I am working in CRO business industry.It is basically Pharmaceutical industry.We have to follow GMP guidelines while manufacturing the product.Trackwise is used to handle the QMS like deviation,change control,CAPA, Audit management,OOS,OOT,Etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrackWise solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helped me to track my capa deviation audit records, every step has approval steps, with due dates, it flags actions for you, it sends you auto reminders, so even if you are busy with regular tasks you will never miss those actions to be completed in TW.
