What I like best about Adobe Acrobat is with their user-friendly menu interface on the dashboard, easy to find tools or features that I want to use like generating design poster using template from integrated Adobe Express, find answer by asking AI assistant question based on file that I upload, and signing business document to approve and legalize product orders, all is available under one software, need no software switching at all. I also like that Adobe Acrobat offer many protection option to secure a PDF document, I can share link with others and put restriction on who can open and access the files or add password the the document when exporting it to other file format. I have many experience working with Adobe Acrobat that resulted in positive outcome, it is unlikely to to get mediocre result by using this software, still, I think they need to improve the page merging tools to be a bit faster when merging large files that contain more than 100 pages. The best part is, they allow for quick integration with Google Workspace for SSO login and cloud storage, saving my files on cloud storage allow me to access it back from different devices at any time, not tied on local storage on my work desktop. Things that need to be improved by Adobe Acrobat is with their customer support respond time, to get updates on my complain typically is answered in 72 hours, it is too long just for a simple fix that I need. Opening a large size PDF document on tablet has few problem, the tablet resource can't handle the process to open PDF document exceeding 5GB in size and the apps will crash. Expensive licenses price is always the main topic before we are renewing the yearly subscription, we never had any discount offered by their customer service to make us loyal to the company. Adobe Acrobat is totally has became my main daily work software to review customer documents (run the AI summary tools to get insight of the document), OCR text converter (scan and detect text, convert it into an editable text), and create new business document like leasing contract and order list approval. I like that Adobe Acrobat is available on mobile version, to install the mobile version is faster than desktop version, it only take 5 minutes to setup.

I also can say that Adobe Acrobat's AI features to analyze and make summary of document is top-notch, no additional add-on needed to use this features as it already available on the program. Adobe Acrobat load slow on my smartphone, but not on my iPad. It might because of the device specification that is older on my phone but newer on iPad, but it should not be a problem where I open the application.
