We can use a very wide variety of AIs together, which allows us to get the best out of each one. In addition to this, we have integrations that allow us, for example, to create an automation to search for files in a folder on Google Drive. Endless possibilities. **What do you dislike about TESS AI?** Truly, nothing. I would like to have more financial resources to hire Tess's team to help us create the agents we need with all the integrations the tool enables. **What problems is TESS AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Today we are creating reports for client presentations, optimizing routines in our finance department, and editing images of properties (empty spaces in furnished environments). I found it very easy to learn how to use the tools and create my own agents, which are highly customized. The possibility of multi-model and multi-agent agents is incredible. I particularly like the support/service and the possibilities for advanced customization in an intuitive way. The integrations with external systems and the automation connected to the agents or multi-agents are very useful. They help with the feedback of the knowledge base via drive and in email management. The possibility of using several different models in the same agent is something unique. The credits are quite affordable and it's worth recommending. The agents' part works very well, and TESS's own chat helps with the prompt. I find the RAG and memory part interesting, differentiating by agent. I've never found the same ease that TESS offers. The initial setup process was super easy and intuitive. **What do you dislike about TESS AI?** I would like to have workflows with flows with other platforms. I think the credit consumption statement part could be improved. There could be a place where consumption by use in the chat, or API is clearer. **What problems is TESS AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use TESS AI for customer service. It became part of my daily use, whether for consultations, idea maturation, and productivity. Adding various models, the ease of creating and sharing agents among others, are my favorite features. It's incredible how much it's possible to accelerate productivity, learning, and, above all, deliveries. The integrations via API are easy. The support and information for implementation and use are sensational! Not to mention the accessibility to both Rica and Ramon. **What do you dislike about TESS AI?** I don't see anything, so far. I see that it is constantly changing and improving, and that's amazing. Being able to use various AIs and having the freedom to use them simultaneously is something on another level, it raises the bar and that's basically incredible, it makes me happy to use it and the agents. Adding audio to write what is being spoken in the finalized layout improved a looooot. **What do you dislike about TESS AI?** What I see that could improve is having an app both for mobile and desktop, that would help a lot, it would optimize time greatly. There could also be free plan versions where I can add a team, people to my plan, monitor and allocate credit to them as I see fit, without having to share the entire balance with everyone on the team, having greater control over what I think of the people on my team. The function of adding audio when speaking is amazing, but it has a lot of errors, it doesn't always work. There are also some bugs on the platform, sometimes it's necessary to log in again, and that's very annoying. Having to wait to reach 1000 to redeem monetization is not fair, you know? Being able to withdraw earlier would be amazing, if they offered a limit, say, of 10 dollars, etc., but 1000 is absurd... but it's good, really very good. There are several that I haven't used yet, but I want to use them in the future. **What problems is TESS AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** So, as I mentioned before, the tools I use are cool and all, but I had issues regarding credits. I set it up so there wouldn't be any leftover, and even so, it charged on the free version to generate an image. There could be more support in the video section and generate more interesting things in that area, you know? Although it's expensive, it's still better than using third-party platforms. It would be good to develop an app for both desktop and mobile. I never managed to use the API; I tried in various ways, but it didn't work, it's too confusing. But this can improve in the future, you know? The audio in the chat is good, but it works little, I don't find it that great. I use ChatGPT to transcribe the audio and put this text in TESS, as I've lost many audios there. Anyway, it's really good, but there are things to improve, and in the future, it will be amazing. I'm loving it. I wish there were free versions with basic chats to add a team that uses the bare minimum, you know? Having greater control is something I would really like. ### 10.
