## ChatGPT Reviews
 ### 1. Easy, Fast, and Flexible—But Slack Integration Was a Struggle

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT is easy to use and responds in a way that makes you feel good. It encourages you to ask more questions and share more details, which helps keep the conversation moving. I also like that it integrates with many different software tools. Responses are fast, but you can switch the model you use when you want deeper insights or a more thoughtful take on your questions.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I could not get Chat GPT to integrate with Slack. I worked with it for two hours and never got the interaction to work. I finally gave up because the authorization kept failing. Note that his was no issue at all when I integrated Claude. I also prefer Claude because it doesn't work to make me feel good it makes sure I am clear about my questions and provides more realistic answers. Chat seems to try to ingratiate itself with me.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used it for proposal writing and generally liked the result. I did have to reread the text but that is the way you need to handle any type of LLM tool. I found it very successful and mostly did not need to rewrite sentences. I would need to delete some sentences that I felt were unnecessary. For more complex reasoning I used a set of criteria that I had it remember and referred to it to keep my proposals in line with requirements. This was also accomplished with separate folders for projects.

 ### 2. Fast, Easy Productivity Boost—But Repetitive Answers and Integrations Need Work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dixit B. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Clean UI and very easy to use
GPT helps speed up my workflow
Great for coding and research
Accurate replies in seconds
Saves time on content writing
AI suggestions feel surprisingly smart
Helpful for brainstorming ideas
Fast performance even with long chats
Worth it for daily productivity
Easy onboarding, no learning curve
Improves writing and coding quality
Great support for daily tasks

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it gives repetitive answers. In longer chats, it can start to feel a bit slower. The pricing also feels high for casual users.

It needs better app integrations, and the AI can occasionally miss the context of what I’m asking. Search results could be more accurate, and the mobile UI could use a little improvement.

Response quality varies at times, and better export options would help. Team collaboration features could also be improved.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves hours on research and writing. It has noticeably reduced the time I spend on coding tasks and helps me create solid drafts in minutes. Overall, it has improved my productivity in daily work and makes brainstorming much faster.

It also simplifies content and email creation, and I can solve problems faster with the AI support. The UI is easy to use, which reduced onboarding time for me, and it helps automate repetitive tasks. For regular AI users, it offers a great ROI.

 ### 3. Occasional Hallucinations and Overconfident Answers Undercut an Otherwise Helpful Tool

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manish K. | Managerial, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how ChatGPT helps me quickly solve technical problems, write high-quality content, brainstorm ideas, and learn new topics. It consistently saves me time and improves my productivity.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I dislike that ChatGPT can occasionally hallucinate facts, sometimes gives overconfident incorrect answers, and can be distracting with too many cross-suggestions or unnecessary follow-up recommendations.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me solve coding, research, writing, and architecture challenges faster. It saves hours of work, improves productivity, accelerates learning, and helps me deliver higher-quality results.

 ### 4. Versatile Tool for Everyday Tasks, But Lacks STEM Precision

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman P. | Head of Artificial Intelligence, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like using ChatGPT for a variety of general tasks, especially when I need to validate a new idea or gain certain information. It's quite handy for document editing as well, allowing for context understanding and idea correction. I find it incredibly useful for image-related tasks like editing, uploads, and generating new images, and I think it does a way better job than NanoBanana. ChatGPT also helps in creating diet and workout plans, which is great for my health-related needs. I appreciate how fast the responses are, making the tasks more efficient. Also, I generally use the voice mode for input, which is way faster than typing, and that's a big help for me.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I think somehow it is not working for me. I know it's kind of slow in terms of response. I've seen a lot of hallucination and incorrect answers, especially with science, technology, engineering, or math tasks. For these STEM tasks, I don't use ChatGPT. I generally use Cloud Code for coding because I've found ChatGPT's response time longer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for document editing, image editing and generation, and creating diet and workout plans. It helps generate ideas, rephrase sentences, and look up or correct document content efficiently.

 ### 5. Intuitive UI, But Robotic Copy and Inaccurate Outputs

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabel S. | Client Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Very easy and highly intuitive to use. The free version gets you quite a lot, and the power of the AI is pretty vast- not always accurate, but for example, you can ask for a quick photo edit or video and get it quickly without leaving the UI.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Overall, the output is simply worse than other AI tools. Copywriting comes across as extremely robotic, facts are wrong even when prompted to clarify where an answer isn't clear. Also, while all big AI is pretty dystopian, Open AI feels like one of the worst players, making it feel ethically iffy to use.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed of content creation and reporting

 ### 6. Helpful and free — safety, overreliance, and environmental concerns need addressing

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher R. | Information Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

About the same as any other AI — a helpful tool. It's easy to use and has a good price (free). It works well with all of our other software and delivers quick answers.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

As with any other AI, there are concerns about overreliance, safety, and environmental impact.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It handles the lighter tasks—minor coding, scripting, and similar work—so we can focus on the bigger-picture thinking, concentrating on strategy and overall design.

 ### 7. Time-Saving but Limited for Free Users

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitin K. | Postdoctoral Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for coding and checking English writing. It helps me learn coding like R and Python, and it makes it easier to correct English grammar. I like that it has saved my time in many ways, allowing me to use that time for other jobs. Also, it's pretty fast in responding and can modify the output based on what I ask. This helps me in getting the correct answers that I am looking for in a timely manner. Setting it up was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don't like that it limits the conversation in one chat for unpaid versions, and you have to open another chat. They should let us use the same chat for more questions.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding in R and Python, and it helps correct English grammar. It's fast in responding and tailors answers to my queries, saving me time for other tasks.

 ### 8. Efficient for Basics but Needs Content Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** tabatha f. | Notary Public, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for a variety of tasks like help in drafting ideas for a book, crafting clever text messages, and getting information about legal issues. It makes my writing more precise and refines my work. It's free, efficient for basic tasks you'd expect from an AI chat, like refining papers, adding clarity, fixing grammar, analyzing text, and coming up with ideas on what to respond to. I appreciate that there was no setup required; I just use it in the browser.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's really restricted on what you can or can't ask. It needs improvement on defining what's appropriate content.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for drafting ideas for a book, clever text messages, and legal information. It helps make my writing more precise and adds clarity by refining papers, fixing grammar, and analyzing text.

 ### 9. Great for Brainstorming and Research, but Limited at Times

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan S. | Senior Account Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

the way it is thinking
the research
adding references always
i use chatgpt to think and brainstorm
the way it create prompts for other AI

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The limitation for free users
cant connect it direclty to other applications unless it is paid

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

research and thinking , very good

 ### 10. Claude’s Proactiveness Felt Better Than ChatGPT For Coding

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

its code for vibe coding but one thing I have noticed after using Claude AI is that claude brings more proactiveness from its end and ensures the best practise as per industry standards while writing codes or aligning the project structure from its end. Yes it takes much inputs from user compared to ChatGPT but yes results are worth it.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

One thing I disliked is that level of proactiveness, ChatGPT assumes many things easily while judging the scenario or while doing R&A, while Claude AI is very upfront and asks questions wherever required.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT is good fun chat, vibe coding, general suggestions. UI is okay, I mean they should not have Codex as separate, ChatGPT+Codex should come together like Claude have the quick with option on their prompt screen.

 ### 11. Helpful for Basic Clinical Explanations, But the Tone Can Feel Overly Confirming

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma C. | Trust & Safety Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It provides a good starting point for introducing unfamiliar subject matter. In my job I often need to gather clinical details about nursing, and I'm not a nurse, so it is useful to consult for basic explanations of medications and what they do

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I dislike when ChatGPT includes "personalized" dialogue in its responses (i.e. "great question!" "You're totally right!" I feel that it has a strong confirmation bias

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me learn about details relating to nursing and medications

 ### 12. Organized Workflow with ChatGPT, but Improvement Needed

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I really like that ChatGPT is always updating. I've found the projects feature very useful lately. It's great being able to organize everything in my thoughts. They just added pinned messages, and I think that'll help immensely. It helps keep everything structured in one place. The projects feature is super interesting because it helps me organize and build out longer-term projects. ChatGPT makes the workflow easier and has helped me enhance the process, allowing me to increase my output by roughly 25-30%. Compared to our previous tool, Gemini, ChatGPT enhances the workflow better and offers more features. Setting it up was definitely easy, and it's been getting easier each time we need to implement a new step or project.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I find that it's hard to get it to jump from one bit of info or train of thought to another, especially if some things are similar. Sometimes it just has problems pinpointing the actual tone of voice when we're talking about an individual summarization.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for summarizing large data for media and press, making my workflow easier and increasing my output by roughly 25-30%.

 ### 13. Great for Architecture decisions and Automation, Less Ready for Flowcharts and PPTs

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Devender K. | Jr. Solution Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use it for creating architecture diagrams and images, writing technical explanations, and summarising documents. It also helps me build automation for day-to-day manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It’s still not good for flowcharts, PowerPoints, or other work that needs to be ready to deliver.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Manual tasks.
2. Technical understanding.
3. Quick references that are often better than Google searches.
4. High-level designs and architectures.
5. Technical writing.
6. Response preparation.
7. Validation.

 ### 14. Efficient Bug Detection with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clifford C. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I use ChatGPT for coding, and it quickly finds bugs in my code. I really like the ability to check bugs on a whole page in one go, which makes it easy to catch bugs at the end of a code fast. The initial setup of ChatGPT was easy too.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's sometimes hard to connect two related prompts, making it tough to achieve quick progress. Also, ChatGPT should always check old topics in the thread before giving an answer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT for coding because it quickly finds bugs in my code. It can check a whole page for bugs, making it easy to catch issues fast, even those at the end of the code.

 ### 15. Valuable for Content Creation, Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anubhav D. | Marketer, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like ChatGPT because it can help me understand many topics that I don't know. I can now perform many tasks with ChatGPT that I wouldn't be able to do before. It has immense knowledge, from mathematics to science to writing, which helps me create various kinds of content as a content writer. ChatGPT has a better understanding of context compared to Google's Gemini. The initial setup of ChatGPT was smooth.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Many times it hallucinates, so much garbage it throws, for writing I see that it throws just recycled and spinned phrases with no value. Overall it can only help in draft, still I have to rely on traditional methods.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT helps me with brainstorming, content writing, and understanding topics. It supports my tasks efficiently and has immense knowledge across various subjects, but it doesn't specifically solve problems for me as it sometimes hallucinates.

 ### 16. Great for Study, But Needs Math Improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like the quotation feature in ChatGPT. It allows me to select a part of the answer and ask for more details about it. If ChatGPT explains something using difficult terms, I can ask what those terms mean without needing to explain which term I'm asking about. The setup is also really easy, as I just go to the webpage and log in.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I find that ChatGPT is not good at mathematics, especially for solving number problems in really deep finance questions. Even though it has improved a lot, it still struggles with this. Sometimes ChatGPT provides an answer that is not related to the topic I am asking about, which makes it less consistent recently.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to explain exam questions and clarify difficult terms without needing to restate them.

 ### 17. No option for professional work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The individual ChatGPT versions are both useful and - especially the variants created by the community - interesting templates. However, what I appreciate the most is the ability to create projects and store chats and files there. A simple but important tool that I miss with other providers.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Tonality (I chose "professional" and find it unconvincing) and constant repetition of what has already been said are really a torment. It also seems completely irrelevant whether and how often instructions are given in this regard - they are only followed temporarily. This simply ruins the entire workflow. The latest release (ChatGPT5) is also completely unusable for consistent work, and the permanent (and unjustified) censorship by the chatbot makes this even more difficult.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used ChatGPT for text creation and refinement, for research, and for coding, and I have been dissatisfied with the output for all three applications for some time, at the latest since the 5 model. Currently, I only use ChatGPT occasionally for text work or as a secondary option for research.

 ### 18. Sets the AI Bar High, but Hallucinations and Misunderstandings Persist

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom S. | Sales Enablement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The standard for AI chatbots, photo generation, simple code etc. It raised and set the bar in the AI space. Excellent performance, the images are outstanding. The pricing is very reasonable. Easy and aesthetic UI.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Not without glaring issues, hallucinations, misunderstanding, obsessing over things even after you tell it not to.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Concept art generation

 ### 19. Great for Research and Centralized Task Info, But Copy Still Feels Unnatural

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It is very helpful as a sounding board, and researching projects, plus storing central info for tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

For me it does not write natural, human like copy. It also makes errors that it shouldn't, and doesnt learn from previous mistakes, even when the memory is set to remember past chats for context.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating marketing copy, and having a central base to research / analyse documents for project work. It helps productivity a lot.

 ### 20. Amazing Flowchart Visuals, but Concerned About Long-Term Environmental Impact

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kylee T. | tech writer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Chat GPT makes amazing visual flowchart visuals.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Memphis, Tennessee and the long term impacts on the environments.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

i think it assist with collaboration in the workplace, and makes communication easier.

 ### 21. Data Trust Concerns and a Steep Learning Curve Without Detailed Prompts

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It does a great job helping me correct my wording for business document, give me recommendation for senior leadership stakeholder related documents, formatting for presentations, it's easy to use and remembers my chat well.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I don't know if I entirely trust the platform with my data and it requires detailed prompting instead of telling me what information it needs so unless you know how to prompt it well, you're most likely not getting the most out of it.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s helped me the most with making my emails more formal and succinct, and with tightening up my business review–related documents for execs.

 ### 22. Useful When Well-Prompted, but Accuracy Can Feel Questionable

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon F. | Director of Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Chat is useful when I promt and heavily inform it - although I feel like it tends to agree with me

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

IT will tell ya what you want to hear, and I question the accuracy

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with client strategy

 ### 23. Solid for Drafting with Speed and Ease

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rimzhim D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I love ChatGPT! It's easy to use and cool. Writing is fire, and I like the speed and the limited access. It's solid for writing; many drafts can be uploaded. It's fast in responding and with data. Access to a longer session period and storage is a plus. The initial setup is good.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

it's not good with quality responses

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ChatGPT is solid for writing many drafts quickly and handling data efficiently.

 ### 24. A sometimes useful, sometimes untrustworthy Google search alternative

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Over the past few years, the utility of Google search has deteriorated significantly. Google is unable to pull results from websites I know are there. If I ask Chatgpt to find those websites, it can do it. Chatgpt crawls more data than google and delivers gems from deep parts of the web. if you're missing the days when Google delivered pages and pages of results vs just one or two pages, Chatgpt brings back some of that experience. Plus, it is very fast and the lack of ads is good for focus.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT frequently makes stuff up. You cannot completely trust it and everything needs to be double checked. ChatGPT takes obvious shortcuts and sometimes makes insulting assumptions about the user. It is bad at following instructions and understanding intent.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT to find internet results Google fails to crawl. As someone who does tons of research in my daily life, being able to find information is a top priority for me. ChatGPT can efficiently process large amounts of information to find data.

 ### 25. Chatgpt use to be the gold standard, now looks more bronze

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like they were the first in the space and started out as being the most cutting edge

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Anthropic seems to have surpassed them in terms of model capacity and ability to reason.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It typically solves business problems with the chat interface. It can solve some engineering problems if you break down the problem small enough.

 ### 26. Great UI and Fast Connectors, But the AI Approach Doesn’t Fit My Needs

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priamo M. | Analista de desarrollo de proyectos solares y eólicos, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

Definitely at the moment I had it, the user interface, fast response and available connectors

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

To be honest, is not a dislike, is the approach of the ai to my needs

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Versatility, price and no cyber security risk

 ### 27. Not Just for Memes: Professional User Stuck in the Apology Loop

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | Photgrapher, Writer, Actor, Pastor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

When it’s on, ChatGPT is rad. I can riff on wild ideas, build prose from audible rants, or test a dozen concepts in less time than it takes to make coffee. The personalization is a game-changer for how I work—now if only the export button worked as well as the ideas....

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I’ve been a paying ChatGPT Plus subscriber for months, I use it every day, relying on it for real work—creative projects, scripts, client deliverables, the kind of things that actually pay the bills (not just viral mouse-surfing videos, though I do appreciate a good meme).

Here’s the problem: When a critical feature like PDF export breaks, you don’t just lose a file—you lose time, trust, and credibility with your own clients. I’ve opened multiple support tickets about this and other issues. Every reply is friendly, every agent empathetic, and every “resolution” is a rerun of the same apology script:
“We regret the inconvenience, we’ve sent your feedback to the relevant team, have you tried turning it off and on again?”

I’m not unreasonable—I’m just looking for a fix, a timeline, or at least a gesture of goodwill for professionals who actually depend on these tools. Instead, it’s clear that unless you’re a Fortune 500 client or a TikTok influencer, you’ll be handled, placated, and ultimately ignored.

OpenAI: If you want to be more than a playground for novelty content, start supporting the people doing real, paid work here.
Until then, I’ll be rethinking my subscription and warning fellow professionals: If your job depends on reliable output and responsive support, look elsewhere—or prepare for a masterclass in polite runaround.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChatGPT streamlines everything from creative brainstorming to practical business tasks. It’s helped me break through creative blocks and generate ideas quickly, but it’s also been a huge asset for rebuilding my photography website, crafting promotional copy, and planning marketing strategies. When I need to get unstuck, polish my messaging, or make a plan, ChatGPT delivers clear, actionable suggestions that I can use right away.

In short: It moves me from “what next?” to “done” faster—whether that’s for art, business, or both.

**Reviewed by:** Kristina Alex G. | insurance advisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

What I like best about ChatGPT is how fast and helpful it is.
It saves me time, explains things clearly, and gives answers in a simple, ADHD-friendly format when I need it. I also love that I can ask about anything—business, health, or personal—and get useful advice in seconds. It’s like having a smart assistant 24/7.

 ### 31. Fast Calculations, but Occasional Incorrect Results and Misunderstandings

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I like how quickly results are calculated.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

There are times where it is incorrect and I have to correct it. Other times it will not understand the result I am trying to get.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is quick results, for example., if something is wrong with my car I don't have to watch a video to correct it now, chatGPT will give me the answer quickly.

 ### 32. A Trust Issue Amidst Valuable Functionality

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel C. | Director of Product Marketing, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I find ChatGPT to be an excellent professional partner for brainstorming and content creation. It assists significantly in resolving coding issues and creating scripts, such as for Google and Zapier. The platform's ease of setup, which doesn't require any complex steps, enhances its usability. Integrating ChatGPT with my Mac's Notes app also provides benefits like facilitating recordings, transcriptions, and summaries, which eliminates the need for other paid notetaking subscriptions.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I have several concerns with ChatGPT. The agentic feature does not function effectively for me, rendering it nearly useless. The rollout of the discoverability feature was handled dishonestly, which has led to trust issues. They retroactively applied new logic to shared conversations without clear communication, and then falsely portrayed the public as misunderstanding the interface. This lack of transparency and honesty has made me discontinue my subscription and rely on the free version for non-private tasks. I believe ChatGPT needs to publicly apologize and rebuild trust by being truthful with users.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChatGPT as a professional partner for brainstorming, content creation, resolving code issues, and eliminating subscription costs for notetaking by using AI in my workflow.

 ### 33. This is one of the best AI models out there, I use it for my learnings and daily tasks

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshita S. | React JS developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

It's quick thinking and most of the times correct answers
it does not hallucinate as much as its previous versions
it provides answers in more humanly way possible
it great for comprehensive thinking and writing complex logic

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

the paid version is very costly and free has limited features
not most of the times but it does hallucinate sometimes

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

most ai models sometime provide random answers when having a complex conversation, but this is so far much better option in the market

 ### 34. GPT 4 for Educational/Personal Use

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

GPT4 is a powerful tool that can be used to generate scripts, consolidate information, restructure sentences and paragraphs for clarity, and more. It is extremely versatile.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

GPT4 has a tendency to say things that are meant to boost your ego or people please rather than be factual and punctual. For example, GPT may say something like "great idea" or something uplifting when it is, in fact, not a great idea or there is no merit to the prompt.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GPT4 is writing scripts and code for us, we are using it for official business communication revision, and more. It frees up our time to be doing other things.

 ### 35. Email Writing Shines, But Image Creation Needs Improvement

I appreciate the straightforward user interface and the quick response time.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Sometimes it provides incorrect information, which I believe is due to a lack of proper context.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used this for writing code and understanding codebases, as well as for my everyday tasks.

 ### 37. Limited Features Without Full Plan, Paywall Restricts Usability

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** juliana q. | Operations Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It has okey features but not as much if you don't pay the full plan

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

you have to pay to do certain stuff, and its not so accurate, its a little robotic too if you need it for formal writting stuff

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it just to check some data that i need for work, it an okay tool

 ### 38. It helps you with day-to-day inquiries but accuracy varies

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian Noel C. | Jefe Regional de Inteligencia de Ciberseguridad | CIC |, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2025

The accuracy of the tool sometimes the answers are not accurate or do not make sense

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Day by day, seek to draft executive summaries of emails, sessions, and PPTs.

 ### 39. Easy to Use, But Forced Upgrades Disappoint

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Fund-Raising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It was easy to use, but started failing.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

Force of upgrading to meet requirements.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I switched to Grok AI

 ### 40. Proud of chatgpt

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalpana K. | Affilate marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2025

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

ChatGPT gives fast, helpful answers and makes writing, coding, and learning easier.

Upside:
ChatGPT saves time, boosts creativity, and simplifies tasks.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's not peculiar one,but it's okay good

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly I used to chatgpt for my youtube meta tags, mainly i used to translate other languages to my country language

 ### 41. It's Okay, But Not Without Flaws

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Legal Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's very easy to use, and normally you get a response instantly. I use ChatGPT nearly daily to assist with marketing efforts (including copywriting, social media captions, and blog posts). It is definitely good for getting a basic understanding of a topic or for planning out a post/article/blog post.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It's very glitchy and makes a lot of mistakes. For example, it will tell me I'm missing something grammatically that is already there, or will give misinformation about a certain topic. This program should NOT be used to replace an actual person (such as a marketer). It is very clear when Chat GPT is being used solely. Real people are needed to verify validity, make the message sound less "formal," and provide the right context for your target audience. I'd recommend using this as an additional resource, not a crutch.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a message/caption started or finished when I have writer's block, which helps me to do my job more efficiently. It is also good for checking basic grammar, but it has had errors so I usually have to double check. I also use it to provide me with emojis while I'm on the computer.

 ### 42. Good for robots and recipes

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda S. | multi-media artist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I got some clear basic instructions on how to build a robot, as well as a basic potato soup recipe. It's very trendy right now. Somehow i like the Microsoft Bing version of ChatGPT better.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It scrolls by so fast I have to use the scroll bar to re-read the entire information wall. Also, it would be nice to write up history after 2021 in whatever software runs this. The worst part? People using this as a substitute for actually writing their own pieces of writing.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, it's helping me earn extra money to spend on my Amazon cart contents. It's also letting me explore an explosive new tech trend. Yes, I am more productive and my business performance has increased.

 ### 43. ChatGPT Review

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Pre-Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's really easy to use. You just need to input what's on your mind and it will give you an answer or feedback that may help you. Sometimes I just use it randomly.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It is really hard to dislike this application. But if there's one thing that may not be helpful with this app, it will be the same answer you get from it. I'd like to see different points of view on some answers.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast responses to our inquiries. For instance, we require an instant answer on how to perform certain tasks; it will provide us with options for execution on our end. It enables us to solve problems independently without disturbing others.

 ### 44. You have prompt it with detail but give it freedom

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

I haven't used ChatGPT 4 yet, but I enjoyed using ChatGPT. I've used it to help me code a website and Arduino projects. It took some detailed prompts to get the code to work as intended, and then a few other adjustments were needed. Overall, I think it would save time, but I'm not experienced with programming; it did help me learn and understand why the code should work.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

I tried to use ChatGPT, again before version 4, to help me expand on a short story I wrote in high school. Overall, it did not do well. It might have been the way I was asking in the prompt - I would copy and paste a few lines or a scene into the prompt and tell ChatGPT to add to it, whether it was dialog, descriptions or the person(s) or environment. Maybe I was restricting too much or asking to much. It didn't output what I wanted/hoped; perhaps ChatGPT isn't a creative writer.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't tried ChatGPT 4 yet, but having an updated "memory" would definitely help. Programming languages update very quickly, and having an up-to-date ChatGPT will help people who are less experienced like myself.

 ### 45. It's an interesting tool to help you get started.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Relations | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It's great to type in a question and get back some organized thoughts. It provides a great place to start brainstorming.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The results can be repetitive, and the responses lack depth. The reactions are robotic and sometimes appear like a high schooler wrote the answers.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes I need to brainstorm or get passed writer's block.

 ### 46. Give A Word and will Describe whole

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandni A. | Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The most helpful is that you can get content description in just one word. You just put one and it will give you a whole paragraph.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It can give you content but not like exact intent, it just provide your a definition we can say or the whole description.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any beginner on social media can use to create content and make it useful or a basic blog can write.

 ### 47. Sometimes gets very stupid

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saad A. | Business Growth Leader, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

It provides good explanation although sometimes you need to describe what you seek in detail

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

It starts to get stupid and challenging after 3rd query which is very annoying

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning new things

 ### 48. Chatgpt,generative ai

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Padmakar B. | Delivery Head - IT Applications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2023

**What do you like best about ChatGPT?**

The information that the Chat Gpt provided on any topic that is searched. The depth of the information it provides.

**What do you dislike about ChatGPT?**

The information received cannot be directly used without modifying or editing the same.

**What problems is ChatGPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Information retrieval on any topic.
