I find Smallpdf very convenient and user-friendly. The UI on the main webpage makes it easy for anyone, even a layman who's never used a similar tool, to log in and do whatever is necessary, like converting files. Since we work in a small team, the PDF editing, splitting, and merging features are essential, and Smallpdf's efficiency in these tasks is great. The drag-and-drop feature for documents simplifies organizing them within Smallpdf. I appreciate how the compression feature retains the quality of PDFs, even when compressing, as the quality of the images is maintained, which is impressive. The ability to merge, split, compress, and convert from Word to PDF or PDF to Word is also incredibly useful. On top of that, the premium and pro licensing is priced conveniently and competitively. What doesn't work well for us is when we deal with Arabic documents. When we convert from PDF to Word, the English elements are done perfectly using the OCR feature, but the Arabic gets all messed up. Unfortunately, we aren't able to convert documents with Arabic in it from PDF to Word without issues. However, splitting or merging PDFs works fine regardless of the language. I like Smallpdf because it's actually the easiest PDF creator to use. I've tried Adobe and other ones before, but Smallpdf stands out because it also integrates with sign.com, which we use for signatures and turning documents into other formats. As a small organization, the ease of manipulating the software is really beneficial. I like the user experience, especially the look and feel, given the colors. It's just easy to do what you need to get done, like converting PDF to Word or PDF to Excel and vice versa. The capability to handle electronic signatures and track them is really helpful. Maybe the automatic automated fields. I've tried to work with those but they don't seem to line up properly. And, also, when we're doing signing signatures, I'd like it to just be even a little bit more intuitive of lining up where the signature goes and things like that. It's not really a big deal. But it could be a small improvement. I'd also really, really love better OCR capability to be able to scan like, scan our receipts and turn them into PDFs, that would be a really great feature and it would really make the software perfect. Smallpdf isa very good platform PDF releted actions like

Merge PDF - It is helpful in case of merging 2 or more differnet Pdfs to single one.

Compresspdf - It helps in compressing the existimg large pdf into smaller and required size which is very helpful when we need to upload any pdf file in some site where size restiction is there.

This platform is easy to use for frequent users and integration and implementation with other platform is easy.

It is also very much helpful with pdf conversions like PDF to word or PDF to Image format

It is helping me to translate the language as well and I can edit the text in pdf as well and put signeture in pdf very easily which is one very good thing i love about this platform.

There are certin things I dont like about the platform is as compared to competator applications it's providing little lesser options in the free versons of this platform and sometimes the free limit getting exceeded where as some otger competators are providing more free limits

Anoter thing I dont like about this platform is it is not providing uch customizable options where as in other platforms ther are many custom options are ther like pdf or image file size and quality and preview options for example in case of compress it is only proving 2 options like basic and strong compress which is not much useful if it could provive some customizable size options it would be better

I've used Smallpdf over the years for compressing my PDF files into smaller versions. It helps me quickly compress files instead of jumping through all kinds of hoops on other programs to do so. First and foremost, I really loved Smallpdf’s design. It has an intuitive user interface, which makes navigation easy.

Furthermore, it has fantastic AI tools. It only takes a few seconds, and you get the output, which is highly accurate and relevant.

In addition, you can quickly compress PDF files with Smallpdf. With this tool, you can convert PDF documents into smaller files without much hassle.

Also, the PDF conversion tools stood out for me. It’s not because of how many file types it supports, but how easy and straightforward it is to use. It is definitely one of the most user-friendly options I’ve tried.
