**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

ChurnZero allows for a lot of native integrations which is great if your customer data lives in a lot of different systems and tools. It can operate as a source of truth and a single source of information pertaining to your customers. 

The tool also allows for a tremendous amount of customizability allowing you to segment your customers in a myriad of different ways

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

The reliance on segments can create a clunkier user experience as you must think about a segment before you build any type of automation or reporting.  The inability to create a segment from within a report builder or play generator creates a lot of need to restart a process.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1) Too many different places that store valuable customer data - ChurnZero allows us to consolidate those into a single source of truth
2) Lack of capacity for managing low-revenue, low-touch customers - ChurnZero has helped us build automated tech touch models to simulate higher levels of engagement
3) Data-driven assessments - Prior to ChurnZero, our team relied mainly on sentiment and relationship to asses churn risk/ retention - ChurnZero has helped us begin to use customer behavior data to develop informed assessments and better predict Churn

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

The reporting features across the platform are proving to be vital to the development of our workflows. We can easily access detailed levels of insight into how our customers interact with products, the deliverability of email campaigns, and the most effective customer touchpoints between organizations and the CSMs.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

It can be quite difficult to access historical data from ChurnZero, and unless you already have segments and live exports in place to collect the data you want to see, it can be a tricky manual job to pull the information.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChurnZero is helping us identify accurate visuals on how our customers are behaving, which therefore supports us in designing new workflows to improve usage.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

ChurnZero is easy to use and it helps with monitoring customer activity and engagement as it relates to our product. Our CSM, Elise, is super responsive and helpful as well. I use ChurnZero daily in my role.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

Creating and editing custom reports could be a bit more user friendly, and searching for specific call notes is not as user friendly either.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking customer product usage, managing the history of conversation & activity along with managing upcoming renewals.

Ability to quickly establish a Customer Success Ops practice leveraging the power of ChurnZero, Customer 360, customer health scores, segmentation, journeys, etc. enabling increased insight to customers, tracking and managing interactions, communications, and driving proactive action oriented behaviors and decision making to retain, grow revenue and drive adoption and expansion.  Customer support, onboarding, responsiveness and overall experience has been top notch!

Would like to have ability for power map functionality.

ChurnZero brings my customer data together from multiple platforms and allows me time to "see the big picture" and keep my customers engaged using plays.

The dashboard is not user friendly- Have to continually search for things, even harder when changes are made.

Being proactive with clients. Churn Zero helps me to increase engagement, and keep an eye on the churn scores to indicate issues.

syncing with salesforce and our internal tool is a big plus

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

the user experience part of figuring ChurnZero as a beginner is VERY difficult (coming from a gen-Zer). the buttons I expect to be at some places are hard to find, categorization of lists, user flow...etc were all a steep learning curve for me. It was not intuitive.

Time for data correction integrating to our internal rools takes slighty long time, acceptable though.

Ability to see how clients are using our product in real time and trigger events or actions based off usage. The ability to enroll an accounts in a journey and automatically create and schedule all required tasks based on the responsible party.

Data integration from multiple sources requires constant upkeep and occasional troubleshooting.

Easy to track all of my accounts and understand which accounts I should reach out. Really helps me plan my day out better. Excellent customer support and help with the platform.

I will often have to clear my cache every few days to ensure that things  load promptly.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventing Churn by getting ahead of accounts that are renewing soon. Also helps track progress and contacts with accounts to learn where to focus my energy.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

The training and support as we implemented CZ have been great, and the dashboards, both built-in and custom are fabulous, allowing for at-a-glance updates on accounts and teams.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

Few things to dislike about CZ. I'd love it if the table records were collapsed by default to reduce scrolling, and my biggest wish is for OR logic in the segment reporting tool.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a split team, half of whom handle high-touch clients 1:1, and the other half work together handling team-managed accounts. Until we implemented CZ we were using various objects and fields in Salesforce, so it was difficult and time-consuming to see where each client stood, and nearly impossible to manage missed touchpoints and failed engagements. With CZ each team member can see what they need to do, which contacts to reach out to, emails that need to be sent, and tasks that need to be completed on their personal (out of the box) dashboards, and can dig deeper with personal custom dashboards that pull in additional information, like the amounts earned in upsells or renewals, which opportunities are open in Salesforce, and more. The team can spend time on our clients instead of chasing data.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

ChurnZero has been well received by our CSM team and other teams for managing customer engagement, tracking health and churn, logging notes, accessing dashboards, and setting up renewal alerts. It has alleviated pain points experienced with our CRM and the integration with ChurnZero has allowed all teams to view, update, and track customer data seamlessly. The high level of customizability is appreciated, especially with the recent release of Launch Pad and its templates. The support provided by the Community forums, trainings, and Knowledge Base is excellent. Our CSM, Howard, has been instrumental in understanding our goals and providing valuable advice, enhancing our adoption and unlocking new possibilities.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

While I don't have any functional issues with ChurnZero, I find the amount of platform's features can be a little overwhelming to set up or implement. However, at 6-9 months of adopting/implementing, I'm satisfied with our progress. I believe it's important to assign someone to take charge of continual learning, identifying opportunities, and training the team on tool usage. This ownership will drive focus and momentum. The recent release of Launch Pad has been a beneficial addition, as our team is embracing it and using it to enhance our engagement and customer growth initiatives, making the process much easier!

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChurnZero addresses significant gaps and pain points by promoting cross-departmental collaboration and visibility through CRM integration. It centralizes customer data, enhancing our understanding and proactive customer management. The customization options align with our workflows, ensuring smoother adoption. Advanced analytics and predictive capabilities enable better churn and health forecasting, while automated alerts and personalized engagements help reduce churn rates and increase customer satisfaction. ChurnZero is making our lives easier and providing ample opportunities for success!

The dashboard is reat and makes it easy to plan tasks. Followed by a seemless integration with my calendar makes my work planning easy and efficient.

I am new to the platforma nd wanted to send an email to all customers at once but not all contacts of all accounts, only the contact person. That is a challenge I haven't tackled yet. I assumed this would be a common feature and therefore more obvious but then again, as a newbie to CZ, it could also be my lack of proficiency.

CZ gives insights into metrics that I wouldn't have otherwise.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

For someone who is a habitual list maker on paper, ChurnZero has helped me move away from that and start to rely on the customizable segments, tasks and emails that I need to keep track of. It is a great system for people who are obsessed with organization, and for people who sorely lack a good organizational system and find themselves missing tasks/followups a lot!

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

The review panel of an account on the right (with all the tasks, notes, emails) isn't sortable, so looking for an email from months ago or a task that was done at some point can be frustrating

Keeping track of a rolling number of new accounts with multiple touch points, showing me how to lay out my workday with tasks

CZ is an absolutely vital tool for me in the day-to-day work. It brings a lot of structure and prioritization benefits. 
Love the Command Center and Segments and how deep you can customize them + Bulk actions are the lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

It's not a dislike but a request: I would love to see the introduction of the Collaboration spaces for working with the customers (now not present) so we can co-create the data-driven dashboards accessible to them at all times and reduce the time for the QBR prep.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Structured data with enough granularity and ease of customer quick assessments. 
A lot of reporting capabilities and automations which saved me a lot of times when it comes to managing a serious number of accounts

ChurnZero is my secret weapon for staying on top of every customer lifecycle event and identifying risks on time. The new AI tool amplifies my productivity and conserves valuable time.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

While ChurnZero offers powerful insights, data accuracy can sometimes be inconsistent, leading to alerts that don't fully reflect the reality of customer situations. For example, I can receive an alert for a renewal escalation for a customer who just renewed their contract.

Improve proactive engagement by automating manual tasks such as personalized outreach. By entrusting ChurnZero with everyday responsibilities, I can concentrate on high-impact activities that yield superior business outcomes.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

I like the automation features and the ability for Churn Zero to integrate with established programs like Salesforce, Pendo, and others. In my experience, I have seen limited native integrations from other platforms, setting Churn Zero apart from the rest! Our teams have now utilized some of Churn Zero's automated features, helping to minimize manual touches for our growing books of business.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

I have had a lot of challenges during implementation that feel like I am handling independently of Churn Zero reps. We are going on 10 months of slow-as-a-snail implementation and we are not ready to begin using the features that make Churn Zero unique. Also, we have already surpassed the licence and data limits and are seeing immense slowdowns of the site in general. We have been reassigned CSMs many times, slowing progress and implementation of advanced features.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are looking to use ChurnZero to get ahead of our churn and assist us in recognizing early churn indicators of our client base. Churn Zero has allowed us to identify a gap in our internal processes that has direct correlation to early churn, which has become invaluable to our business. We are also utilizing plays to automate the onboarding process for new customers, streamlining our various teams to provide customers with a uniform onboarding experience.

I wish there was a way to view all the mass emails sent, and if they have been opened/delivered etc.

It provides a single view of a customer base by compiling all our different data sources into one. We can then simply track the performance of our customer accounts by segmenting them in a huge variety of ways and create alerts, plays and journeys based on our evolving business needs. 

Whenever we have questions or issues the support team are always responsive and provide clear guidance on the resolution path.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

Like any tool you need to take the time to set this up AND then you must continue to refine and review how your Team uses it to continue to evolve the value you get from it as you grow as a business - if you don't have an owner who has time to do this then you may struggle.

I love ChurnZero because it gives me the ability to keep all of my notes, docuentation, and plans for customers in one place.

I think there continues to be room for improvement with integration into other platforms we use to keep customer information in check.

As the admin of the tool, there are still certain features I would like to be able to do without reaching out to their support team. For example, creating formula fields. With that said, their support team is awesome and extremely quick to help when needed.

The most stressful part of being a CSM is the mental load of future tasks. ChurnZero not only allows you to automate standard tasks but set up reminders in the future for odd-end ones, taking loads of stress off of you.

There is honestly nothing I don't like about CZ. Although I wish you could email a second time on the same chain of an email you sent earlier within CZ.

It does automate some things that optimize my time. Prepping response emails, and creating plays from tasks, that is all very useful. The training videos are helpful, even if they aren't tailored to my business and my exact needs.

It takes quite a bit of training to get the full value from this, and as a busy CSM I don't always have time to dive through training materials to find if the platform will accomplish what I need.

Automating is a huge benefit of this system. Pre-populating emails as reminders, and setting up tasks to 'ping', that is incredibly beneficial to my time management.

There is a bit of a learning curve and it's not the most intuitive product to use. Some of the verbage is confusing and makes it difficult to set up a journey vs. a play, for example.

I love how it just keeps me organized by reminding me of my renewals that are coming up. I also really like when I am notified of churn scores that go up or down. This allows me to give attention where needed. We also have a great Customer Success Manager.  The extra support is a plus. I know I can email her if I need something or even schedule a quick call.

I am still learning a lot about ChurnZero so I do not have too many negatives to mention. There are some sections I think could be a bit more user-friendly.

**What do you like best about ChurnZero?**

ChurnZero allows me to manage my team's book of business with ease, and I really appreciate how easy everything is to configure - from dashboards to alerts to playbooks. The account teams are all excellent, especially the CSMs. They know their product inside and out, proactively solve any issues that pop up, and even help set things up when we get stuck.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

There are some quirks here and there that result in manual work. For example, currently no "or" statements when creating segments (only "and"), so depending on what you're trying to do, you have to create even more segments as a workaround. If you're trying to use playbooks or surveys for customers with multiple domains, there's not a way to de-dupe the email addresses, so manual work is required to ensure one contact doesn't get the same thing multiple times.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scalable customer success management, improved CS productivity, proactive alerting systems, CS management and overall operational support.

ChurnZero is a one stop shop when it comes to all the tasks that customer success managers do on a day to day basis. I love how I can send bulk emails, in app announcements, run reports (segments) and much more all in the same solution.

**What do you dislike about ChurnZero?**

Since ChurnZero is an extremely robust tool, there is a steep learning curve. They do offer useful training resources in CZ University, but I found myself still needing additional assistance as videos can only do so much. Our customer success manager fills in the gaps and was very useful in helping our team learn the solution.

**What problems is ChurnZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChurnZero is saving myself and my colleagues a TON of time manually sending emails, and running reports through Salesforce. Because CZ links to Salesforce, I can send my emails in bulk to a specific segment. ChurnZero also gives you analytics and information that I feel I cannot find in Salesforce. In this sense ChurnZero lives up to its name as a churn fighting solution as well. With the analytics we almost get a head start on a churn right as the red flags appear.
