What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is its ability to provide accurate, up-to-date contact and company data, which makes prospecting and lead generation much more efficient. The platform’s advanced search and filtering capabilities help quickly identify the right decision-makers, while its integration with CRM systems keeps all sales data centralised and actionable. I also appreciate the insights and analytics it provides, which help prioritise high-value opportunities and improve targeting for outreach. Overall, it saves time, improves the quality of leads, and supports more data-driven sales decisions.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

One downside of ZoomInfo Sales is that maintaining data accuracy can sometimes be a challenge, as contact details or company information can change quickly. The platform can also feel overwhelming at first due to the breadth of features and options available, which can require time to learn and optimise. Additionally, some of the more advanced functionalities may be limited to higher-tier plans, which can be a barrier for smaller teams or organisations. Overall, while highly useful, it requires some ongoing effort to get the most value from the tool.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I like the ability to quickly search for specific roles and targets for marketing leads. We have many different campaigns, and if we are looking for, say, HR Managers or IT Directors, we can do this easily and quickly with ZoomInfo Sales, pulling a spreadsheet of 500 contacts in minutes. The initial setup was smooth, with no major issues, and was completed in 15 minutes.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

The contacts sometimes are not valid (they no longer work there) or the information is not always correct. They should do a better job vetting the clients - we find we see a lot of data in Canada that is old or not valid.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides a fast, convenient way to pull leads and potential customers. It lets us quickly search for specific roles and target accounts, then generate a large list of contacts in a short time for our marketing and sales teams.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I find ZoomInfo Sales very user-friendly and extremely easy to use. It’s dynamic and provides a lot of insight into potential prospects and decision-makers, even when full information isn’t available. We’ve run successful email marketing campaigns and closed good deals after using their contact data. The response rate for emails we’ve sent using ZoomInfo Sales contact information has been impressively good.

What I really like is that it helps us reach people we couldn’t have contacted directly through other tools or programs we’ve used in the past. The initial setup was straightforward, and the platform feels intuitive, which minimizes the need for extensive training.

Another function I’ve found especially useful is the company descriptions; the results we’ve gotten from them have been very accurate.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I don’t dislike anything about the tool. My main suggestion is to keep expanding the data coverage for Latin America. We also use it for searches in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the US, and in those regions I’ve found it to be very robust.

It would be great to improve the presence of, and access to, information for countries in Latin America. Also, some of the contact information isn’t updated—there are cases where contacts no longer work at their companies or don’t hold those positions anymore. That said, I understand this isn’t easy to keep current in a world where professional mobility moves so fast.

Overall, I love ZoomInfo and have already recommended it to former colleagues and family.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZoomInfo Sales helps me find prospects and decision-makers worldwide, so I can reach people I can’t easily access directly or through other tools. It also strengthens our email campaigns and has helped us generate good deals.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I absolutely love ZoomInfo Sales. I've recommended it to a bunch of friends and helped others within their organizations learn how to use it better. The intent and filtering features are incredibly useful and important to me, especially when it comes to revenue amounts and locations. My account manager has been really good, showing me the ropes and being available when needed. ZoomInfo Sales makes it easy to find the correct decision maker by allowing me to input multiple job titles, which is super helpful when dealing with thousands of contacts. I love being able to find cell phone numbers and email addresses, and there’s a lot of valuable information available about the companies, including what they're searching for, which is part of the intent that I really like. My favorite thing is being able to do searches and create qualified lists with filters like revenue, location, and industry, helping me reach the right people. The interface works really well, and I appreciate the speedy communication and resolutions I receive. It was really easy to integrate, I use it 50-100 times a day, & I'm SO glad we have it!!

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

Sometimes, if a person's name hasn't been used frequently or searched for in the past ninety days, it doesn't show up in the immediate search with the criteria I put in. Even if I do type somebody's name in very specifically, then it'll pop up, which is a bit of a challenge. It's kind of a turnoff when I'm trying to seek out a company and see only 10 employees, making me think I've reached the end of my search. I wish they wouldn't quite be filtered out like that.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find ZoomInfo Sales incredibly useful for identifying decision-makers, filtering by job title and location, and accessing vital company information. It offers reliable data, helping me reach the right contacts quickly with valuable insights on company searches and intent.

Is that how it makes prospecting much more efficient. Instead of spending hours trying to find the right contacts or verify information, I can quickly identify the right decision-makers and get reliable contact details in one place. I also find the intent data and company insights really helpful because they give context about which companies might actually be in the market for what we offer. Overall, it just helps me focus more on having meaningful conversations with the right people rather than spending most of my time on research.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

One thing I don’t like as much about ZoomInfo is that the data isn’t always perfectly accurate. Occasionally I run into outdated contact details or people who are no longer in the role, which can slow things down a bit. It’s still a very useful tool overall, but I usually find myself double-checking some information before reaching out.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the biggest benefit is time savings and better targeting. I can quickly build prospect lists, identify the right roles within a company, and get direct contact information instead of guessing or going through generic inboxes. The company insights and intent signals also help prioritize which accounts might actually be looking for solutions like ours, so my outreach is more focused and relevant. Overall, it helps me spend less time researching and more time actually engaging with potential customers.

What I like most about ZoomInfo Sales is the depth of the B2B database and the efficiency it brings to prospecting workflows. The platform makes it much easier to identify decision-makers, verify company information, and build targeted outreach lists without spending hours manually researching contacts.

The intent data, company insights, and advanced filtering capabilities are especially valuable because they help prioritize accounts that are more likely to be actively evaluating solutions. I also found the CRM integrations and Chrome extension very useful for keeping workflows streamlined and improving day-to-day productivity.

Overall, ZoomInfo significantly reduces the time spent on lead generation and account research while improving targeting quality.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

The biggest challenge is that some contact data can occasionally be outdated or inaccurate, especially with fast-moving companies or role changes. I still find myself validating information before outreach in some cases.

The platform can also feel overwhelming at first because of the large number of features and data points available. In addition, pricing may be difficult for smaller businesses or startups with tighter budgets.

ZoomInfo Sales helps solve the problem of inefficient prospecting and fragmented contact research. Instead of manually searching through LinkedIn, company websites, or multiple databases, I can quickly identify qualified prospects and access relevant company and contact information in one place.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?**

It’s a well-organized way to manage prospecting. Zoominfo sales works well for compiling a list of contacts in relevant positions, which gives me a more structured way to build my call list and maintain a pipeline. It also has some advanced features like scoops that allow you to see in realtime what news/events are happening and which contacts are searching certain articles and guides.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

Sometimes a contact will be outdated and it is a little awkward to call into a business and ask for someone who has been gone for 6+ years. There are also a lot of contacts that don't have complete addresses and while working in territories it leads to some confusion and misdirected leads.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoominfo is solving the problem of prospecting being time consuming. Rather than go "door to door" on Google maps, it is convenient and easy to compile a list of relevant contacts through zooms features. It also allows me to import the contacts into salesforce/outreach to keep the pipeline organized and make sure I am following up correctly.

It helps me grow my contact list and build real B2B connections. They’re consistently adding more contacts and working to improve the accuracy of each data pull.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

Sometimes you’ll get a contact with data that’s off or incorrect, but that’s part of the game. Another thing that would really help is having a timeline on the info—something that shows when the last data pull happened. You end up with a lot of outdated info, which is also part of the game, and it means you still need to source and verify your contacts.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I am reaching out to new facilities or business', trying to get in the door can be tough. You have gatekeeper and so many things pushed against you. 

With Zoom info having a contact name to start your chase is a great foot in the door already. Builds way more value and not the cold call feeling verse having that warm call starting out.

**What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I like the filters and intent data in ZoomInfo Sales. It's really helpful because we have multiple ways to filter, and the intent data gives us leverage on the companies and the people we are targeting. It's way more efficient compared to other tools I've used, which were a pain to filter through different titles and locations. ZoomInfo Sales allows for a lot more options.

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

I would like to narrow down the titles more. If you add a job title like maintenance manager, it just gives you maintenance manager titles. I would like it to be more specific or narrowed down.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZoomInfo Sales provides highly accurate data for prospecting and call outreach. I like the multiple filtering options and intent data that give us a leverage on targeting companies and people effectively.

I like that there are so many direct lines and cell phone #s available

**What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?**

Some of the cell #s are inaccurate. For example, instead of Charles Inch, the # goes to Chad Inch.

**What problems is ZoomInfo Sales solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The best benefit I have found is all of the cell phone #s for top executives in ZoomInfo. As we know, secretaries can be gatekeepers, messages left in general voicemails aren't passed along, and many executive's direct lines are impossible to get to. People answer their cell phones and listen- plus, texting is a great tool to let someone know why you are calling. 

ZoomInfo has email addresses that are legit and work! Can't get through with a phone call, send an introductory email.
