They got rid of their lower tiers in terms of family /small business usage and that made it more expensive. Also- depending on the updates and operating systems used-you can have update issues. For ex. in our business, we did not want to upgrade certain IOS systems due to an oder computer and had to lose out on the use of dropbox as there were no fixes to use an older system. Sometime Dropbox is a little slow to sync and if it doesn't sync right on one device I can access the most updated version on another device. Sometimes it doesn't sync after updating a document and then when I try to access the same document on another device I get the old version.
