competence and adaptability; it feels like having a real physical assistant next to me. Over time, as I interact more with ChatGPT, it understands me better and starts giving more personal recommendations tailored to me as a unique individual. Initial setup was extremely simple, just like texting another person. Among other tools I've experimented with, ChatGPT has been the most stable for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes, about once in 40 to 50 attempts, ChatGPT tends to hallucinate with the answers, especially when the chat has become very long. The answers it gives can be highly unrelated to the question.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT cuts down on time I spend manually researching and organizing information, eliminating a lot of manual labor. It allows me to focus on more important tasks.

 ### 2. Smart AI That Saves Time Across Every Task

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu C. | security researcher, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The UI is clean and zero-friction — open, type, done. No setup overhead. The API integration is also genuinely straightforward; plugging it into custom scripts or internal tooling takes maybe 20 minutes, and the plugin ecosystem fills most gaps. For AI capability, it handles multi-step reasoning well enough that I use it for security research tasks — explaining CVEs, drafting threat models, iterating on payloads — without needing to switch tools mid-workflow.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Context window handling is opaque — it silently drops earlier conversation without any indicator, which breaks long sessions. Performance degrades noticeably under load, and the free tier rate limits hit at the worst times. On the AI side, hallucination is a consistent problem: wrong API signatures, outdated syntax, fabricated citations — all delivered confidently. There's also essentially no onboarding for power users; things like custom instructions or system prompt behavior aren't surfaced anywhere in the UI, you just have to already know they exist.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cuts 1–2 hours of daily context-switching — quick lookups, boilerplate, first-pass debugging all happen in one place now instead of bouncing between docs, Stack Overflow, and editor. For pricing/ROI, the Plus subscription math is straightforward: if you're using it actively, the cost-per-hour-saved justifies it within the first week. It's essentially replaced most of the "let me Google this" moments with something that gives a synthesized, actionable answer immediately.

 ### 3. Excellent for Summaries, Ideas, and Image Generation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shivamm S. | Senior Software Engineer 1 (AI Engineer), CTO - AI Labs, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is how practical it is in daily work and learning. The image generation feature is honestly impressive - it creates really creative and detailed results from simple prompts. I also use it a lot for summarizing notes and long documents, which saves a huge amount of time and helps me stay organized. It feels less like a tool and more like a smart assistant that genuinely improves productivity.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes responses can still be inaccurate for highly technical or recent topics, so I usually verify important information before using it in production work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT reduces the time spent on repetitive tasks like documentation, research, drafting emails, and summarizing long conversations or documents. It helps improve productivity by giving faster access to information and helping structure ideas more efficiently.

 ### 4. Minimal UI, Brilliant Task Organization, and an Awesome ChatGPT Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratyush D. | Campus Ambassador, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

With its minimal, simple UI, it offers an awesome user experience. The way tasks are organised is brilliant, and it’s easy to keep things in order. I can pin any important chat for future use and reference whenever I need it. From debugging code to talking about daily life hacks, ChatGPT is the best tool in today’s date!!

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It sometimes gets stuck in the wrong loop while I’m debugging code. As a developer, I’ve run into this more than once.

Also, there’s an image limit: only 20 images can be attached in a single prompt. In complex projects, I often need to upload screenshots across multiple prompts while debugging or when I’m trying to give GPT enough context about my project.

When I’m editing a document using natural-language prompts, line spacing and spelling mistakes can also become a major issue at times.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a developer’s point of view, it eliminates the need to constantly dig through extensive documentation when working with various new technologies, thanks to its explanation and code-generation capabilities.

It also addresses the time-consuming process of manually debugging errors that a developer encounters while building a particular project.

 ### 5. Fast, accurate response and simple setup won the heart

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** abhinay S. | Customer Support, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like about ChatGPT is that, compared to other AI tools, it provides concise and neat answers in a large volume and responds directly to the point. Its accuracy also impresses me. The suggestions it provides are very brief, and whenever I upload a question, I get to see the answer immediately. Additionally, its setup is very easy. Installation and signup take very little time, and its interface is quite simple, making the setup process very easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I have encountered some issues with certain aspects of Chat GPT. For instance, in image editing, Chat GPT is not as proficient as it is in JaiwinAI. If we upload a photo and give instructions, Chat GPT needs improvement in that regard. Additionally, it takes time for GPT to read some heavy documents. Another issue is that it remembers previously given instructions, whereas it should work on new instructions each time and disregard the old ones.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find great help from ChatGPT in transcription, understanding the order of words in PDF files, understanding difficult formulas in Excel, and data management. Additionally, it continuously assists me in writing good emails and during calls.

 ### 6. Fast-Moving, User-Friendly, and Great Value for Time Savings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Translation and Localization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Very happy and amazed at the speed as which it's been developing. It's getting much smarter. It almost reads my mind. It seems to know what I’m going to need before I even realize I’ll need answers to those questions. The interface is very user friendly, easy to navigate. I haven't used any integrations yet. I definitely feel like i'm getting my money's worth and the price is fair for what you get, considering time savings.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It definitely needs a human mind to "proofread" the text. Chatgpt often tries to interpret things but still missing that big picture. Sometimes it follows commands too literally. So even though it does save time, you can't just rely on it do to all the work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used to have to browse and read a ton of reference material before finishing my work. Now it's all in one. I can have ChatGPT pull it all for me at once. Huge time-saver

 ### 7. Efficient Troubleshooting with Swift Resolutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert B. | Lead Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT day to day for troubleshooting problems I encounter, interpreting error codes, and quickly reading logs. ChatGPT allows me to quickly find answers to questions without having to trawl forums like we used to. It finds key errors in large event logs quickly and usually accurately, helping me pinpoint failures and security events. I like how it gives a quick response to most questions, which is usually accurate or provides guidance towards a resolution. I also appreciate that it can read images and extrapolate text from them, which helps avoid typing things manually. The initial setup was really easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I often find ChatGPT to be very sure of itself and can provide suggestions that sometimes border on dangerous. Without proper knowledge, blindly carrying out its suggestions can lead to catastrophic problems.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for troubleshooting problems, interpreting error codes, and reading logs. It helps me find answers quickly, pinpoint failures in logs, and extrapolate text from images to avoid manual typing.

 ### 8. Huge Time-Saver for Summaries and Drafting, but Sometimes Confidently Wrong

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liridon S. | Software Developer, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It helps me get quick answers to questions that would normally require a lot of digging through search results. Instead of opening ten tabs and skimming a bunch of articles, I can just ask directly and get a clear, easy-to-follow summary. I also use it to draft emails and messages when I’m stuck on how to phrase something, and it saves me a lot of time second-guessing and going back and forth in my head. Every now and then, I’ll use it to brainstorm ideas for work projects or to break down a complex topic I’m trying to learn. It’s not perfect, and I still double-check anything important, but for everyday tasks it cuts out a lot of the tedious legwork.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it gives answers that sound really confident but are just… wrong. If you don’t already know the topic well enough to catch that, you might not even think to question it, and that’s probably my biggest issue with it. It can also get a bit repetitive, like it has certain phrases and patterns it falls back on, and after a while you start to notice them. And every now and then, when you ask something specific, it responds with a long, generic explanation that doesn’t actually address what you asked. Then you end up rephrasing the same question two or three times just to get what you actually need.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly, it saves me time on things that aren’t difficult, just tedious. For example, writing a professional email when I already know what I want to say but can’t quite land the right tone, or summarizing something long when I don’t have time to read it all. Before, I’d spend way too long on tasks like that. Now I can get a solid starting point and then tweak it from there.

It also helps when I’m learning something new. Instead of watching a 20-minute video or reading an entire article, I can ask the specific thing I’m confused about and get a straightforward answer. It’s not replacing anything major in my life, but it does make a lot of small, everyday tasks less annoying.

 ### 9. Quick and Useful for Problem Solving

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel Z. | Desarrollador de Software, Computer Software, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that ChatGPT is very fast at generating responses, which makes it very easy to use. Additionally, it is a useful tool at work, as it supports me in situations with problems that I cannot solve, and its speed allows me to save time and be more productive. I also appreciate its simple initial setup, as I only had to log into my account and provide some identification and age information to use it. I use normal and deep thinking, and occasionally I use the live chat to talk, which I find useful.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I feel that the memory is very limited because if I use a chat very frequently and it extends a lot, it becomes slow. Have more memory so that the chats are more fluid when they are more extensive.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to solve problems at work and home, providing me with immediate solutions. It is quick at generating responses, saving me time and increasing my productivity.

 ### 10. Beginner-Friendly, Clear Explanations That Keep Me Coming Back Daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham Kumar G. | Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The thing I like most is how easy and understandable its explanations are. I really appreciate its “not giving up” approach, and I use ChatGPT daily—pretty much every single day. I also like the UI and the way it answers any question. It’s very, very beginner-friendly. On top of that, I like that it’s available for non-subscription users too, and that it gives enough limits for free users as well.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There’s actually nothing I dislike about ChatGPT, but one thing I do find annoying is that sometimes it repeats the same mistake again and again, even when you point it out. It will just give the same solution repeatedly, which is really annoying and distracting. Sometimes, when I get stuck solving a DSA problem, I share my code with ChatGPT to refine it and fix the issues, but instead of fixing it, it ends up giving me the same code back.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, it solves almost every day-to-day problem—from general questions to high-level DSA problem-solving—and it helps me with everything. As an engineering student, in simple words, I’d say that ChatGPT works as the backbone of my coding. It has helped me like a coding buddy. I have its GO subscription, which gives me a good chat limit and many premium features at an affordable price.

 ### 11. A powerful drafting assistant for overcoming the 'blank page' syndrome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roger G. | Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like best about ChatGPT is its incredible ability to act as a high-level brainstorming partner and linguistic editor. In my work as a writer and proofreared, it is an invaluable tool for exploring different nuances in tone or quickly generating alternative phrasing for complex marketing copy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

My biggest concern is the persistence of 'hallucinations'; the tool still struggles to admit when it doesn't know an answer, which forces me to double-check every fact and citation to maintain professional standards. Additionally, for a Spanish-speaking editor, it’s frustrating that it often mixes different regional variants of the language in a single text.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is exceptionally effective at generating the first version of a text, providing a solid foundation that helps me overcome the blank page syndrome. In addition, it gives a significant increase in productivity; tasks that used to take hours, like repurposing a long article into several social media posts or brainstorming subject lines for an email campaign, now take minutes with the help of ChatGPT. It basically gives me back several hours a week, allowing me to handle more clients without sacrificing the quality or the 'human touch' that my work is known for.

 ### 12. Effortless Setup, Enjoyable Voice Conversations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how much it's improved, and I really like the voice reading aloud. It's valuable because I don't have to read the screen. I like listening to it while I'm doing other things. The conversation element is very enjoyable. It helps me analyze large blocks of text that I don't want to read through when I just want a summary, and it helps with brainstorming and collecting my thoughts into more organized ideas. The setup was extremely easy, just creating an account.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

{"The responses are often too long for conversation and I have to go back and reread parts of a response. I wish the responses were sometimes shorter to have, like, a conversation style.","The button next to thumbs up or thumbs down is for reading aloud, and it's really annoying — you accidentally hit thumbs down when you're trying to hit thumbs up or read aloud."}

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to analyze large blocks of text I don't want to read through and just get a summary. It helps me with brainstorming and collecting my thoughts into more organized ideas.

 ### 13. Content Creation Made Effortless and Cost-Free

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib B. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT to write content for my blog and scripts for my YouTube and TikTok videos. It helps me boost my rough draft into perfectly written articles, so I don't have to pay for QAs anymore, and I get great final scripts for my videos. It literally helps me with tasks that Claude and other AI couldn't handle. I used to pay $50 to write articles for the products I promote as an affiliate, and now with ChatGPT, I can get them written for free. The initial setup of ChatGPT was a piece of cake.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes if I don't provide ChatGPT with actual research, it can come up with content that doesn't make any sense. This happens when I only provide it with the website URL of the product and ask it to write a review about it, but it happens very rarely.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT boosts my rough drafts into perfectly written articles, eliminating the need for QAs and saving me $50 per article by writing affiliate product reviews for free. It provides great final scripts for my YouTube and TikTok videos.

 ### 14. Boosts Creativity and Streamlines Thumbnail Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine S. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the accessibility of ChatGPT. I can use it on my mobile device and I can use it on the web. I like all the features it pulls in with previous history, so it can start learning the way I work. It brings in great elements and takes previous information to create thumbnails that get attention. As an Amazon influencer on YouTube, I created a thumbnail that has been getting a lot of attention that ChatGPT created and helped me curate. It helps me by understanding the way I work, so it creates thumbnails for my taste. It helps my workflow because it cuts down on me having to create these thumbnails from scratch, which is pretty time consuming. My workflow has really improved. I use it for everything from writing emails to designing websites, for a myriad of reasons, and it's pretty integrated into a lot of software, even banking. It requires minimum setup and integrates well with all the tools we've already used. Most tools are building it in where you can choose your own ChatGPT AI, so it was very seamless, and with the web base there's no setup. Other than the cost of higher services, it's pretty good.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

{"I think what could be improved with ChatGPT is that you have to pay for the higher services.","I wish it was more cost effective. Other than that, it's pretty good."}

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for thumbnails. It brings in creativity and great elements, and uses previous information to create thumbnails that get attention. It understands the way I work and makes thumbnails for my taste, which cuts down on creating them from scratch, so my workflow has really improved.

 ### 15. Easy, Versatile AI with Great Output—Just Needs a Careful Double-Check

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helder G. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like about ChatGPT is that it’s extremely easy to use, and it’s very helpful and versatile. You can use it to brainstorm ideas or create content.

The performance and the quality of the content it generates are really good, which makes it one of the best AI tools around.

You can also integrate it with your Google Drive to have an even better experience.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It can make mistakes. To use ChatGPT effectively, you need at least some idea of what you’re doing, because it still isn’t perfect and tends to make small errors. For that reason, you need some background knowledge to double-check that the content it produces is accurate and maintains good quality.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT has helped me solve all the issues I had with content creation. With it, I can generate a bunch of ideas and then develop each one, so I never run out of content to create. It has also helped me speed up my work pace, allowing me to get more done in the same amount of time.

 ### 16. My Go-To Chatbot: Easy Navigation, Clear Explanations, and Hassle-Free Login

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeevan Kishore Babu V. | Student Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is my all-around chatbot for everything. I really like the way it explains things to me, and the navigation around the app is so easy, we have different plugins which allow us to find our niche search, overall performance is good but, it lacks training on specific fields. I find it much friendly, and easy to access AI among all others, when it comes to pricing, i use free tier of ChatGPT, it hurts me when it limits me to chat. But hassle-free login is the thing I like.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As I have said, ChatGPT is good for simple conversations, but it lacks the knowledge on niche topics like a subject for example perturbation theory in quantum mechanics.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT help me revise all topics, not in depth but just like snorkeling just before my examinations.

 ### 17. A Tech Guru for Developers That Boosts Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nisha R. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

As a software developer, it helps me by providing answers to my questions as a real Tech Guru. It had helped me to be an expert in any topic by answering questions and helping me implement code. It has increased my efficiency and reduced the time taken to complete any task.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Since I am using the free version I dislike the fact about the limited number of lines it can read and the limited screenshots its can scan.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a efficient, speedy, up to the point answers. To me it provides answers to most of the questions I ask along with explanation. It is like a Teacher to me.

 ### 18. Fast, Versatile, but Limited by Image Constraints

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan D. | Digital Marketing Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for everything. It generates images for my birthday sign business, creating coloring page style outlines, and I also use it for work-related tasks like refining emails, doing presentations, and preparing assignments for students. I really appreciate the spellcheck and better writing it provides, plus it saves me a ton of time on outlining shapes and generating images. I like how fast it is and its ease of use. The initial setup was super easy too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I hate the image generation limits with the pro account. I also sometimes hate how new chats are influenced by old things I've told it because it will think I'm talking about one of my classes when I'm actually talking about another.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for spellcheck, better writing, and it saves me time on outlining shapes and generating images for my business.

 ### 19. Intuitive, Powerful AI That Boosts Performance and Learning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Auxiliadora S. | Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is very helpful for performance. Its AI intelligence can handle everything from simple tasks to more complex ones based on the prompts I give, and it creates a user experience that also helps me learn as I use it. It’s very intuitive, and it integrates well with other platforms. I use the free version, but the pricing of the paid version feels like a good investment when I consider other offers in the market.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I pretty much love everything about it, but in the free version I’d really like to be able to request more visuals without a strict number constraint or other limits.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For work, or even for personal questions about very specific nuances, it provides clear, easy-to-understand information. It’s a powerful and useful tool that helps with everyday tasks.

 ### 20. Fast, Feature-Rich ChatGPT with Powerful Codex for Intricate Coding

**Reviewed by:** Piyush R. | Software Development Engineer-1, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Chatgpt comes with all round capabilities and tools like web scraping and huge token limit for models. The interactive UI, also provides options to choose from while responses are generated. The response time is super fast and pricing is challenging to the competitors like claude. The latest chatgpt codex model, helps me solve, very intricate coding problems at ease.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Compared to other competitors, ChatGPT takes more steps to understand the problem statement.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chatgpt is the best in class AI tool that is adapted by almost every individual on this plannet. With the all round knowledge, chatgpt is always there for the rescue, by answering any question that is being asked. Also, the way the guard rails perform. It will never let anyone misuse the behavior of the models

 ### 21. Great AI Assistant for Design and UI Translation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourav s. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is amazing for my design projects. It helps me translate Hindi UI elements into clear English labels very quickly. I also love how it gives me multiple creative ideas and taglines for banners in just one single prompt, which saves me a lot of brainstorming time

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes when the chat gets too long, it forgets the previous context of the project. Also, since I use the free tier, it would be much better if it could directly generate visual wireframes or mockups along with the text ideas

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves my creative blocks when I need to brainstorm ideas or taglines for my application banners. Instead of wasting hours on translation and thinking of marketing concepts separately, it solves both issues in seconds, making my overall work speed much faster

Signing up for ChatGPT account was easy. The artificial intelligence model options that it provides are good enough for regular use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

If I specifically ask about something is to be ignored or gave directions on not to do. Like provide only some information or so, it forgets after 2 turns. Also it keeps on apologizing and saying it will remember and ensure it does correct next time but then again repeats the issue.

ChatGPT has genuinely made my professional work better, faster, and far more streamlined. I can ask practically any question, and even on a modest Plus subscription it provides plenty of usage. It’s been especially helpful for code reviews, bug detection, ideation, and journalling, among many other things. The UI/UX is incredibly simple and often saves me hours of doing manual research.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Usage limits on Plus can feel a bit restrictive, and the removal of ChatGPT’s 4o model came across as a downgrade for many users, myself included. The company also makes some questionable moral decisions, but the product itself is still largely well integrated and easy to use on a daily basis.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve coding problems, write C# boilerplate and editor code faster, spot bugs, and brainstorm ideas. It feels like having a personal assistant and a junior programmer rolled into one.

Sometimes, ChatGPT tends to go by a particular approach in some problems, and I feel sometimes hard to get it along my approach.

 ### 26. Essential AI Assistant for Development and Product Workflows

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kunal S. | Product Operations Associate, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT daily while building and managing LocalConnect, especially for development, debugging, and content creation. It helps me quickly generate code snippets, fix errors, and understand concepts without spending hours searching documentation.

I also use it for writing product content, structuring ideas, and improving workflows. The biggest advantage is how fast it responds with clear and practical solutions, which saves a lot of time during development and operations.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes responses may not be perfectly accurate for very specific or complex edge cases, especially in advanced coding scenarios, so I still need to verify and test solutions manually.

Also, for highly context-heavy tasks, it may require multiple prompts to get the exact result, but overall it still speeds up the process significantly.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using ChatGPT, solving coding issues or writing structured content required a lot of manual searching and trial-and-error. Now, I can quickly get solutions, explanations, and working code suggestions in one place.

It helps me reduce debugging time, speed up development, and manage both technical and operational tasks efficiently while working on LocalConnect. This improves productivity and allows me to focus more on building features instead of getting stuck on problems.

 ### 27. Incredibly Useful for Time-Saving Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack I. | Managing Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT every day, without fail for one purpose or another. I would say it has replaced my general web searching as the information that is returned is far superior to that you get in traditional search engines. I find ChatGPT incredibly easy and quick to use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

For the paid plans, I still think the price is a bit steep. For the average daily user to gain the extra benefits, the cost is a turn off still. Sometimes, chatGPT can get things wrong, but this is more down to the models rather than the general service.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is a precious commodity, ChatGPT saves me no end of time for quick tasks, such as extracting emails from a clunky list with additional data I don't need, mundane tasks become a breeze, meaning my time is better focused elsewhere.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina D. | Quality Insights Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The intuitive responses make the program not only fun to use, but also comfortable, since the ease of understanding can be customized.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it gives back too much information during the response phase of an interaction. I’ll use it to double-check the flow of my feedback, and it will often explain why it works in four points, how to improve in four points, and what going forward will look like. While I appreciate that level of forethought, it can be overwhelming at times.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to keep feedback fresh for end-of-month reporting to call center leadership. It’s helped me maintain a consistent tone in the feedback without repeating the same wording verbatim. As a result, I’ve been able to free up mental bandwidth and focus more on long-term impacts through business analytics, rather than spending so much time on quality grading.

 ### 29. My Go-To AI Assistant for DevelopmentFast, Practical Help for Debugging, Brainstorming, and Learning

I use it for debugging, brainstorming features, generating content, and learning new technologies. It saves significant time compared to searching through multiple sources and often provides useful explanations with practical examples.

ChatGPT helps me solve coding, research, and content creation challenges much faster. Instead of spending hours searching for solutions, I can get guidance, debug code, brainstorm ideas, and learn new technologies in minutes, which significantly improves my productivity.

 ### 30. Generous free prompts, but unreliable memory and frequent hallucinations

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's nice that you get a lot of prompts with the free version. Compared to Claude and Grok which run out before ChatGPT.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What is a big issue is that ChatGPT can't keep track of things that we've already done when working on an issue, and also hallucinates about settings, functions, or code that don't align with previously provided information, such as code type, OS version, software used, etc.
It also can't ignore things that you tell it to ignore, not instead starts to fixate on those items as if the directive to ignore works the opposite.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used AI to setup linux servers and PowerShell commands as well as discuss and impliment SQL High Availability clusters. No matter how well the conversation is going, I always have to switch to a different AI to cover the gaps or circular focus the ChatGPT has.

 ### 31. Efficient Email Writing with Customizable Tones

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randilyn W. | FDIC, Funeral Director/Embalmer, Individual & Family Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT mostly for writing emails. It helps me get my thoughts written quickly and professionally without me taking a lot of time. I particularly like the re-write feature, which allows me to change the email's tone to be more professional, kinder, or strong as needed. This is important because I need different emails to sound different depending on who I am emailing and about what. The initial setup was easy.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I wish ChatGPT could do more for free before upgrading. It will only re-write or do so many edits a day before needing to upgrade.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me get my thoughts written quickly and professionally, saving time. It rewrites emails in different tones, like more professional, kinder, or strong, depending on who I'm emailing and about what.

I mostly use it to turn my day to day complex situations into clear, polished, professional communication quickly.

I also like that it helps me sound smart and diplomatic, while keeping me updated on worldly situations in a practical way.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT can sometimes come across as overly confident even when it’s wrong, especially on complex or fact-heavy topics. Another common frustration for me is that some replies feel too generic, repetitive, or “corporate,” rather than direct, clear, and genuinely human.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to turn complex payroll, compliance, HR, and employee/client communication issues into clear, professional, and legally safe responses quickly.

This saves me significant time, cuts down on back-and-forth and confusion with stakeholders, and helps me manage sensitive global HR operations more confidently and efficiently.

 ### 33. Easy to Use with Great Templates and Strong Analysis Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed E. | Health Safety Environment Supervisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Ease of use, adding external elements, analyzing objects and files, writing promos according to each program type, and much more.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it gets lost or I have to close the chat. I haven't tried the paid version, but I've tried paid versions of it on other programs, and honestly, its templates are very good.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes a small problem arises in my work as a safety officer: the need to add an instructional sign. How do we design it? We have Chinese workers in the factory, and we need it to be in Chinese. That's where Chat comes in and solves the problem by writing the text in both Arabic and Chinese. Also, the Prompt, which includes both languages, is suitable for the Nano Banana model and solves many work problems quickly without any help.

 ### 34. Helps Me Work Faster and Think More Clearly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** A.K.M Mahmudul I. | Assistant Vice President , Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

What I like most about ChatGPT is how quickly it helps me get unstuck. Whether I’m trying to draft something, simplify a complex topic, or pull scattered ideas into a clearer structure, it gives me a solid starting point within seconds. The biggest upside for me is the combination of speed, flexibility, and usefulness across many different kinds of work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

What I dislike most about ChatGPT is how much the quality can depend on the prompt. At times, the first response comes across as too generic or a bit overly confident, which means I have to rework or narrow my question to get the depth and precision I’m looking for. Overall, it’s a very strong thinking and writing assistant, but it still requires human judgment—especially when the work is nuanced or high-stakes.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me turn messy input into usable output. I use it to simplify complex topics, draft content more quickly, and pressure-test ideas before I share them. The main benefit is that I can work more efficiently, cut down on manual effort, and spend more time on judgment and decision-making instead of getting stuck on first drafts or basic research.

Maybe I would say the capacity of create documents, sheets or even more deep coding i mean the possibility to have a better coding development.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems to automate all the processes in my life such work and business and even daily routines, but what i like most is the fact to automate my repetitive tasks in work and businesses and automate basically with the APIs and connections, with one time developing the work flow i just can to automate "my professional life" let's say it this way.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishal D. | Quality Assurance Specialist, Gambling & Casinos, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's very easy to use, and I'm always impressed by how quickly and efficiently it provides answers. It feels like having a buddy right there with you.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Honestly? The main thing that bugs me is when it gives me an answer with a lot of confidence, but it turns out to be wrong or a little out of date. I've learned that I still have to fact-check anything important. It also struggles with really niche topics or anything that's happened in the last few months. And every now and then, the safety filters feel a little too restrictive and prevent me from getting the exact response I'm looking for."

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it's a huge time-saver. It's like having a second brain or an buddy that's available 24/7/365. **What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Readily available and allowing smaller models at zero cost .. Unlikely the models existing charges a lot for even using there older models

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It is multimodal but in GPT 5 we don’t find the api endpoint that allows us to pass the audio or video and the limitation that relates to multimodality is big concern for me..

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves a major problem that is allowing users to ask any questions and you don’t need google .. It helps us in coding solving our issues bugs and helping us prepare the design documents that help us in saving a lot of time and helping us to achieve our goals very fast.. what used to take us 10 days it’s matter of 1 day now .

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that it’s widely adopted, so there are tons of templates available. I also like that I can pay for API usage instead of a full plan, which makes it cheaper and means I only pay for what I need. On top of that, I like that it works with Raycast.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The wow effect is gone. What once felt unique to ChatGPT is now something other tools can do too, and in some cases do even better. I switched to Claude because it gives better answers, stronger research, and more concise, structured responses. Overall, it fits what I ask for more precisely.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I set a keyboard shortcut, Command-A, that opens an AI prompt and talks to ChatGPT using my API key. I use it a lot for work, especially since I code mostly in JavaScript and Python.

 ### 41. Effective Academic Aid with Room for Reliability Improvements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manupriya S. | Judicial Internship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I appreciate that ChatGPT helps me with everything under the sun, especially decoding academics. It really helps me understand concepts better and get relevant information related to a topic I upload. What I like most is how it simplifies things really easily for me, especially as a law student. It knows the exact topic I'm looking for and accesses the right websites to deliver the results. When it gives me access to where it got the content from, I can easily visit it and deeply understand the same. The initial setup was very easy, and it guides you well.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

When ChatGPT doesn't have an answer, it makes up those answers, which is problematic when you have urgent tasks. I find it hard to rely on it. Also, it sometimes misinterprets information. I wish it would provide clearer and correct answers consistently, maybe by uniformly stating where the content is sourced from.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to understand concepts better and get information related to a topic. It simplifies things easily for me as a law student and accurately finds the right websites to deliver the results.

 ### 42. Quick for basic writing, but often wrong and raises privacy and pricing concerns

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth J. | Senior Lecturer of Biology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like that the AI gives quick results that are appropriate for the most basic writing tasks. If I have a form letter or basic email that I need to send, it tends to do okay with that, though the results are a bit dry. It's easy to get started on and the UI is intuitive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's complete trash. I can't imagine using it on a daily basis for anything that requires thought or intelligence. The responses it gives are often wrong, inappropriate or just plain stupid. I'm also concerned about privacy, long--term pricing, and the enivornmental impact of AI.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps write very basic emails and responses to administrative paperwork. I think it would make a good replacement for most of our upper administration.

 ### 43. A Great Starting Point for Refining Ideas Across Many Topics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie W. | Content & Communication Manager, Insurance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It’s a very good starting point for refining and fleshing out ideas, and for pooling resources across a wide variety of topics. It also integrates easily with existing business systems. The product is straightforward to navigate and simple to use.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It tends to tell me my ideas are good, even when they aren’t necessarily, so I have to remind it to give more unbiased opinions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content creation and campaign planning used to be far more reactive for us. We consistently struggled to generate fresh marketing ideas, write large volumes of copy quickly, and turn campaigns around fast enough to keep pace with seasonal trends. While we only use ChatGPT as a kicking-off point, it has helped us come up with more varied, engaging ideas and get moving faster.

 ### 44. Reliable and Efficient, Yet Needs More Customization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

It's definitely a productivity booster, saving a lot of time when writing code or conducting research. I think it's one of the best free AI tools available. The quality of answers I receive from ChatGPT is really good, and it's excellent at providing emotional responses for emails and other tasks. It's also a great tool for conducting architectural-level research work for my projects. I find the setup very easy, it's just a simple login to use it. Additionally, using ChatGPT with Visual Studio Code is just as straightforward.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Well, I think ChatGPT does not allow us to choose and plug and play with what models we want to choose, and we cannot adjust the amount of tokens that can be used in the request to make it more optimal, which is available in some other competitors. And I feel that it hallucinates a lot sometimes.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT solves productivity problems for me. It saves a lot of time on writing code and conducting research.

 ### 45. Intuitive and Quick Document Making and Formatting

I like how it gives me the content I want in exact document format when needed and according to industry standards. Makes my research time less and helps me document my work easier and faster!

Sometimes it lags in middle of an answer, leaving it halfway, which then I need to close my browser and restart it again for it to work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to document my processes in a specific manner which sometimes I don't know how to without proper research, and ChatGPT refines my prompt and makes it in a propper, usable format with many less iterations.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It has not proven to help a lot in automations and workflows like claude. Rest, all is good for deep research work.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it has a lot of data of human usage and curates answers basis given facts that has also helped me in research work and solving my problems whenver i ask for good enough sample size

 ### 48. Great tool for developing boilerplate code and debugging quickly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krupa P. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The best thing about this thing is really the amount of time it saves me while writing boilerplate code. I’m a Software Engineer. In the past, I would Google and StackOverflow for an hour to set up a new React component or create a complex SQL query. So now I just tell ChatGPT what I want and it provides me the basic structure in 10 seconds.

It’s also quite good at explaining legacy code. I’m working on some old project with no documentation, I just copy-paste the problematic functions into ChatGTP and ask it to explain line-by-line. It makes it very straightforward and easy to understand other people’s code.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The main problem is that occasionally it delivers deprecated or old code. It is not always aware of the latest package or API updates. For example if I ask for some code in React 18 or the newest version of Next.js it will sometimes offer me syntax from older versions which produces issues.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is mostly fixing the problem of developer block and slow debugging. If I have a very unusual console problem, instead than searching through pages and pages of forum topics, I just put the error into ChatGPT. It shows me 3 or 4 possible reasons and how to fix them and 90% of the time one of those answers works.

It’s saving me 2 hours a day at least. This has enhanced my coding speed and I am able to finish my sprints on time and without late night work.

 ### 49. Versatile All-in-One Assistant for Ideas, Writing, Coding, and More

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil B. | IT Support, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

If I were to point to one of ChatGPTs most useful qualities it's its versatility it can help with a wide range of tasks in the same conversation and explaining concepts, brainstorming ideas and writing drafts and solving problems, analyzing information and coding and tutoring and morewhile adapting to different levels of expertise and goals.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It can be wrong while sounding confident Sometimes it generates inaccurate information or incorrect reasoning, especially in specialized or obscure topics.
Knowledge can be incomplete Even when using current web information it may miss context, nuance or important details.

 ### 50. A Game-Changer for Founders and Builders

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepesh M. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is incredibly versatile — it helps with brainstorming, content drafting, and quick research. As someone building a product, it saves hours every week and makes it easy to move fast on ideas. The conversational interface feels natural and the quality of responses is consistently impressive.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Occasionally it hallucinates facts which means you have to double-check important outputs. The responses can also be overly verbose at times. A more persistent memory across sessions and better accuracy on niche topics would make it even more powerful for professional use.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a founder, I used to spend a lot of time on content creation, research, and drafting communications. ChatGPT has significantly cut down that time, letting me focus on higher-level decisions. It helps me quickly prototype ideas, write product copy, and get unstuck when brainstorming — easily saving 5–10 hours a week.
