What I like best about pdfFiller is how much time it saves on repetitive document work. I regularly use the drag-and-drop editor to add text fields, checkboxes, and signature fields, and it is much faster than rebuilding forms manually in other tools. The template feature has also improved my workflow a lot because I can reuse frequently sent documents instead of reformatting them every time. Its fillable field auto-detection is another feature I use often, and it cuts down setup time when I need to turn a static PDF into something interactive. The UI is clean and easy to navigate, with tools appearing where I need them, so moving between editing, signing, and sending feels smooth. I also use its Google Drive and Dropbox integrations regularly, which helps me open, update, and save files without extra downloading or uploading. Performance has been reliable even with longer PDFs, and autosave plus document history gives me confidence that I will not lose work. The integrations, while useful for basic storage platforms like Google Drive and Dropbox, don’t go very deep with other business tools, which can slow down more automated workflows. Performance is generally solid, but I’ve noticed occasional lag when working with very large or heavily formatted PDFs. Pricing can also be a downside for lighter users, since many of the most useful features are behind higher-tier plans, which may not feel justified if you only use it occasionally. **What do you like best about pdfFiller?**

I primarily use pdfFiller for my real estate business to complete transactions, and I find it very easy to use with many helpful tools such as electronic signing, highlighting, and using arrows to mark where documents need to be signed. I also appreciate the ability to edit a document and send it for electronic signatures within the same program, which saves me from having to use multiple programs. Additionally, I like using arrows to identify where signatures or initials are needed on documents not being signed electronically.  pdfFiller allows me to efficiently email marked-up documents directly to recipients. The variety of tools provided makes it my go-to program over others.

I use pdfFiller all the time to create templates and to convert and edit our existing templates to fit our needs. I love that we can convert Word documents into fillable PDF documents. When a typo comes up or a change is needed, it’s very easy to update and fix. And when an electronic signature is required, the process is simple and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about pdfFiller?**

Nothing major, but it would be helpful if searching were easier. I’d also like a bit more information or clearer notes when changes or updates are applied.

It’s very beneficial when updating or creating office templates or policies. We also use the documents and templates in the library and customize them, rather than having to create everything from scratch.

I like that pdfFiller is easy to use and I actually prefer it over Adobe because it has so many functions. It's more user-friendly and allows me to choose different pages out of a document to print or edit separately. I find the signing option really useful, and I appreciate being able to export files to different types. The initial setup was extremely easy, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about pdfFiller?**

I find it very confusing to use.  It took me a while to understand the difference between a document and a template.  At first I was sending a new document to every signer, until I realized the linktofill would allow me to get a download.   It's not always easy to make changes to documents especially if you need to reuse the same link.    I wish there were more options for fields - specifically a drop down multi-select option.

Using pdffiller has made our forms easier to read (as opposed to handwritten) and has allowed us to streamline our process.

**What do you like best about pdfFiller?**

I really like that I can add in forms in pdfFiller for future use. I also love the blackout, arrow, line, draw, and adding image features which make personalized school projects and papers easier to finish! This tool makes life easier! The blackout feature works like the erase feature, allowing you to add another text or object on that area. The arrows, lines, and draw features help me point out any mistakes or changes to classmates. The add image feature helps us to personalize our projects and put the images where we want them to be. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and user-friendly. pdfFiller is so awesome, I'd rate it 20 over 10!

Regarding the erase part though:
the default color of our eraser is actually white. We provide multiple other options cause sometimes people use this feature as blackout and they also need other colors and shades cause the background of their documents might be other than white (not necessarily business documents, you know, we have quite a lot of educators among our customers, for example). So yeah, we would really need to keep the option of choosing the erasing color. Hoping for your understanding here!

I like that PDF filler is so customizable and makes it easy to create and configure the fields to my exact needs. I also appreciate being able to send to multiple individuals for signatures and set a signing order. The website runs well with no technical issues.

It's not the most user-friendly platform up front and the steps to create and send a fillable PDF aren't super intuitive in my opinion. It takes some training and practice to get the hang of it.

Prior to pdfFiller, we were sending all employee paperwork (offers, position changes, etc.) manually via email. This was a significant administrative load. pdfFiller has made this process more efficient and easy!

I love the fact that pdfFiller is cloud-based, allowing access anywhere, which really suits my needs. It has very powerful features, especially the robust electronic signature feature, which I find incredibly useful. The only thing is just the desktop app experience. Many people still would like to have a desktop app. So that's just the only thing. Aside from that, Cloud Volley still works for me. But the desktop app would also be nice to have.

I use pdfFiller to manage and send documents for electronic signatures, saving time and ensuring security. It lets us store files on any cloud and send them quickly across different locations, reducing time from weeks to minutes.

Regarding the dislike part though: we do have a desktop version, actually. For both Windows and Mac.
However, if you are already using an integration with Google Drive (and maybe also our mobile app as well?), switching between the two might become problematic.

**What do you like best about pdfFiller?**

I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. It's intuitive and simple, even for someone who's not the most tech-savvy. I work with people who are even less tech-savvy, and they find it easy to navigate too. The instructions are simple, so I don't need to guide anyone through it. It’s simple to use but complex enough to handle a variety of tasks thoroughly. It helps me get everything I need completed. Once I've set things up, I don't have to revisit them repeatedly, which saves me time. It's also easy to delegate tasks to others without having to provide step-by-step guidance, making it quite efficient for my needs. Additionally, the fact that pdfFiller has templates built in was incredible when I needed to fill out tax forms—I didn't need to hire an accountant as pdfFiller provided everything I needed. It's been great, really.

**What do you dislike about pdfFiller?**

If I had one opportunity, I think the interface, the UI, the interface. It can be, you know, I'm not saying it's not simple and it's easy to use, but just the interface could be a little more slick, a little more streamlined, I suppose. Some just maybe some of the menus could be paired down or simplified a little bit, but you know, I'm really stretching at this point. Like, I'm really looking for things to comment on and having a hard time coming up the one.

I like pdfFiller because it's just a click away, and it takes just a handful of clicks to create my completely filled-out forms with fillable fields. I also appreciate the speed of the support team; they responded very quickly within a day and helped me sort out my issue. I like the product itself because of how quickly I can fill out an agreement and create a fillable document. Sometimes it's hard to search for forms. I think that if it is the IRS form for that current year, it should be at the top of search results and easily identifiable.

**What do you like best about pdfFiller?**

What I like most about PDFfiller is how easy it makes working with PDF files. I don't need any special technical knowledge to use it. Everything is clear and simple, so even the first time using it feels comfortable. Editing text, adding signatures, or filling out forms takes only a few minutes. I also like that it works fully online. I don't have to download heavy software or worry about updates. I can just open my browser, upload a file, and start working. This is very helpful when I am using different devices or working from different places. Another good thing is how smooth the editing tools feel. I can type, erase, highlight, or add images without breaking the layout of the document. It feels natural, like editing a normal document instead of a locked PDF.

**What do you dislike about pdfFiller?**

One thing I don't like much is that some useful features are locked behind paid plans. If you are using it regularly, the free version can feel limited, especially when you need advanced tools often. Sometimes, when working with very large or complex PDF files, the loading speed can be a bit slow. It's not a big issue, but it can interrupt the flow when you are in a hurry. Another small issue is that first-time users might feel slightly confused by the number of tools available. There are many options on the screen, so it can take little time to understand where everything is.

PDFfiller solves the biggest problem of working with PDF documents that cannot be easily edited. Earlier, PDFs felt like fixed files where even small changes required extra tools or printing and scanning again. PDFfiller removes all that hassle. It allows me to edit, sign, and share documents digitally, which saves a lot of time. I no longer need to print papers, sign them by hand, and scan them back. Everything can be done online in a few clicks. It also helps when working with forms. Filling out forms manually used to be boring and repetitive. with PDFfiller, I can type once, reuse data, and finish forms quickly. This is very helpful for business, office work, or personal paperwork. Another big benefit is accuracy. Since I can review and edit documents easily, there are fewer mistakes. If something needs correction, I can fix it immediately instead of starting over. PDFfiller also improves collaboration; sending documents for signatures or approvals becomes smooth, and work moves faster. There is less waiting, fewer emails, and less confusion. It also gives me peace of mind because all my documents stay in one place. I don't have to search through emails or folders to find the latest version. Everything is saved and easy to access whenever I need it. PDFfiller helps reduce delays in work. Earlier I had to wait for people to print, sign, and send the documents back. I find pdfFiller easy to use, which is great. I also appreciate that there's not just an online version but an app that we can use on mobile devices, including iPads and tablets. Using pdfFiller on the go is great for signatures, as it allows the opportunity for others to complete forms online using tablets. It's especially useful for our church, providing the opportunity for others to quickly fill out forms or surveys through links on their mobile devices. I also found the library of documents to be a good, useful tool.

Some of the formatting is a little difficult. Depends on the document, but if I want to erase a line from a previous document and just make it a dialog box, it's not as easy as I'd like. The QR code is awesome, but it'd be more convenient if we could use it without logging in with details like a name and email address.

I love pdfFiller for several reasons. The price is super affordable, I paid $92 for the full year and I use it probably twice a week. It saves me so much time by eliminating the need to get in-person signatures from my clients and families (I have 12 clients with varying schedules so it's tough to track everyone down by deadlines) . I also enjoy the time stamps feature, which is important as I work in the medical field with HIPAA regulations; it helps me show exactly when something was signed and reviewed. Plus, I get follow-up emails, which save me time as well. The initial setup was super easy, which I loved.

sometimes I have issues when a document already has the click boxes that when I upload it, it clicks all the boxes.

I love how intuitive and easy it is to use, with all options being very accessible and user-friendly. The initial setup was very easy too, even though I had a colleague helping me, I remember it being smooth.

Perhaps the filing system could be improved, so maybe have some more options for use of folders and ways to store different documents. At times I also have a hard time deleting documents. I tried just the other day and couldn't get the 'select all' thing to work for some reason.

Having the ability to auto-send docs to other members of my team once a customer has signed is essential for our organization. With pdfFiller, I can create forms from scratch and edit templates, which was a key reason for switching from DocuSign. The initial setup was very easy, and it helps in keeping all our requests for signatures in one space for review.

What I like most about pdfFiller is its ease of use and reasonable pricing. The initial setup was very simple; just log in, drag the PDF over, and start working. It's very intuitive. I absolutely recommend pdfFiller.

The only thing I have any issues with is when working with forms that are already fillable. When trying to fill a form that is already fillable, I have to open the text spot outside of the 'fillable' spot, then drag it into that spot. Not much, but sometimes when we download a document, it has a lot of symbols on it and we have to navigate to find the spots to fill in. However, when we actually print it, those symbols don't show up on the document. Also, navigation on the site isn't very self-explanatory.

On the topic of when it is going to be written, you have to click several times to be able to edit, and it doesn't have a default format so that all the letters and numbers are in the same size or font. And when we go to save the document, it always changes the name, adding a prefix at the beginning. I would like that to change.

Faxes frequently do not go through. Even though they say they go through on the pdfFiller side, probably 40% of the time, the recipient says they did not receive it or the fax failed. And I get a notice of the fax failed.
