Teams is incredibly easy to navigate from day one, the layout is clean and intuitive and I never feel lost looking for something. My only wish is more theme colour options to personalise it a bit but that is a minor thing. Something as straightforward as adding Polly for polls means having to go through an approval process which slows things down unnecessarily. A way to have pre-approved low risk connectors or a faster request flow would go a long way. Performance is generally solid but I have had two instances where sharing my screen while using my camera at the same time caused one screen to go black and the other to go green, forcing a full restart. It has only happened twice but it is disruptive when it does and it has only ever happened in Teams. Everything else including pricing, support and the AI works well for my needs, I have never needed to reach out for help and the AI does a good job helping me find old files and chats when I need them.
