Still dislike the new user interface a lot: I dislike that in this new version, only a few contacts at a time show on your screen. I would like to be able to see many contacts simultaneously in a list. Not a lot of contacts fit on the screen all at once. It makes it harder to focus and I'm a big picture kind of person. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I like the different filters, and the platform itself is pretty self-explanatory. I think it could be a little more user-friendly, but overall, you understand it. As soon as you go to the sales screen, you understand it pretty easily. I like how we can filter and search by things in bulk, like titles and ZIP codes, among other things. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

I don't know if this is an issue, but I would like to know if I could upload a list of leads that I only have companies' names and websites and then get it enriched. I don't know what's the process. The other thing is I would like to keep track of the leads that I have exported or downloaded from ZoomInfo. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

I use ZoomInfo Sales to gather data and find prospects with the correct titles. I like how it provides accurate data such as names, last names, emails, phone numbers, and mobile numbers. It's a big help because I have clients all over the USA. I really enjoy how accurate the information is, about 90% accurate. I also appreciate the filter options when looking for prospects in specific counties or zip codes, which helps me target the locations I need and keeps my clients happy. The updates keep giving me new information all the time, and I can easily download leads and enter them into my CRM. I love that my CRM, Zoho, connects with it so that I can get information into my CRM with the press of a button. ZoomInfo Sales is a massive, feature-rich platform that goes far beyond basic contact info. It consolidates everything from budgetary insights and technographic stacks to detailed employee hierarchies on a single page. Having this many features in one place allows me to research a company’s financial health and their tech infrastructure instantly, making it the most comprehensive 'all-in-one' tool for deep prospect intelligence. What do you dislike about ZoomInfo Sales?

One major functional drawback is the lack of fuzzy matching during bulk searches. If the company name you provide doesn't perfectly match ZoomInfo’s specific formatting, the system simply returns no results. It’s frustrating that a premium platform doesn't offer 'did you mean' suggestions or partial name matching for bulk uploads, forcing us to spend hours manually cleaning data just to get a match. What do you like best about ZoomInfo Sales?

ZoomInfo is a great little program. It enhances both our sales and marketing efforts by allowing a one stop shop for the contact information for the retailers and grocers that we are actively looking to to business with. The program is easy to use. We use ZoomInfo every day and it has become part of our process. The automations that can be set up allow us to be informed of leads before our competitors. Zoom is able to track leads to our website and suggest the proper contacts to get back with. They can also use AI to locate companies that the opening, closing and relocating. I will also mention that the sales team at Zoom is not HIGH pressure like so many of the software companies can be. Our sales rep is Sky Stacy and her boss is Stephen Buckley. Both are great to work with. Very knowledgeable and were able to get us into the right program. They did not try to over sell us. They sold us what we needed. The on-board team was lead by Chris Leonardo and I feel that he also truly wants us to succeed. He took the time to get to know us. Most people probably know ZoomInfo for finding contact information for targeted prospects but don't stop there. It becomes significantly more powerful if you put the itme and effort into learing some of the more advanced capabilties, inclusing WebSights, Intent, list management, and Workflows.

There is a learning curve, and it's difficult to build search results into automations for importing into your CRM, assigning to the current rep or including the the right campaign.

The amount of information provided by Zoominfo Sales allows us to quickly access inbound leads as well as strategize regarding our cold outreach. The integration and communication between ZoomInfo and our CRM, assist at saving time and effort. The additional features, such as workflows, allow us to maximize our time with outreach rather than spending time with administrative tasks. The inability to segment certain industries within a verticle, such as hospitality, retail, and large corporations in food/beverage. These are complex industries for which there are the brands, the owners and the operators. This complexity makes it difficult to pinpoint the right individuals for outreach.
