**What do you like best about Teamwork CRM?**

It helps me keep projects, tasks, and ongoing activities organized without making things complicated. It gives me a clear view of what needs attention and what has already been completed. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. Because I handle patient follow ups, content planning, and different ongoing activities, having everything connected in one place makes daily work easier to manage.  After spending a little time with it, creating tasks, managing projects, updating activities, and tracking progress became quite straightforward. I use it regularly because it helps me stay on top of ongoing work and keeps important activities easier to follow. The task management and project management features are especially useful for my daily work. I can organize follow up activities, manage deadlines, and track progress across different projects. Time tracking is also helpful because it gives a better understanding of how time is being spent on different activities and ongoing work.

I also like that files, forms, milestones, messages, scheduling tools, and project-related information are available within the same system. This makes it easier to keep information organized and review previous work when needed. For my health education content work, it also helps me keep content planning and related activities more structured. The number of features feels practical without being overwhelming. Performance has been good during regular use, integration was straightforward, and the available support resources were useful whenever needed. Overall, Teamwork CRM helps me manage projects, activities, timelines, and follow-up work in a more organized way.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

When a project has many tasks, files, milestones, and updates, I sometimes need a little extra time to find a specific item. Everything is available and organized, but during busy days I occasionally go through a few sections before finding exactly what I am looking for. I also find the time tracking feature useful for monitoring work, but when there are many recorded activities, reviewing all time entries can sometimes take a few extra steps. It works well for regular tracking, although I feel the review process could be a little quicker.

**What problems is Teamwork CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teamwork CRM is helping me keep projects, tasks, follow-ups, and ongoing activities organized in one place. I can manage task lists, monitor project progress, keep related files together, and track important activities without switching between multiple sections too often. It makes it easier to see what work is completed, what is still pending, and what needs attention next. Having tasks, project information, files, milestones, and updates connected together helps keep work more structured and easier to follow.

The time tracking feature is also useful because it provides better visibility into how time is being spent across different activities and projects. This helps when reviewing ongoing work and planning future tasks more efficiently. As a result, I spend less time managing information manually and more time focusing on the work itself. Overall, it helps keep projects organized, improves visibility across activities, and makes day-to-day work easier to manage.

I really love the visual board view for managing our pipelines. It’s incredibly clean and intuitive without feeling bloated like some of the massive enterprise CRMs. I can drag and drop deals between stages, see exactly what my pipeline value is at a glance, and quickly add tasks or notes without having to click through five different menus.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

While the platform is very intuitive, it lacks the deep customisation options you might find in larger enterprise CRMs. Setting up highly specific custom fields or trying to build out complex, flexible deal stages for unique sales workflows can feel limiting. It works great for standard processes, but if your sales cycle is highly customised, you might feel a bit boxed in.

We struggled with overly complex CRMs that our team simply refused to use because they were too heavy. Teamwork CRM solves the problem of platform fatigue by offering a visual, intuitive interface that covers 90% of the functionality we actually need without the fluff. I don't like the email integration. Email threading can break or be inconsistent. It's not seamless. We want CRM + Email to feel like one system, but it feels disconnected.

The navigation is great, and I love the 'jump to' function for quickly accessing projects. The navigation within each project is consistent, so there's no need to learn something over again. Also, setting it up was super easy, although a bit time-consuming with lots of info.

I think searching for particular files within a project is a bit tricky. It ends up pulling in projects from every project that may have a similar file, which makes it hard to navigate and understand. Notifying team members has also always been difficult.

I like how intuitive and straightforward Teamwork CRM is to use while still covering everything our sales team actually needs. The pipeline view is clean and visual, so we can instantly see where every deal stands without digging through menus. It’s really easy to log calls, schedule follow-ups, and update contact details—our team actually uses it consistently, instead of ignoring it like we did with more complicated CRMs in the past. I also appreciate how well it organizes all client communication in one place, so anyone on the team can pick up a conversation without missing context. It’s simple, reliable, and doesn’t overload us with unnecessary features—just solid, practical tools that make our sales workflow smoother every day. The initial setup was really straightforward and simple. The interface is clean and intuitive, so our team didn’t need long training to understand how to log activities, update deals, and navigate the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

The email integration is functional but can be inconsistent with threading and tracking, and the mobile app covers basics but lacks many of the desktop features. Customer support is responsive but there’s no live chat for urgent issues, and onboarding is more self-guided than hands-on. For email integration, it often struggles with proper conversation threading—emails can appear out of order or disconnected from the correct contact timeline. We'd love to see native two-way email sync that automatically captures all inbound and outbound messages without manual forwarding or BCC-ing, plus reliable open and click tracking. Being able to schedule send times, create email templates with merge fields, and automate follow-up sequences directly from the CRM would be great. On mobile, we can’t edit or update custom deal fields, and the pipeline view is basic and hard to navigate—we can’t drag and drop deals between stages.

I can place repeating tasks into a template to facilitate the process and I can quickly add this task list to a project, which can be customized to each project. Teamwork seamlessly integrates with Google Drive and Slack which I used in my organization, helps me save time in communication and sharing files and assigning tasks.

**What do you dislike about Teamwork CRM?**

A very basic CRM, especially for the price. Lack of email tracking, need better notification system, need an integrated seamless iOS or Android app, no form/lead integration with website, no tracks, and the work flow is annoying and cumbersome. Teamwork needs to improve some basic functionality to be useful (email tracking features directly from inbox). Another caveat is that it constantly resets back to the start menu if you click out of the box especially during the process of adding the contact and leads. It also is cumbersome with the order of info input, you need to add company first, then contact, then lead, then opportunity.

Good for project management, to manage group objectives, communicate in team and establish business workflow. Clients can be billed on an hourly basis and on the incurred expenses, customized billing. Dashboard summary is a helpful feature.
