"A Robust and User-Friendly Cloud Storage Solution"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I mainly use Dropbox to store my personal files and, now and then, to share them with other people. What I appreciate most is how simple it is to use—I don’t have to overthink uploading something or trying to find it again later. Even when I switch between devices, everything is already there and up to date, which makes the overall experience much easier for me. I’ve also found the sharing feature quick and convenient, since I can just send a link instead of attaching the same files over and over. For everyday, basic use, it runs smoothly and feels straightforward, without any unnecessary confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One issue I’ve run into is that the free storage fills up very quickly, so after a while, you’re forced to either delete files or upgrade. Also, when I tried uploading larger files, it sometimes felt a bit slow. Aside from that, I haven’t had any major problems overall, but it would be better if they offered a little more free space for regular users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy file storage and access across devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

I like that Dropbox makes it easy to store, access, and share files from anywhere. It helps me keep my study documents organised and I can quickly access them from my laptop or phone without needing a USB. The syncing feature is very reliable and updates files automatically, which saves time when switching devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

One downside of Dropbox is that the free storage space is quite limited, which can be restrictive when saving larger academic files or multiple projects. Sometimes syncing can also feel slightly slow when uploading bigger folders, especially on weaker internet connections. It would be helpful if there were more affordable student-friendly storage options or more flexibility in the free plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Invisible Reliability: Dropbox Sync You Can Trust"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

What I like best about Dropbox is its invisible reliability. In an era of bloated software, Dropbox’s sync engine is still the gold standard. I never have to 'check' if a file uploaded or worry about version conflicts; it just handles the background work so I can focus on the actual task. It’s the only tool in my stack that I trust implicitly with my data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

What I dislike most is the 'feature creep.' Dropbox used to be a simple, lightweight folder that lived on my desktop. Now, it feels like it’s trying to be an all-in-one OS with AI search, doc editing, and video review tools. While some of these are useful, the interface has become cluttered, and the desktop app occasionally feels heavier on my system resources than it needs to be. "Frictionless File Management with Seamless Sync Across Devices"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

The most helpful thing about Dropbox is how it removes friction from managing files. It keeps everything automatically synced, so you don’t have to think about transferring files between devices. Whatever you save is available everywhere, which is especially useful when you’re switching between a phone, a laptop, and a desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Some of its limitations show up pretty quickly, especially on the free plan.

Storage is the most obvious one—you only get a small amount for free, and it becomes noticeable fast if you’re trying to do anything beyond the basics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dropbox reliable storage with seamless file syncing"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

It’s easy to access my files from anywhere. It also uses very little data and loads quickly, which makes it convenient to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

The pricing can feel high compared to alternatives that offer similar features. Also, syncing large files or folders can sometimes be slow or inconsistent, which makes the experience a bit less reliable than I’d like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure cloud storage, encrypted and with fast synchronization"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Data storage is very secure and encrypted, so I feel at ease knowing that my files are protected in the cloud.

It also helps me free up a lot of space on my devices, as I can set the files I use less frequently to be stored only in the cloud, without needing to download them.

Additionally, the availability and synchronization between devices are swift and fast, allowing me to have my files always up-to-date, synchronized, and ready to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I don't take advantage of the photo synchronization functionality. It is also true that the storage costs, compared to other similar tools, are a bit higher. However, this is completely justified by its data encryption and functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy File Storing and Sharing with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

It is easy to use! Once you are logged in, file storing and sharing is easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

I do not like the limitations on file size. It maxes you out at 2 gb. I delete files often so storing is not the primary use for Dropbox, but sharing is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Free, Easy Sharing for Large Volumes of Data"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

Ability to share large quantities of data for no cost. Compared to data room platforms what are much more expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

It is more difficult to hide / share files from certain people than a formal data room platform. Have to create a separate dropbox folder if want to do so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Collaboration and Clean Workflows with Dropbox"
What do you like best about Dropbox?

super reliable cloud services

Sharing folders with clients on Dropbox has made my workflow so much cleaner. No more messy email attachments!

Collaboration is so much smoother with shared folders and comments. It feels like teamwork on easy mode Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dropbox?

Dropbox is great, but the free plan feels tiny in 2025… 2 GB disappears in a heartbeat.

Sync can get slow or stuck sometimes, especially with big folders. A little frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
