Oorwin has all the required functionality that a Recruitment company Required for a successful business. From CEO to Recruiter everybody can track the daily activities like Open Jobs,Total Submission, Onboarding, Internal Submission everything you can see in the dashboard.Best thing i like about this position is you can post the job through Outlook Plugin for OORWIN or it will direct fetch from the VMS System. The only thing i dislike about Oorwin is when you send any jobs through mass email feature to more than 100 candidates most of the time emails go on the junk of Candidate.also sometime Captcha did not work when we have poor internet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Job and Candidate uploading is quite easy and fast. Candidates can easily tied job positions and can be quickly shared with partners to open positions. Jobs can be shared and assigned to different team members and can be posted to different job boards without any hassle. Campaigns and workflows are easy to create and maintain. Currently I'm facing issue with not getting any notification about candidates who have applied externally through jobs posted on job-boards, every time I have to go inside the system to check the candidates pipeline on newly posted jobs. Also, for team Leads it the best platform where they can check their team performances

1. Page Response Time

2. Can improve auto fill feature,

3. Give notification on a particular time period to update on Candidate profile status.

4. Cooling period for every profiles.

Oorwin is very good application for , ATS, Human Resources and invoicing etc in staffing business process. It helps to save our time and gather all information in one place. Another good thing about this software is we can use all job portals at one place and it automatically save data in our ATS system for every work we do and save it to related criteria. Oorwin is the main ATS for all our corporate staffing solutions, from tracking, managing applicants to on-boarding and it has the ability to harvest candidates from online job boards. The system simplifies managing the full recruiting life cycle while onboarding candidates and synchronizing their current status and making it known company-wide. The interface is very user friendly. It only works if the company tracks everything and makes notes. It was the first time of using ATS ,, though the name sounded quite different usage was at a smoother pace.

the percentage that shows for matching the profile makes me more enthusiastic to get a beteer profile and make my subbmission .

The best thing about the Monster integrated with the Oorwin is boolean search. I worked a few ATS before but none has normal search integrated with the ATS only the power search was used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While using a monster and searching the same string in Careerbuilder often I don't see the resumes. I was not sure if that was a problem from the our end or with the server. To open the resume after clicking it takes more 5 - 10 sec to open the resume and to track them it takes more time, so please add the my candidates list on the dashboard. Oorwin helped me in reducing my work, we have linked this tool to Quick books and it will directly sync all the transactions to QB. I will highly recommend this software for time saving and instead of using many tools for staffing, timesheet entry, invoicing, followups we can do at one click. Oorwin is very easy and Adaptive where you can find the right candidates in less time and also has a very good tracking system. It has the best feature of Texting, calling, and Templates for creating Hotlist. Very Usefull for both recruiters and Sales. Also, it is so user friendly which can be operated through Mobile as well.
